Current Graduation has happened - I am no longer a teacher. Won't have to work 12 hour days + weekends anymore, so maybe I'll actually have enough time for hobbies.

Teacher update: I feel like a villain from a cartoon. The laughter of teenagers gives me migraines, and I no longer feel guilt when giving bad grades to kids that sleep through my lessons.

The tension in the air was thick, and Daichi exhaled like his lungs were cannons. Every breath was loud, and Daichi was left none the wiser of the incredible amount of noise he was generating. The sweat of the clone drenched Daichi's back in a slick sweat, causing him to whine slightly in disgust. That sound was immediately ceased when the sound of a creaking floorboard occurred two stories below. Daichi nearly stopped breathing, but almost immediately began to hyperventilate, breathing at a dangerously fast rate. Someone was climbing the stairs, someone was climbing the stairs, oh god, oh god, oh god-.

The creaking of a door near the beginning of the third floor caused Daichi's mind to race far faster than the dim boy was ever meant to. He heard the sound of a girl's voice, but it was to far away and too muffled to make out who was talking, and what was being said. Daichi, despite having barely any room in the small, enclosed space, immediately began to shiver in fear. The thought of losing that extra credit, which was going to be his sole lifeline in his academic career, and arguably his only chance at graduation... It terrified Daichi, to say the least. But then again... Hurting someone was just as horrible, if not worse... But... maybe it was okay? The nurse was available nearby, and maybe the teachers would step in if Daichi lost control... Daichi made his decision, but nearly lost control of his bowels when there was a hesitant knock on the door. A voice, which Daichi recognized as the sleepy Sazama, rung out. As it did, Daichi slowly touched the communicator on the side of his head, and silently whispered out a status to his teammates.

"I-I have t-trouble here, requesting backup i-i-immediately... I-if that's not t-too much to a-ask..."

As he gave out the response, Daichi felt someone pull against the door. He wasn't too worried, however. He was far stronger than a little girl, and there was no way in hell she would be able to open that door with him on the other side. Daichi doubted if her entire team pulling on the door would be able to open it, especially considering how dark the building and, by extension, the closet was. Daichi began to calm down - after all, he was pretty much assured safety, right? There was no way hero's would risk breaking down the room when there was a hostage inside... Daichi's recovery was short-lived, however, as the handle slowly began to heat up.

It took nearly 8 seconds until Daichi realized that it wasn't his hands sweating profusely, but rather the quirk of the intruder. It seems that the girl was some kind of pyrokinetic... As Daichi came to this conclusion, the handle began to grow hot... It wasn't like the heat itself was going to seriously injure him, but his grip began to grow slick with sweat, and it sure as heck wasn't going to be easy to hold the door like this... But... she would have to stop eventually if he did hold on, the hostage wasn't nearly as tough as Daichi himself... No. Even though he was playing the villain, Daichi knew that sacrificing another person was surely not the right choice. Daichi got himself ready, and threw open the door as hard as he could, easily ripping it from it's hinges. Now, easily towering over the girl stood Daichi, who was far stronger than he had felt in any of the PE classes before. But his stamina was probably still weaker than this girl, who was now covered in glowing tattoos... Dismissing the glowing circuits that covered most of her exposed skin, Daichi quickly got himself in a tight position, covering the doorway with his massive frame. As he did so, he entered into a safe guard, almost taunting the girl to try her luck with direct combat. During all of this, he kept himself silent. He knew that his voice was not the proper tone for a villain...

Daichi tightened his stance, matching the way his boxing instructors had taught him at the age of 12. His mother, always the worrier, wanted to be sure that Daichi knew how to protect himself... Which was already pretty easy considering his quirk... In the darkness, he looked truly intimidating, the only parts of his body clearly visible being his beady eyes, and his shining teeth. Daichi, however, saw his surroundings with perfect clarity, and noticed how the girl dodged his famous door-attack, which he had just invented seconds ago. Daichi briefly questioned why he was going to throw away a life of not using his quirk, a life of calm and gentle peace, by attacking this girl... But then he remembered the kind, smiling faces of those whom he helped back in Kyoto... He was doing this so he could do more good like that. Even if he had to hurt this girl... She was going to forgive him if he tried hard enough to make amends. The same could not be said about Daichi trying to forgive himself for failing something he is supposed to be amazing at...

