It was a warning applicable to every RPer in Notes but seeing as Leon and Natsu were the ones positioned away from the group and/or likely to distance themselves, they were Mentioned.

Seriously, this isn't a severe matter and it's been blown way out of proportion. A warning is not always cause for alarm, but consideration.

That's true, but when I read it, the mention did have an inkling of "huh, reads a bit like poking at those two a bit more".

There really shouldn't have been the escalation, given it was really just a small thing and all, but you could see how it could've been misconstrued and read into.
