I'm very sorry guys. it took longer than I was supposed to. WAY longer to be honest. But, hopefully we can get moving again. You can decide where to find your assigned stray. Once you do, if you'd all like I will play it as I know writing up a fight yourself is annoying.

Tsumiki didn't respond immediately to either of his angered peerage members. Whatever they must have been doing at the moment couldn't really compare to what needed to be done. With the entirety of his peerage in the room he sighed. As it was they were devoid of a queen. Something he'd likely need to remedy in time. There's strongest member was Siegfried, whom it would be best to send alone. Argos was formidable but leaving him to his own devices was dangerous. Ekibe had requested to be paired with Kenji. A good pairing. It was always best to have a member with the former fallen angel in case he were to fall asleep.

Even so, as the angered members of his peerage stared him down he remained calm. "I take it by the looks on your faces and the tones with which you're addressing me I interrupted a bit of fun." He said simply before sighing and taking a deep breath.

"Right, well there's nothing I can do about that." He said quickly as he walked past the two towards the "clubroom" door. "The fact of the matter is we have business to attend. This isn't the first time I've had to abruptly summon you and it won't be the last. If you weren't taking care to keep yourself ready and on guard I can't help but think of how you would fair in battle." He teased the two, though if history served as any indicator to them he was quite sorry and would likely try to make amends somehow later.

"The fact remains though, we have been given an assignment by the good lord Belphegor." His words seemed respectful, but his tone was anything but when he spoke of the lord of their land. "We have to hunt down and exterminate a trio of Stray Devils, by morning." He debriefed them rather quickly before motioning for the others to follow. At this time, the group would be just about alone in this section of the school. "As for the targets. We haven't been given names, or very much in regards to their fighting abilities."

Tsumiki thought for a moment about the Asmodeus clan member. He knew her quite well. She was kind, though a bit naive. Additionally, she didn't have the best taste in people when it came to resurrecting and building her peerage. It was likely only because of her kindness that she hadn't been killed. He couldn't imagine her requesting the punishment of death on her former peerage members though. It was likely the work of one of her parents. "Their former master was rather dismissive oft he subject and refused to give information in detail regarding the incident that occurred prior to her strays leaving. She also refused to give insight as to their combat abilities as a whole." So essentially they were going in blind.

"However, we were at least provided with visuals so we knew what we would be looking for." He said as he pulled out three pictures. He stopped as he reached the school exit and held up the three pictures for the group. "Argos, you and Siegfried will work as a team to take down our sword wielding friend of a wolf. Kenji and Ekibe will track down the arachnid. And Nora and I will go after the... Bunny?" He spoke almost as if questioning the final stray. "Interesting peerage for an interesting master I suppose." He finished the small debriefing and ran his fingers through his hair. "Keep in contact."

He paused for a moment as he turned to open the door. He kept his hands on it. Something felt off about this whole thing. "If possible," he spoke calmly as he turned the handle of the door and pushed it open continuing to say, "I'd appreciate it if we could lure them all together for questioning before extermination. I have questions." He finished before motioning for Nora to follow while. "The park will do." He added so the other knew where to group up if they managed to defeat their prey without needing to kill them.

Red Arrow

"If you guys think I'm even a little on point I'm doing a damn good job." Jonathan retorted as Katty commented on his skills after his questioning of his ability to pay attention to his surroundings as a hero. He shrugged and chuckled though as the conversation continued and then Carmelita added in her thoughts. Or rather, her thought. "Oh yeah that was it! Catwoman." He said happily dropping his right fist into the open palm of his left hand. The young man couldn't help but mentally facepalm. How could he not remember such a simple and historic villainess. "But yeah, old man or not, he must have been young at some point. Otherwise, it would be hard to envisions there ever being a Batman before this one at all."

After that things seemed to be moving rather quickly, even if some present wouldn't look it by comparison. Even so, one would expect Red Arrow to have been the first into action after his miniature reaction, but of course that was Carmelita's thing. "It would probably be helpful for somebody to carry here." He said before catching a glimpse of Katty changing. His eyes widened for a moment before he quickly jerked his head to the left to avoid staring. Though the small glance was enough to deepen the pigment of his face. To call him a bit red in the face would be quite the understatement as he could just about be compared to a tomato if not the red of his very uniform.

Still they had a job to do and he wasn't about to be left behind. Jonathan shook his head and rushed to the elevator after Catherine and only then did it occur to him. "Hey guys... How are we getting there?" He questioned for a moment. It wasn't like he had anything to drive, though he had been looking into getting himself a motorcycle. John would have to teach him how to ride first, if he couldn't get Batman to or anyone else to do so. How hard could it be in comparison to riding a bike? "It's not like any of us are very oriented in the ways of mobility." He continued his thought on how the team would make it to the scene of the crime.
@Prince of Seraphsits sad how much they could do with Batman beyond. And Arkham style game would be pretty cool to me. Long as they fixed some of problems from Arkham Knight.

Yeah I know that's a long shot, but it'd be so cool if they put as much work into the story and characters as they did for Arkham City. That's honestly my pick for best of the Series. I know most would agree but it's always important to note the opinion aspect of this lol

And I see what your saying. Like Terry could in on moment pick apart a villain or a case with what he'd learned but then still fall pray to making the most basic of rookie mistakes with no real reason behind it.
Something's recently happened that forced me to priories posting in another rp before this one. Not because this rp is any less important to me. It was primarily because I'm still in the process of constructing what I believe will be good enough stray Devils to fight. Regardless I'm working on the post, and need to find two more faceclaims for the strays and I'll have it up soon. We're not done here. Lol still, sorry. It's gotten a little strained in my homelife. I'll try to be a better gm.

So I was reading through. A little late to the party. And I pretty much agree. Although, if I might add my own thoughts on Terry, mostly cause I like to talk, I would say that we really should blame the poor handling of the character as opposed to the character himself.

By this I mean, they needed to make him seem dumber than he was to attribute for him needing help and Bruce being needed or anybody else. Mostly, because Bruce went off and trained and learned various skills over a number of years. Terry didn't do that. At best he's a brawler. But I think part of what made that great was his unpredictability in combat at time. Hmmm I guess an example would be him versus the joker near the climax of the "return of the joker" movie.

It's also clear he gains more skill in the justice league (or was it unlimited?) episode "epilogue." His stealth, among other skills, seem to have grown much stronger with time as he manages to get to an aged Waller even without his suit (if I'm remembering right).

Of course these examples are generally only applicable when comparing him to animated series Batman since I'm sure if you go by comics you can find countless points to show Bruce being the same to an extent.
@Prince of SeraphsJonathan would probavly argue. It'll be fun to play.
Side note, I'll probably post in about a day or so
@Prince of Seraphs@Member 00492
I feel like I'm making him a cliche... but all else considered, Red Arrow would STILL empathize with and want to help him.
@Prince of Seraphsguess it's good I only read spidey? XD
@Prince of Seraphsoh okay cool, it was just on my mind lol
And I guess to each his own when it comes to the ultimate universe. Although to be fair I did only read the Ultimate Spider-Man run. Which I really liked up to the end. Although again, to each their own
