Current I was inactive for almost a year? Damn, I guess I’ve been preferring Discord and BlueSky over forums.

I’ve called players out before for disrespecting a dark era of my country’s history. Afterwards, I left the server in question and blocked both individuals.

Also, show of hands… Who wants a Pokémon RP involving the daily life of a group of misfits who are lab experiments?

Paras in PLA is basically the definition of “I woke up and chose VIOLENCE.” Change my mind.

So… the apocalypse but it’s Final Fantasy might not work out however, I plan on writing the lore when the actual thread is made.

Bio

||18||She/Her||Cat Lady?||Final Fantasy Fan||Plays Video Games A Lot||

A 18 year old Final Fantasy fan who has been roleplaying for four years. I’m a fandom roleplayer first and foremost who tends to like a bit of chaos being present in roleplays since I find it to be fun. To that extent, I can usually be seen lurking around multifandom threads the most although I’m usually friendly to requests to roleplay. I also only use male and non-binary characters in roleplays due to being uncomfortable with playing female characters.

Welcome!
“I would like that. Also, please make sure that Tidus arrives at where he’s supposed to go safely. It would do us np good if he was harmed more than he already is.” Vaan said as he ended up placing his hand on the doorknob before opening the door. He seemed to be quite ready to leave and as a result, had decided to approach the door rather early.
“Regardless, somebody needs to deal with those nets or else others could get caught in them. It’s no longer a laughing matter anymore.” Vaan said as he finally sat up and stepped away from Tidus. While he did glance over at him for a moment, he also decided to walk up to the door as well before speaking again.

“Also, somebody’s got to carry Tidus. We can’t shift into our human forms if we’re injured and the same is true with him as well. As a result, you might need to have someone carry him if you plan to take him out of the room as well as keep a close eye on those bandaged wounds. Something tells me that he might need to have those bandages changed frequently as well.” He said before he attempted to open the door.

Vaan only ended up creating a massive fireball in the palm of his right hand as he glared at the water. While he had noticed the creation of the whirlpools, he was also clearly not very receptive to them either and as a result, had created a large fireball to show that he was very clearly annoyed.

“Would whoever is doing that please stop? Bartz is currently out cold and I suspect that it was from the water so please do not make the situation worse!” He growled softly as he held the flame aloft.
“So, can you please help us with that?” Tidus asked the mechanic. While he went back to speaking the Common language that humans understand. While it seemed like the mechanic had understood him, he also ended up stepping back as well to allow for the mechanic to step forward.

“Well, we could send you all on a shuttle to another planet within our system. I’m no good with fixing up starships but there are mechanics on Ris that know a thing or two about airships. In fact, we often have to send airships over there just to get them fixed when they break down so who’s to say that they wouldn’t be able to deal with starships as well! Regardless, the first step would be to find a translator if you can’t speak their language, though.” The mechanic said.
“So I guess that means that you’re not going to let us return to the ocean, then. Regardless, what do you plan to do about the ghost net situation? It’s affecting far more than us merfolk and there have been stories of the mightiest sharks and whales also being caught in ghost nets as well…” Tidus muttered softly before he ended up glancing over at Vaan. While he also did end up tapping his tail against the end of the cot.

“Well, I guess that I should probably trust your word then however, we still need to deal with the ghost net issue as well. As long as they’re still in the water, more of our people will get tangled up in them and as a result, more will end up suffering. We need to find a way to deal with them as well since those nets are a threat to us.” Vaan said. While he decided to add more on what Tidus had said about the ghost nets, he was also showing some interest about getting them out of the oceans as well for the sake of both the other merfolk and the other residents of the sea.

After not receiving a response from Bartz, Vaan quickly dove into the lagoon and then pulled him out of the water. While he was still clearly worried about Bartz, he was also lucky enough to have been able to pull him out of the water as well.

“Please be alright… I really don’t want to have to get someone in here…” He muttered softly as he continued to glance over worryingly at Bartz who was currently unconscious.

“W-what the hell? W-what was that?” Bartz said when he was hit by the blob of water. While this ended up startling him and caused him to step back, he also ended up accidentally falling into the lagoon as well which soon caused Vaan to run straight up to the water’s edge to see if he was able to spot the faerie that had fallen into the water.

“Oh crap… Bartz! Are you okay?” Vaan said as he quickly ran over to the edge of the water. He had been able to catch a glimpse of Bartz falling into the water and as a result, ended up trying to find him in order to pull him out of the water.
“So… I guess that we’re here now? Well then, I guess that I’ll have to probably explain things here. Not a lot of folks here understand languages beyond human and a few others however, it is necessary for all of the planets in the system to be able to understand each other hence why there are translators from the other planets on each planet aside from Mer. It’s hard to get land dwellers on there due to it being completely underwater.” Tidus said before he ended up approaching the mechanic and then speaking a few words in the merfolk language about a crashed ship and a droid.
“Well, first of all, can you tell us why we were brought here beyond the whole ghost net incident? I do not know enough about this place nor do I know about those who are here so why should I end up trusting you when you tell us to follow you.” Vaan said before he ended up sitting down on the floor next to Tidus. Judging by his tone of voice, he seemed to not be willing to trust the guards and scientists just yet however, he was also slightly concerned about Tidus as well.

“I… have the same question as Vaan. We don’t really know much about this place so how can we be sure that it’s even alright for us to be here at all? For all we know, this place could actually be deceptive or even downright dangerous for those who are here.” Tidus said as he ended up tapping the end of his tail against the surface that he was resting on. While he wanted to know more about his current location like Vaan did, he also wanted to know if there were any hidden dangers that he needed to be aware about as well.
