Current Jenny Nicholson's four hour takedown of the failed Star Wars hotel is the most entertaining thing Disney Star Wars has provided in seven years

Train isn't a real band, it exists just to be played softly in clothing stores or the few malls that still exist in America. You can't convince me otherwise. RIP to the bassist though.

It is hilarious and also exhausting how many weirdos are mad that the She Hulk show contains a post credits scene od She Hulk and Megan Thee Stallion twerking. The fact that every popular property piece of media just becomes a target of the stupid and dumb and idiotic culture war is proof that the internet was a mistake.

I play FF14.

Here is art of my character in her monk glam that was commissioned.
I've raided with people who play 14 on console.

Personally I'd invest in a keyboard to use for playing on console just so you can actually type shit in chat like a sane person but playing the whole thing with controller is incredibly viable.
The new Beavis and Butthead is good if only because Butthead making fun of Post Malone and BTS is something I never thought I'd see but welcome with open arms

As soon as Mika's little surprise made himself known, Holly knew more would flock to take a look for themselves; she couldn't exactly fault them, how often did one of them waltz in with something, or someone, shiny and have it be something other than jewels or the like. Of course, for Holly she didn't care if the Snom was shiny or not. She cared that it was a Snom and just seeing the little eyes and the rounded little mandibles turned Holly from cool as a cucumber to red like a tomato. It was a poorly kept secret among the gym leaders that Holly thought bug types were cute; most of them tended to pretend they didn't know or else gave her a proper hard time about it. She would expect nothing less. Friends or even co-workers as the case may be had a tendency to know how to rag on each other but in a well meaning sort of way. Mika being willing to show off caught or collected bug Pokemon was a perk Holly was incredibly grateful for. It was like someone showing off pictures of their kids or something, that was the sort of response triggered in Holly when face-to-pincers with a bug.

If Macchiato, her Umbreon, were here he would probably hate not being the center of attention over a small little bug and that was one reason he got to stay at home. Tonight wasn't about dealing with the ego of Macchiato; Holly had enough on her plate already. As Ryker gave his little speech, Holly was very blatantly not paying attention. Her attention was with her finger which was teasingly placed near Snom's mouth. She was well aware that she looked as if she were poking Mika's hair and such a harmless gesture would naturally invite speculation but that thought honestly never crossed her mind. How could it, when she was clearly preoccupied with something much more adorable than any of her peers. If Snom was ticklish Holly didn't know but she was acting as if he was teething and her finger was a succulent piece of fruit. Who cared about a rah-rah speech when the alternative was right in front of her. Her non-Snom poking hand held the glass containing dark brown, almost black, liquid with the whipped topping near the rim and she finally took a careful sip. A reckless sip would end with her having a whipped cream moustache and that was unacceptable.

The sweet bitter beverage went down smooth and Holly finally opted to give the big of the hour a break. Plus, it was rude to the others who wanted their time with the Snom, to say nothing of how Mika might feel though in Holly's defense, Mika had to expect that kind of reaction from the actress. "Bianca." Holly nodded to the ice leader who was also one of the ones enamored by the Pokemon that had joined the proceedings. "One of these days I'm going to convince you of the power of heels." Holly gestured with her head to Bianca's flats with the faintest of smiles. It was a crusade Holly was adamant she would win albeit one that had been a lot more challenging than she ever anticipated. Still, she was patient. She had a very defensive strategy as a gym leader, after all.

"Careful with that one, Mika." Holly referred to the Snom. "This much attention is bound to do wonders for his ego. I can attest. And so can Astrid's Raichu, it seems." More and more it was becoming clear that her decision to leave Macchiato at home was the right call. A room full of jealous Pokemon was bound to be more troublesome than it could possibly be worth.
Happy 6.2 day fellow Warriors of Light.

Have fun doing the raid I'll be busy making my island farm the chillest spot
Runaways is indeed about the band. Kristen Stewart plays Joan Jett. And yeah I can understand the aversion to indie, artsy films they are definitely not for everyone which is precisely why Robert Pattinson got a lot of people going like "Damn, vampire guy legit" with The Batman while Kristen Stewart hasn't really had that with people because she doesn't really do big commercial movies other than like the Charlie's Angels reboot which I only liked because I am gay.
Like what's Kristen Stewart's breakout role where she is t playing Kristen Stewart. Ditto Pattinson. Batman maybe? It didn't look like much to me but maybe that?

I'd say Adventureland but that might not meet the criteria depending on who you ask, and then I'd say The Runaways. Post Twilight? I'd say Clouds of Sils Maria or Personal Shopper and then most recently Spencer. Cafe Society too but I hesitate to suggest anything directed by Woody Allen cuz fuck Woody Allen. She's great in Lizzie but Lizzie is not that good.

For Pattinson I'd say that Batman is only really his breakout role for people who know him still as "Sparkly vampire" which is probably a lot of people to be fair because both he and KStew tended to do indie stuff rather than big releases. But for him I'd say his breakout role post-Twilight was The Rover which was the first movie he did after Twilight ended and he's good in it. Then I'd say Good Time is arguably his best performance to date with The Lighthouse in strong contention as well. Cosmopolis was during Twilight but is also solid. I think The Devil All The Time is a bad movie but Pattinson stands out because he chews the scenery so much that it's a wonder no one told him to stop.

@Fabricant451
Proves my point that I rarely watch movies. Since I've never even heard of half of these.

But I have watched Triple Frontier (or at least tried to) and uh...I had the same problem. Not that his acting is even in the top five problems of that one.

For what it's worth I didnt like it either but I liked him in it and that made me not turn it off so I have to mention it for that alone.

Please tell me what movie proves this. And don't say Dune. (And if its also a good movie on top of it, that be nice too.)

Why would I say Dune that movie sucked.

Anyway here are some movies and miniseries:

The Card Counter
Ex Machina
Inside Llewyn Davis
The Two Faces of January
A Most Violent Year
Triple Frontier
Scenes From A Marriage
Annihilation
Show Me A Hero

At this point, he reminds me of how many people claim Kristian Stewart is a good actor. Like, I know actors are only as good as their directors but...

I keep seeing him play himself. (I don't actually think he's paritcularly bad or anything. He's just the new Robert Patterson in pop culture. Where I always hear about his great acting in everything he's in, in comparison to where people originally saw them. And I (who admittedly watches few movies) hasn't seen it yet.

Both Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are also good actors as evidenced by the fact that Kristen Stewart was literally nominated for acting this year and damn well should've won.

I heard he's good in that movie where he's like a country singer and has a cat, but doesn't seem up my alley.

Inside Llewyn Davis, one of the best movies of the 2010s and pretty much the last good thing the Coen Brothers did since No Country For Old Men
And I also just read that his accent and performance was *purposefully awful* in an interview. And gosh golly gee that sure is convenient and identical sounding to someone who can't fucking act.

Oscar Isaac is a great actor and the accent is literally meant to be bad because the character isn't really British and is in fact pretending. His performance is far from awful considering it's the best thing that show put forth.
