Synopsis

I like telling engaging stories with cool people :)

Collaboration and teamwork are very important to me when telling a story- I could write any genre as long as the group dynamic is healthy.

If you're chill and understand grammar we'll probably get along!

@eclecticwitch Question indeed. Should we write two physical descriptions, if we're choosing a more animalistic creature that might have a human form?
@eclecticwitch Thank you so much! That answers my questions quite well. I realize my blunder too, with The Wolf Among Us. It's based on a comic series called Fables, not Fablehaven. I guess the concepts sounded similar enough I ended up assuming the two were one and the same. I remember Fablehaven now, actually. I'd never gotten into the books so I suppose it's fortunate I won't have to rely on knowledge of the source material.

I think I shall get to work drafting up a character, perhaps!
I'll be expressing interest here! It seems like it could be a fun time.

You say this is like Fablehaven, and my only exposure to it has been The Wolf Among Us, but I just had some questions.

1. Fablehaven featured a proper city for the fairy tale creatures, with the Farm being for those that couldn't use or refused to use glamour spells. Here you describe this vast region of biomes and the like. The question I suppose is, what are societies like? Are there any semblances of civilized living? A collection of dryads living in hollowed out trees? A typical modern town full of individuals that want a taste of the human lifestyle? A nomadic village of satyrs traveling through plains and forests?

2. Just to verify, if we want to bring in and adapt a species that hasn't been listed, a proper description and sufficient proof of the creature's existence is all that's required?

3. Specifically for fairies falling in love, when they would change to a more human size at the cost of much of their power, could you provide an example of their capabilities before and after this transformation?

4. Numerous variants of trolls exist across various lores and mythologies, so what is their appearance for the sake of this RP?

5. I'm assuming that when you mention dragons, you're referring specifically to the western variant? If one desired to adopt the eastern variant, would that fill in the singular dragon slot, or is that technically a different species?

@whoami I think you're up in the collab? :)
@dragonmancer @whoami @silver carrot etherpad.net/p/5tZjAVeDaw

Link for those interested in the collab!
@Templar Knight It's not anything that you download? It's just a website.

@Templar Knight Well if you're insistent on google docs that's fine, but I find etherpad to be more reliable for the sake of writing collaborative pieces.
@Templar Knight Have you ever used etherpad? The text of each writer is colored, so there's no need for confusion and the other fiddly things that sometimes go on with google docs.
@Whoami And you too!

So you all want to do a collaboration? Five days is rather a lot of time, and that aside, even if we somehow don't make the deadline, we can just timestamp that bad boy and post it up anyways.
