It really is xD honestly the only reason I have it for Deuce is because you can gain it through moments of extreme shock, so that's kind of how he had gotten it....So he doesn't really have it just to have it, kinda makes sense why it was unlocked....Busoshoku Haki on the other hand xD

Pretty sure it's a Fan-made Gif so they can be as old and as related as the person wants them to be.
If they were older they'd be represented as older (Not represented as they are in the show, i.e twelve), and if they weren't related in that specific fan-made material then that should be stated or you should provide proof where they do state it....Otherwise the fan gif is twelve year old incest and that's just how it is
