Location: Forest, Kindred territory.
@13orgMost times the tigress was much more careful. Much more in tune to her warning system. Yet here she was up a tree with hunters all around them. A web of death entangling them within. Just like that single moment that flipped the animal’s life around and a promise of this event never happening again. A failed attempt in reality. Slowly Taiah’s figure lowered downwards in order to lie upon the branch’s safety.
Her grey eyes flickered towards the male, as if watching his movements closely, only to be repeat that no harm was meant with another nose touch. It had been a while since she felt safe with another tiger though his words did hurt her heart.
“ You’re wrong. We won’t be alright. We’ll never be alright. These types of humans tend to take all that they want from us. All that makes kindred beautiful. All that makes us happy.” She remarked with a sigh. She carefully shifted her paws, noting that they were headed toward the white area. Most likely they would be unwelcome making this option unusable and right now there were very few humans around than the previous scent implied. Perhaps more than 15? Granted that this was just a guess.
“ I take it as you lost family to them before Naaji. Seems like almost everyone I met has lost family to them.” Taiah remarked with a saddened tone. Her head slowly lowered upon her paws. The thoughts of that day once again crept into her mind. A curiosity forming in order to see what this tiger would do if he heard the story.
“ I always had a curiosity for other kinds. As I repeat the events I usually try to think of other ways I could have avoided finding Theoden as a cub. And every single time I repeat what happened, as if I was drawn towards that little human female. Perhaps I was considering she was hiding in the grassy area around our home. Covered in blood. Perhaps I was supposed to take Theoden home with me. In order to learn the ways of hunters but to be honest wit you. I don’t really regret it because I love my sister. I really do.” The tigress said lifting her head and rubbing it against Naaj’s shoulder in a calming motion.
When the man released a strange sound her eyes shifted towards him. This event felt so strange.
“ I don’t quit understand exactly why you’re here exactly. You can just turn this way.” The female stated while shifting her left paw to point farther into the forest.
“ Move straight with haste before the ball in the sky lowers human. Unless you have something else planned. After all there was some of your kind’s scents earlier. Them having something that doesn’t belong to them. My question is how do we know you’re not one of them?”
