Biography:
Arthur was born to Richard and Lilia Stone, both pure-blood wizards with promising careers in archaeology. Young life was, for the most part, relatively uneventful for Arthur – well, as far as wizarding lives are concerned. His parents, both very academic, made sure that he had a good education growing up and it seemed his future was bright. The first tragedy in Arthurs life occurred when he was seven. Unfortunately, his mother died in childbirth due to complications, along with what would have been his younger sister. Even with magic to aid them, some dire events are of course unavoidable. Although they were heartbroken, both Arthur and his father were able to move on with their lives and became closer as a result.

When Arthur was ten he enrolled into Hogwarts, just a few years behind Harry Potter, and was sorted into Ravenclaw. He only spent a couple of years there however, as following the events of the 1994 Quidditch World Cup and the Triwizard Tournament, his father pulled him out of the school. Not willing to risk losing someone else dear to him, Richard began home-schooling his son and made him an apprentice archaeologist. As a result, during the events of the Second Wizarding War Arthur spent most of his time far removed from the rest of the wizarding world, in forgotten ruins and lairs.

For just under twenty years, Arthur and his farther explored ancient sites all over the wizarding world, discovering long-lost secrets and lore. It became a passion that he shared with his father (and by extension his late mother). During this period, Arthur became particularly interested in Ancient Runes, as it became practically an essential component of understanding old texts of carvings. Moreover he became interested in how runes and charms could be applied to other objects, which led him into investigating wandlore (and particularly staff crafting). Eventually he would use the knowledge he accumulated to create his staff Namor – with the help of some old tomes of course.

This period of his life came to an end when he witnessed the second tragedy of his life – the death of his father. The details can be saved for another time, but in short: coming across an old Gringwart Goff in a cave is not a pleasant experience. Arthur was unable to save his father, nor avenge him, and only managed to escape narrowly himself. It was this event which made him want to become a regulator…

Biography:

Natalia was born into a rather privileged family in the small island of Puerto Rico. She was an only child, and as such, she had everything she could ever want. Despite such fact, Natalia wasn't the typical rich kid. Her parents taught her respect, tolerance, love, and integrity at a young age, and such teachings stuck with her for years. She admired both of her parents ever since she was young...that is, until her father left her mother, Dania, for a younger woman. Natalia was just 9 when such thing occurred, and needless to say, she was devastated.

Fast forward two years later and Natalia's mother becomes serious with a man she had been dating for some time. Not too long after that, Rick moves into Natalia's home with his son, Lucas. Luckily for Natalia, she went on to Ilvermorny to start her studies soon thereafter. The school was her escape, but whenever she went home, she almost always regretted it. At first, Natalia's claims that Lucas would walk in on her without announcing himself raised some alarms, but Rick's reassurance that no such foolishness ever occurred invalidated the poor girl's pleas for help. Despite the fact that Rick was a Muggle, Lucas was born a Half-Blood who was rather powerful. Natalia was home alone with Lucas for winter break on her 13th birthday when she confronted him one evening after one of his advances. Unfortunately, Lucas overpowered her and she was left immobile before he proceeded to take full advantage of her.

Such memory prompted vicious nightmares; the torment being too much for Natalia to take, and it showed not only in her grades, but in her lack of spirit as well. The change didn't go unnoticed by staff members nor the faculty of the school. They helped Natalia through a fairly new rehabilitate education program. In no time, the girl's grades increased, and she seemed much more happy around campus. Nonetheless, underneath her newfound happiness, the darkness that was her tragedy laid perfectly still, patiently waiting for her to slip up and for everything to come crashing down again. These occurrences of hallucinations and similar schizophrenic symptoms only happened in private, away from the rest of the world, but it has nonetheless been a part of Natalia ever since.

Eventually, the girl graduated with top honors and as a result, received a letter of interest from The Occult Regulation Office. Natalia did not hesitate in accepting, and despite missing her mother--and feeling somewhat guilty for leaving her alone with those two monsters--Natalia looked forward to the journey ahead of her.

Biography: Bunny as her friends call her was born to a very surprised couple in Mystic Bay who if asked would say everything about her was a grand joke of fate and proven her birthday (April 1st) then add to that her mother who was a Squib of the Crane Family and her dad heir to a fishing fleet and a muggle who none would have guessed could produce a magically adept child in the first year of their marriage and two more besides.

Bunny was so named by her dad because of his eldest daughter’s insistence he read her a chapter of Watership at least once a week when he was at sea and she embraced it without shame. She is described as a daddy’s girl and the daughter such men dream of because she’s never given her parents a bit of worry till two years ago while working in Muggle Affairs she was asked to help a group of Regulators who’d encountered a powerful artifact that one of their targets was using to keep them at bay and broke which unfortunately sent it into overload. Bunny was working in the duty of muggle crowd control (making sure there was no crowd) when her supervisor called her over to make use of her odd skill with magical devices.

She approached the object and said she couldn’t stop it from falling apart and detonating; few people heard her add that she could alter its effect as they were shouting out orders for an evacuation of the local population of muggles which was guessed at 20,000. Because no one heard her no one was able to tell her not to try which she did. She was delighted to see the elemental bonds were failing and drained off a portion to make an area encompassing simple illusion of an explainable dust devil (mini tornado) in the Manhattan construction lot which the team had taken the broken device to so as to limit its damage.

