Took me forever to decide on all the GIFs and images for my character sheets, but they're finally all done. Now time to work on the intro post.
I have just started season 1, and would prefer not to be spoiled.

Okay, no problem XD. I can use different images in the intro post.
I've never seen it so I won't get any references.

Okay, cool. A few of the GIFs I want to use display scenes from Episode 7 of Season 4, so I wanted to check first.
Hey all, just wanted to check with you - has everyone who is going to watch Stranger Things 4 already done so? Some of the media that will be embedded in the intro post may reveal spoilers for ST4, so I wanted to check beforehand. If anyone here would rather not be spoiled, I will use different media to convey the message in the intro post.
@CaptainManbeard Interesting. Sorry, I seem to be causing you to make a lot of concessions.

That's okay, this will just make the opening story simpler for everyone. So for each character's opening, everyone can just detail what they were doing right before the Sentinels show up. Whatever area each person is at, we'll say America has been through that area at some point in the past and unknowingly left behind a Traveler Scar in the fabric of spacetime. The Sentinels are tracking these Scars across the Multiverse and begin kidnapping people near the areas the Scars are located. Powered teenagers are sent to be Soulgazed by the Inquisitor, and other heroes and villains are shipped off to Battleworld to fuel the Beyonder's physical form within the Material Plane.
@CaptainManbeard I guess at this point I'm confused about what you need.

Don't worry about it, I'm going to change the opening so that contact with America is not necessary. Instead of chasing Traveler Auras on people, they will instead be tracking Traveler Auras from places where portals have been in the past and they just capture anyone in the area who is a teenager in the hopes that they are the Cosmic Traveler.
@CaptainManbeard Terra was on a planet called Khulthak when her powers activated, saving her from death by falling when she was six. It's kind of a pivotal part of the story.

I haven't read the Invincible comics, only watched the Prime series, lol. And I wasn't referring to Terra's powers activating, but America's. Meaning when America's powers were new and she was leaving Traveler Auras on people until she learned greater control of her powers. The Auras are sort of like cosmic energy that was leaking from America until her control of her powers became less sloppy. It is these Auras that Ultron and the Sentinels are scanning for in various universes to target Traveler Candidates.
Got up my character sheets for both Wolverine and Darkhawk. Let me know if anything needs changing.

Awesome characters! They actually gave me an idea for a quick scene before the group get to the fantasy Earth XD.
@CaptainManbeard I don't think Terra would have bumped into America at any point prior. She doesn't live on Earth.

Hmmmm. We need to think of a way for Terra to have been exposed to America's Traveler Aura when she first got her powers, otherwise, the Sentinels would not have a reason to capture her. America's exploits across the Multiverse weren't reserved just for alternate Earths - it's possible she bumped into Terra when she arrived on her planet by mistake. Perhaps the fabric of spacetime was bent in such a way that Terra's planet - Viltrum, I'm assuming - sat in the same multidimensional coordinates as the Earths America had visited up until that point. Maybe it was that encounter that made America realize that many of the alternate Earths were at different coordinates across the multitude of folds in the fabric of spacetime.
Characters look awesome, everyone! It inspired me to add a "Fight Theme" and an "Edge of Death Theme" for each of my characters XD. Also, Dizzy, one idea for a power-up for Origami later on is using her control over paper to reach down into the base materials to learn how to control wood. You could eventually get a Baby Groot variant as a sidekick, haha. I dunno, just ideas. I'm also a "little" high right now XD.

Anyway, I'm working on my bios and final images now, then I'll delve into the opening IC post. To give you guys a heads up how I'm opening it, it will essentially be like this:

1: Flashback to ten years ago when America first got her powers and encountered Teddy and Loki.
2: Flashback to one week ago when the Sentinels kidnapped each of them.
3: Present day, when the characters are being thawed out in preparation for the Inquisitor's arrival.

In each of your opening posts, feel free to write your encounter with America ten years ago as well. It just needs to be something simple, like you bumped into her briefly in a shopping mall or brushed past her in a crowded festival. In the case of Martin, given that he would still be an infant ten years ago, it could just be that America was passing by in a park and took a second to tell whoever was with Martin that they had a cute baby and pinched his cheeks.

After we each do our opening posts, I'll then have Doctor Strange break into the ship to free them. We'll have a bit of a chase sequence, and then we'll take the story to the alternate fantasy Earth and develop it from there.
