Bio

Hi.

I'm an Interdiscplinary BA, searching for a job in the current market, and this site has been my introduction to role-play. I prefer medieval and/or sci-fi roleplays and am a fan of Star Trek, Star Wars, RWBY, Fire Emblem Awakening, Superheroes, and Fairy Tail.

I'd be willing to start on the boat along the way along with everyone else.
Fantastic!

Glad to hear it. ^^

And no, I haven't set up any sort of CS template just yet, given that I don't even know if there'll be enough people interested in this yet or not. :p

Fair enough.

I believe I have my character idea. A daughter of either a minor noble or a highly honored soldier of Galador who grew up on her father's stories of heroism and wants to be a hero like him and have adventures. She felt that she lost her chance after failing to become a pegasus knight, but then the call came for people to join the All-Aoes Exploration Forces and she signed up quickly and so now will take this as her chance to adventure.

She'd be a Cavalier and so exhibit many of the typical Galador traits, while being very much the keen youngster that longs to prove her worth. Her main weapon would be swords. Her name will likely be Alastrina with the nickname of Alice. Her horse would be a white stallion with a black mane and tail named Winsley.
This sounds fun. Do you have a character sheet you'd like to use?
Arthur sadly smiled. "Don't apologize for the way things are, Samara...May God bless you on the road ahead, wherever it may lead. Then he turned and joined the others as they departed.

At Dalious's comment, Arthur raised his eyebrow. "You may certainly do that. Though somehow I doubt they'd try the same trick twice." Then he opened up Gwyneria's diary and looked through, deciding to silently peruse for right now as they started along. If there was any clue where to go next, it should be somewhere in here...Or would be in the other book. Yet he shivered just thinking about it. A deep dive of that would be best later, once they were more secluded and on their way to the Islands. Not when there could be danger in any corner.

One eye kept to their surroundings and one hand kept to his sword while the other scanned through for any clues that might be hid within.
Might be able to cook something up to help balance out the team. Thinking about a weird monster guy at the moment.

Weird monster guy sounds fun. We don't have one of those yet.
Radiators? Wtf is he talking about?

I really don't know. I can't even understand what his character's backstory was. And I've tried reading through it twice.
Arthur frowned, looking up. "Cicero and Gwyn?" Surely he heard that wrong, right? "Perhaps if we started with where they are, then you would have a clue for where to go."

Then he looked to the book they'd gestured to. "If it's truly a book that can speak, then it usually needs to be opened. Though of course, most such books can only answer questions that are already within it's pages. There's only some truly older tomes, made with powerful magic, that can actively scry for answers such as where a person is."

@Omega Man

I adjusted Jane as suggested.