Being sure to cover as much of the doorway as possible, Daichi prepared against an assault of heated strikes. Despite this, he felt a little... off. Why was she so confident earlier? Why did she say that weird phrase earlier when the heating began? Daichi shook these questions from his mind. That didn't matter. All that mattered was winning. He needed that extra credit... He needed all the help he could get to graduate this dang school... Daichi snarled slightly, in hopes of threatening and possibly unnerving the girl. He refused to move besides that, praying his teammates hurried to his location soon. Even if they didn't, however, Daichi wasn't to worried.

After all, what could a girl who didn't even reach his shoulders do to him, even if she had hot hands? Daichi was about to find out how wrong he was shortly.

I'll get a post up tomorrow, promise. Got a little wrapped up in some other RPs, expect my post either in the morning or sometime around 4:00 PM tomorrow.
As it seemed the meeting was over, Robert had risen to his feet, ready to dismiss himself, when a familiar sound reached his ears. It was said in a very unfamiliar accent, and the words ran together in some places, but it was clearly the same language he had grown up knowing. Turning slowly to it's point of origin revealed the man, Fenrir, uttering the language. Robert stood, a poker face etched across his features, before cracking a light smile. Robert had a feeling he knew what the man was talking about when he referred to a " special mineral". After all, Sakuradite was arguably the most valuable resource on earth, and the Britannian empire would not have it's glory had it not been for the miraculous material. In the earlier years of it's use, many were opposed to relying so heavily on such a rare mineral, but those were all but hushed in the face of the Knightmare Frames overwhelming superiority. Now, the empire and all major world powers were clambering to get their hands on the wonder material. Hell, the whole reason the second pacific war was even started was because of the damn rocks! Just goes to show you how far people were going to go in the name of science.

Robert had personally thought up several designs of "Solar-Powered Knightmares", but all designs were far too weak and unsuitable for military use, and as a result, were usually dropped halfway through development. Robert opened his mouth to speak.

"Merci pour le compliment, Muscles. Je suis impatient de travailler avec vous aussi. Rappelez-vous juste: Les informations classifiées sont un non-go. Je ne veux pas mourir. Si vous avez des questions, ou avez besoin de travail sur votre knightmare, juste dire le mot."

"Oh, and do work on your accent. It is rather lacking. Until then, goodbye everyone!"

Striding off rather comically down the corridor, lab coat tailing behind him, Robert began asking for directions to his room. Several long minutes passed, and Robert finally arrived in a rather plain bedroom, clearly built for practicality rather than comfort. Robert began to sort out his luggage, organize his room, and finally took a shower.

The meeting had been nerve-wracking, and a shower was definitely needed. Besides, Britannians were incredibly snobby when it cam to this sort of thing. It would simply be out of character if he showed up smelling like a "dirty eleven". After several minutes, and a set of new clothes, Robert through his journal onto his bed. There was no way in hell he was taking it somewhere so dangerous. Robert spent several seconds gazing at his bland pilot suit, questioning his actions in the future mission. He turned, leaving the suit behind, and donning a fresh lab coat.

It was time for business.
Writing up a post now.
Lomen gave his approval, and then began to speak with Grandfather about something. Kishi was too preoccupied with traveling around the cave, delivering the good news of the boar and returned to find Lomen giving out the boar to all of the inhabitants of the cave. As Kishi noticed that Lomen was giving the meat to the new-born and less-able first, he smiled. After all, those were the people who deserved it most, and Kishi knew how dangerous it could be out in the wilderness. For those that could not brave it, all that remained were bugs that scattered across the cavern floor, and the philanthropy of the stronger inhabitants. Kishi felt sick as he reached his small corner of the cave.

The large rock, which he had planned to use for the gravestone of his fallen companions, lied in wait for his return. The stone stood as a monument. It represented the struggle he has so far overcome for survival, and the sacrifice that he has already made, even in his few days of life. His companions were in the ground, he knew that. He was the one to bury them. The fear of death had implanted himself in that moment, but it was no longer the dominatrix of his mind. That title was currently claimed by a silent, almost serene sense of peace. He had overcome the challenges thus far. He was strong. Using the newly upgraded halberd at his disposal, he carved into the large rock.

