Energy shields is a bit vague, but doable depending on the underlying concept. What energy specifically and how does it work as a shield? And the all important question: what does it run on?

@SilverPaw Hybrid fueling is fine. Steam gives generally lower output than electricity, but due to the Steam Core Formulization, is basically infinite power.
@SgtEasy Polynesia is fine yeah. Australia is only mentioned in the crazed accounts of shipwreck survivors as a burning wasteland populated by incomprehensibly designed beasts.

@DogHrm, right now we have two Britains, a Russian, and a German. Doesn't actually seem like there's THAT much in the area of the Empire, so until further notice, I'd say you can have the Ottomans have what they wish, under the presumption that after the Scientific Revolution and the Futile War, the territories they've occupied were given more autonomy/independence.
Sure thing, banjo.

@SilverPaw So how big is one of these bad bois? And what's its power source? History itself is inoffensive enough that I've no problems with it though.

@Dog They can exist, yeah. You'll probably have to discuss the state of that particular Empire with your European and Middle Eastern neighbours though.
Nowhere.

Ey, how ya five doing? Chances are likely that I'll start the OOC on Saturday and begin scheming around that same time as well.
No.

Well, it was good to see that the urban legend had a face to him, and a pretty handsome face too. As Shibuya's Naked Running Man (though no longer naked) took off into the distance, Zen pulled out her smartphone and snapped a quick picture, before sending it to Jasmine.

Sighting #2 of the Running Man. He cared about the ambulance staff, so I think he might be a pretty decent person!

Or maybe he was like that because he was disappointed. Could never know in the end. Turning away, Zen strode back to the field hospital and back to work. And by work, she meant school. Because, in the end, once matters of supernatural maladies were resolved and those in the most life-threatening conditions were brought back from the brink, Shine Heart could let the PhDs handle the rest. She cracked her neck, stretched her arms, felt the warmth of her heart extend beyond her extremities, and prepared to get to work.

Ah, but wait, had to get another message out to the gang.

Hey Umiko, Sora. Either of you need a quick patching up? How was it up in the front today? Grand Admiral J behaved, right?
Sure. She's still going into Bermuda as a kiddo from Russia though, ye? Didn't make her double life in a different country?
@Psyker Landshark How many times do we have to teach you this lesson, Russia?!

Anyways, no particular issues with it. Did Valeriya create power armor herself, or is she just improving upon existing designs within the military? Also, how long has she been in the outside world, as opposed to being stuck in clandestine spy schools learning shit and eating shit?

@Vega7285 This is also fine. Might be useful to slap on a list of her functions somewhere, as well as note which parts of her physicality are like, not human.

@Liotrent Docking points for not give him a plague doctor mask. Otherwise he's inoffensive enough that I don't have too much to add. Does he brew his own custom toxins (thus making him a bit of a Technologist as well), or does he brew stuff that essentially already exists naturally?

@Medili I'd say stick with Japan, cause that's still where her roots are. And I guess for narrative comprehension, you can just imagine her physical capabilities of being twice that of peak human capabilities.
I'm totally fine with alternate history shenanigans causing some people to name their kids after others who shouldn't exist until centuries after. After all, the Scientific Revolution is basically two centuries before the Industrial one, and the Futile War is basically WWI except four whole ass centuries earlier.
