I think I'm Advanced+ level and could do that. But under Adv, I feel compelled to write a certain way and it makes writing feel more like a chore even if it's just in my head. Thus, I prefer Casual

Many people equate "Advanced" to "Big, high effort posts with lots of flowery language." It's a habitual thought I struggle to shake as an RPer with 20+ years of writing experience. It's very draining

Aaand posted again. Finally. Apologies if I have him do a bit much. I was having a lot of fun with the fight and didn't want to give Auron a huge disadvantage in the form of four stab wounds so soon. xP I wanted him to fight on relatively even ground for just a little longer. xD
Once his fist had landed against nothing but air, Auron knew that he was in trouble. His opponent was now even closer to him than before, meaning that most of his previous options were now lost to him, at least temporarily. If he didn't act immediately, he was going to really be in for some serious pain. He had watched as his foe released his grip on the sword that was embedded firmly in the tree and reach for a new weapon. He couldn't help but smirk slightly. He had released his grip on the weapon pinning him to the tree. If he could just get out of this, he could get back into the fight with ease. He observed his opponent's motions and caught on to what was about to happen. In a desperate attempt to prevent his own immobilization, he reached his opposite arm upward, this one still wielding the Dragon's Claw, and brought up upward toward the inside of the demon's elbow. He slammed his arm into the crook of Meats' own and just like that was able to stop him from wrapping his arm around him.
However, he was not done yet. A dagger was likely to come his way immediately afterward. In a desperate attempt to avoid such further injury, he attempted to shove his entire body forward, bellowing a guttural roar as he lunged with all of his might. He winced in pain as his wing was sliced even further by the blade of Iginbo with his sudden movement, but it was of no consequence. It was nothing compared to the stabs he would receive if he did nothing. He brought his entire body forward, dragging his wing along the blade as far as its hilt extended, and attempted to ram his entire body into the demon's. He put all of his strength into this one blow. He needed to get this demon away from him. If he could just shove him backward with all of his might, he could get just enough time to remove the blade from the tree, free his wing without tearing it to shreds, and get back in the fight all at once. Because this was his goal, rather than actual damage, he aimed primarily for the demon's lower body...right at his waist as though he were going for a full-on tackle. If he could just knock his opponent back, or even better to the ground...!

Yeah, I'm sorry about that. It wasn't actually planned, so I couldn't have told you anyway. It was more just busy life and keeping things in order elsewhere. But...I will get to the RP tomorrow before I go to bed. I don't have the time tonight, but I will get to it by then. =}

Bounce ideas, huh? Well, I saw furries on your list and was curious if you might be interested in what I laid out here on this thread? In short, it's a MxF or MxM furry RP...but I'm wondering if you'd be interested at all in that wrestling plot in that thread?
If not, that's cool. I can go for some kind of furry RP. The one I have going right now is kind of slow at the moment. xD

RP status: OPEN
First and foremost, I would just like to state this right away. I am not a fan of mature content in terms of sexual activity. I would like to avoid this if possible, but that does not mean I don't like a bit of romance as long as the characters have chemistry. I understand the stigma of furry RP, but hopefully you can get over that. However, while I don't want the mature content, the sub and dom relationship roles can still be filled if you'd like. In that case, I would love it if I could play the submissive, since I like the idea of a couple characters of mine give control to somebody else...as they're usually the type to think that they're top dog.
I have been craving a good Furry RP for some time now and the ones I start are rather slow at the moment, so I'm looking specifically for this this time.
In any case, here are my ground rules:
1. Literacy Level: As long as you can do your best to produce proper spelling, grammar and punctuation and be successful much of the time, then I do not really care what level of literacy you are. I can do anything from Chat or Free RP to low-Advanced. I don't really like putting too much effort into my actual post length, since I feel that that makes it more of a chore than fun, so low-Advanced is where I have to stop. However, I can usually pump out at least two paragraphs per response.
2. Limits: I have none as far as language and violence go (so long as we're not killing characters off for no reason), but as I stated before, I would like romance to remain below 18+ with very little to no mature content in that area if possible. I am 23 years of age, so I can take mature content...I just do not enjoy mature content of /that/ variety.
3. Leniency: I am a busy person and have been ever since I started for my Bachelor's degree. I may not be on every day of every week to reply. However, I will do my very best to get a reply to you at the VERY least once every three days. However, you can usually expect at the least a daily response under normal circumstances. It would be fantastic, however, if I could know what time(s) you are usually online. Because if we can be online at the same time, then we can have a good back-and-forth with our posts. =}
4: The Basics: You all know the basic rules of semi-literacy, right? No PP/GMing, etc etc? I hope so. Because I would like my partner to be following them.
5: Location: I would very much like this to be over PM's. It's just easier for me to keep track of all of my RP's that way and I like being away from prying eyes.
6: The action: As good as some decent romance is, I am a very action-oriented person. I like having things happen. Not constantly of course, unless you want to specifically do an Arena-style RP. Combat is my absolute favorite part of a roleplay, so I expect there to be at least some of it. It doesn't even have to be the focus of the RP...I'd just really like this, otherwise I'm likely to eventually get bored.
I believe that is everything for the rules, although I may add more if I think of more. In any case, here is something I have been REALLY craving to do for a long time now but have never been able to actually do it. If you'd be willing to do this plot, I would be extremely grateful~
The cool thing about this is that we don't actually have to limit this to a simple wrestling tournament. If we wanted to, we could probably plot something that could be going on behind the scenes that our characters could start uncovering as they struggle to stay on top...and this can even be reflected in the matches. If we want the IWF to be up to something, and they suspect that our characters are catching on, they could do everything in their power to get them eliminated and booted.
(And of course, the wrestling wouldn't be all there is to it. Wrestlers do have downtime too. xP)
Anyway, that's just an RP idea that I have always wanted to try but have never been able to give it a go. If you don't want to do that, then that's perfectly fine. =} I can do many other things, although outside of boxing and wrestling, I'm not good at Modern-era RP's. I would like to sincerely apologize for my absence the last couple of months. I have just been extremely busy since school started and have other RP sites to tend to in priority. However, I hope to have everything settled down soon, so I can get posting on the IC thread by the end of the week. Or at the very least, that's my goal.