The Dust Devil was easy to see as an illusion if you were magically gifted but for the Muggles it was flinging sand and dust along with trash which caused them to shield their eyes, close their doors and windows to keep out. Then she twisted the spell energy into a badly set Gemini replication which she’d chosen a brick as the subject of so that within 3 minutes all the spell energy was expended creating 10, 000 badly shaped red bricks in a large pile and leaving her coated so thickly in dust she had to puff a cloud off her face to breath.

Since that day she has been a member of the Regulators serving a role as their supplier of magical items specialized for their mission, repairing their brooms or wands as well as serving backup on cases.

Bunny’s broom is nicknamed Nightmare because of its extreme power curve that is frightening to all but a few who she’s allowed to ride her. (Velvet can’t help but tweak and work on her things; if she were muggle she’d be a gearhead with a need for speed

Deathly Encounter When Bunny was 9 years old she begged her way onto her grandad’s boat which he used to keep the fleet supplied she was caught in a storm returning to Mystic Bay and capsized rolling over the boat she was on sending its 5 man crew to their deaths and leaving only a frightened little girl adrift in the storm a debris. She would have been lost but for the concern of the three men whom she was related to who visited her there on the waves and whispered to her the secrets of survival such as the nearby location of one of the sunken ships 10 man rafts and what supplies that stayed near the surface.

For 3 days and 3 nights Bunny was tossed on the sea like a plastic shopping bag in a march wind and all that time she was as alone as many would think as the ghosts of her Grandfather and Uncles watched over and comforted her. And by the time the Coast Guard found her she had been given up for dead along with the others and had survived several attempts by the sea to make them true.

From that day Bunny has been a sort of magnet for those souls that still wander the earth and chose to attend Miss Oxynte or Miss Night as her students and taught the extracurricular Ghoul Studies course at Hogwarts

Biography: Kieran’s story started off innocent enough. His parents were both accomplished in the wizarding world in their own right, with his father having served as an Auror and his mother the owner of a potions shop. Naturally, the young Kieran took to learning their crafts like sweetness to sugar, but it would be the long hours he spent watching his mother’s work that would be the most beneficial for him in the years to come. When his ever important eleventh birthday came to the family, it was with little surprise that Kieran showed the makings of a wizard when he caused a vial he was reaching for to quite literally fly off the shelf.

And thus the quiet, introverted boy was shipped off to Hogwarts. While making friends did not come easily to him, studying proved to be as simple as breathing to the lad, as was the case for many of his fellow Ravenclaws. But of those that did manage to befriend the odd boy, one Connor Langley was of particular note. As it was because of this friendship that the end of his fifth year took a rather dark turn.

It was supposed to just be a stupid dare between two irresponsible upperclassmen. Connor bet Kieran a galleon that the rumors surrounding the school about a pack of werewolves in the Forbidden Forest was not the absolute hogwash that the latter claimed them to be. So one night at the end of the term, the two made their way deep into the woods, with the light of a full moon beating down on them. Truly they were young and overconfident, as they didn’t even notice the sounds of approaching terror until it was too late.

For Kieran, that night became a blur in his memories. A sharp burning sensation as teeth sunk into his shoulder. A distressed Connor yelling at him to run and get help. The sound of bones breaking. Frantically scrambling through the woods in a cold sweat. Yelling at the top of his lungs, voice hoarse. Waking up in the infirmary with a concerned professor staring down at him. Finding out that he had been infected Lycanthropy. Being told that his friend had died before help could arrive.

These fragments of memories would haunt Kieran throughout his remaining years at Hogwarts, which were accompanied by isolation from his peers out of fear and hate. Most suspected that he would drop out, but instead the boy let himself become consumed by his studies rather than give in to his sorrow, practically turning the library into a second home. And in order to accommodate to his condition, the school was beyond generous enough to supply him with Wolfsbane Potions on the condition that he helped procure the ingredients and assist in making the potion, which would lead to his passion for potion making.

Kieran graduated near the top of his class, much to the surprise of those around him, but instead of pride the young man felt dread. Because while the livelihood of werewolves had improved considerably since Kingsley Shacklebolt had overturned much of the anti-werewolf legislation that had plagued his kind, Wolfsbane Potions were still largely unavailable due to its expensive ingredients and complicated formula. So for a recent graduate in a world that was still wary of werewolves, his prospects were still a long ways away from being bright and full of hope.

But then, not even a month after his graduation, an owl came for him from the Occult Regulation Office. Kieran did not even have to look over the letter twice before he knew what he sent his reply, accepting the position. Since joining ORO, the young mage has made it his mission to study werewolves and the Wolfsbane Potion, in a bid to either find a way to make the potion more available to his kind or to devise a cure entirely, with his work as a Regulator granting him access to both a means to acquire ingredients and to continue to learn about both.

• His Patronous takes on the form of a wolf (it has been theorized that this is the case for most werewolves due to the significance the animal represents for them)
• His Bogart manifests as his dead friend Connor, bloodied and dying, asking him why he ran that night
