So, I'm going to make a change, here. I've read that there's a practice of having a shrine to "your personal Inari". Gives me the idea that the shrine was to Inari, yes, but in another name. A simple change, but one that I think makes sense of her not just migrating to another shrine.

Yeeaaah, I didn't do that much research before choosing a deity (Inari was mentioned while I was researching fox spirits), but some of my further research has given me an idea that will make me not a liar while also letting me have a sensible character arch.

I would consider Miyuki more of a wild fox spirit than one that supports a deity like Yumeiko.

I was just thinking about that. Usually, she has to put up a talisman to repel something in such a fashion.

I absolutely adore the idea of people randomly having to deal with random mythical problems.
