"I'd like to tell you that I know what I'm doing, but I uh...yeah."
Name: Ayano Yukimura
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Occupation: Ayano became the CEO of a company...by accident. More specifically, by an astronomical clerical error caused by one of the incompetent interns that scrambled the firm's software to the point where nothing made sense, and the former secretary was suddenly the head of the company. The former CEO decided "eh I wanted to retire anyway", and when contacted about the issue the company's parent company said "I don't have time for this, just figure it out or something." So everyone rolled with it and Ayano was suddenly burdened with a huge mountain of responsibility. The result? Massive paychecks, but MASSIVE STRESS all day long. Her quirky nature to begin with combined with her coping mechanisms to deal with leading a company she had only been working at for a few weeks as the secretary result in a surprisingly competent, yet high-strung, CEO who does her job unlike anyone else, somehow finding ways to get everything done. Although she could work all through the night to get ahead, she also believes in work-life balance and adhering to the hours you set, so she always leaves work at 5 pm sharp every day.
Personality: Ayano sort of fits the Asian stereotype of someone who cares extraordinarily a lot about doing everything perfectly, but she appears to strive for perfection in a more lighthearted and energetic way than most. With her current job all she can strive for is survival, so out comes her high-pitched squeals and extremely rapid speech as she tries to make sense of things. Her mind is always moving at a rapid pace, and it's possible that she needs to be tought how to jump off the hamster wheel once in a while. An apt description for her would be "high-strung, but in a sort of cute way." Still, thanks to her bountiful energy she is a very cheery person to talk to when she's not sprinting around her office building trying to get things done (despite the presence of phones and the Internet).
Background: Ayano had a fairly normal upbringing filled with high expectations that she largely set for herself. Rather than overbearing parents who imposed nearly impossible expectations on her, Ayano had chill parents who watched as she set those expectations on her own. She had an incredible drive from the beginning, eventually going to law school in hopes of putting that drive to good use. Unfortunately the job market in the area for people with fresh law degrees was virtually zilch, so she got this job as a secretary. Now she doesn't need to practice law anymore, which after going through the rigors of law school seems like it might be a good idea to her. At any rate, she spends a lot of her paychecks on expensive meals. She likes food...a lot.
