Thanks to those who have sent me PMs. I updated my original post a bit.

First of all, a nerf isn't strictly the only option: just be prepared to face much tougher enemies fighting *you* if you don't want to change anything. It's a perfectly valid option not to. My word on this isn't set in stone.
I don't mind having to take on stronger enemies if that will make things fair for everyone.
The +4/+6 thing is a simple addition. Adding all the racial bonuses on your character sheet currently gets me 14 points being added in total (8+2+2+2), which I find a tad excessive given that all the other characters are in the range of +2 *and* have negative modifiers. Not only does your character have massive bonuses, she seems to have no weaknesses in the stat department. See my point of view? Which is why I suggested a new total of +4 or +6, distributed as you see fit.
Alright. Thanks for explaining. I toned those down a bit.
This does also enable some gamebreaking combinations in a game where a teleport normally costs very rare diamond dust ;) I can deal with it, just seems a bit odd.
I think you're forgetting that Eschew Materials only applies to components that are normally less than 1gp. Also, Still and Silent spells either take up a spell slot that are one higher than normal, or in a RP like this it's common to just say that they have a higher fail rate to compensate.
So, are you going to nerf your character a bit or shall I just make the game harder for you? Either one is fine, and I already thought of some interesting restrictions on you/buffs on enemies/area effects should you decide not to nerf XD
I did nerf some stuff just now. My goal here isn't to have a godlike character. Let me know if there is anything else I need to adjust.
@DracheEither one is workable, though the half dragon will have to endure harder battles.
