Current My new-year resolution is to actually join a Casual Roleplay and not abandon it after a week.

That's not a hot take, that's an extremely cold take. Advanced players are using the Casual section because it has like 5 times more players.

Is this "full" full, full stop?
Lit. I love mundane stories.
Sounds neat.
Hawk!
Do snails also hate salt or are they different from slugs?

Q: "Are they related to Helena Douglas?"
No. Coincidence. I was merely thinking of a surname that punned glass.

Gesaka Douglas

Aarika's older sister, as far as the world knows.

Gesaka's Cutlass
Once an ordinary sabre, now an artifact that continues to tether Gesaka's presence to the world. There is no damaging Gesaka herself, only the sabre that binds her.
Naturally discovered techniques:
• Throwing the Cutlass, with Gesaka disappearing upon letting it go, and re-appearing upon the Cutlass whenever.

Destiny
Gesaka's Cutlass ignores one incoming fatal blow per turn, refusing to be destroyed completely.

Illuminant Strike
Deliberately slashes but the air, creating a concussive explosion of light that also temporarily blinds enemies that can see, and deafens enemies that can hear.

Arcane Flash
For a brief moment, Gesaka turns into an incongruent mass of light and dashes forward, firing concussive bolts of light at nearby enemies.
This dash is omnidirectional, can pass through walls, and ignores gravity.

Immortal Beacon
Passively absorbs light around Gesaka, gradually replenishing her mana and repairing her Cutlass. The vicinity partially dims while she herself is bathed in sparks of white, making her the brightest star wherever she goes.
May naturally negate attacks, effects and zones that are primarily made of light, boosting Immortal Beacon's effects instead.

I Precede You
The simplicity in Gesaka's spells belies her wits about the complexities of magic.
On every turn but only lasts the current turn, Gesaka may copy every effect of one spell casted in her vicinity, using it as her own, along with all the dependents and dependencies of the spell if need be.
If Aarika casts Lethal Shards around Gesaka, she may gain access to Lethal Shards - Configurations, Mirror Domain, and Reversed Shattering as well, if used in the same turn.
Mmh this looks nice.
Can I still join? Also is there a plot or is it slice of li- never mind, I did indeed just check the thread's tags. Lol.

I'll try to think of a character someday.
@mickilennial No... No, it's just straight up advanced roleplay.
Anyway I think I'll have skill issue joining this so I think I'll pass.
Oh this feels intimidating to join. Feels like a step above casual roleplay.
