Eventually she was picked up by Roddy and the AWE but was dumped in developmental. She has been announcing during the developmental events and at house shows but is really looking to become a manager. She feels that in todays current product, being a manager is a lost art and she wants to bring it back. Suzy does not just want to manage one person, she wants a cadre of superstars under her banner ala Bobby Heenan. She is well liked backstage as she is incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to learn, though she does tend to have an attitude in regards to authority as she does not like being told that she can’t do something.