Kishi

Kishi bent down and attempted to remove the pelt of his rabbit corpse cleanly. Even if he failed, he would still to devour the meat that stuck to it's bones. That would sate the hunger he had developed after felling the great boar. Kishi planned to ask for the date of his birth from either Grandfather, or one of the elder goblins. After all, what kind of gravestone doesn't have a birth date? Kishi laid down on the cold floor, and began to contemplate using a pelt to keep his body warm on these cold nights. Kishi's eyes closed, and he entered into a dreamless slumber.

The sound of light tapping and a chill awoke Kishi the next morning. The cavern was far colder than it had been the previous night, and the humidity was at least twice as high. A soft pitter-patter echoed throughout the confines of the cave, and a walk to the enterance revealed what appeared to be a torrent of some substance was raining down from the heavens themselves! Kishi reached for his spear, believing a threat has posed itself to the cave, before a sense of calm passed over him. This was normal. The voice rung out throughout his mind, presenting the young goblin with information.

Rain.

Grandfather's voice soon pierced the cavern, and alerted the inhabitants if the dangers that the outside proposed. Kishi, following the words of his elder, began to make way towards the goblin, before Lomen began a conversation with the wise one. Kishi, deciding that butting in would be rude, simply moved to one of the goblins who was fully grown already. Having spotted one who looked fairly old, Kishi walked up to him and voiced his question.

"Excuse me, brother, but do you know what day it is? I need the information, and grandfather is busy."

As soon as the request ended, however, a goblin with bright green skin that almost burned the eyes walked up to Kishi, carrying a single blue petal.

The goblin, whom Kishi had finally realized was named Brother Stegs, seemed to want Kishi's input on the matter. Of course, Kishi knew he had a slight reputation in the cavern. He was the person who created arguably the strongest weapon in the entire cave, and he also supplied equipment to several goblins. But top think that another one of his kind would come to him in search of aid was somewhat... questionable. Regardless, the goblin was asking a favor, and Kishi would, if nothing else, cement his position in the cavern as a creator if he agreed. Kishi softly took the petal into his own hands, examining every angle he could.

"Hmm... If we attached it to something like gloves, it would provide for a much better grip on items. Or, we could do the same with a buckler or shield, creating a weapon as well as a defensive device. If we had enough, we would easily be capable of creating traps of the material that would be able to trap smaller prey in it's barbs... This is all theoretical, of course. As of now, we could probably make a bag or storage container, but for anything else I mentioned, we would need a proper adhesive."

Kishi finished the quick listing, and returned to his normal breathing. The trap he had mentioned before would be useful for small prey, and would definitely be easier to create and maintain than a pitfall, but a pitfall could catch much largere prey and was theoretically a permanent trap. You needed to simply dig a very large hole, place spike sticks or stones on the bottom, and layer over it with weak sticks and leaves. Then, you simply replace the sticks, covering, and bait whenever you catch anything, and voila; a somewhat sustainable supply of meat. Of course, a snare would also suffice for small prey, but i offered the worst of both worlds, requiring both a constant maintenance, and also the need to replace bait.

Kishi handed the petal back to the young goblin, before making another remark.

"Tomorrow, I plan to begin construction on a pit trap. As such, I will be unable to accompany you on your retrieval for the petals. But, as long as you bring me the necessary supplies, I can build you anything you wish. Just remember: to build anything grand, we will need a far more advanced adhesive than what I am currently in possession of-"

Kishi stresses this statement by pointing out the dingy cloth which held the boar tusk to his staff.

"Until then, I am fairly limited in my options. I apologize again, brother Stegs."

After having several more seconds of idle chitchat, Kishi turns to a random wall of the cavern, both carving his stone spear head into a dagger, and also creating a basic outline for his long-term plan of protection, an idea originally sparked from the rain itself: A moat.

I'm not sure if anyone (besides Aki) even knows about the Sakura tree, let alone his garden. But yeah, Daichi would be the biggest woos if it came to that. Like, he would be someone's slave. Or try to kill them if they actually did burn down his garden.

Then again, he's too stupid to spot a bluff, so that's a plus.
EDIT: also, is it prohibited to severely hurt any of the villains, or are we not holding any punches whatsoever?
