Honestly, more structured/collaborative roleplays can be really fun and rewarding, but if you're going to open a project like that up you have to be flexible and open to compromise.

I mean, I write MUCH more Digimon-related stuff than I write Pokémon-related stuff, so I guess it wins by default in this context.

I thought it was some argument between Ob and Ganon? I have seen Ganon around anyway. I remember lurking when everyone was ganging up on him or something like that.


I dunno, something about alternate dimensions, different timelines, and I'd wager some butthurt issue I don't know.
I believe as our official event-and-beef chronicler, RBY can inform you further. Is, afterall, the premier lurker.


Basically, Ganon opted not to join one of the sequels way back when (even tried to get one canned when everyone else was against that), and because there was going to be a reasonable difference in the timeline, we split off after Imperialdramon died so we could set that up properly.

Ganon had made perfectly clear that he didn't want to be in S5 (or whatever story filled that position) all the way back at the beginning, I was just rolling with that. He's got his own thread, anyway, and nobody's responded to him in over nine weeks, I think?

In all seriousness, I know how you feel about essays, but you think undergrad essays are bad? Try postgrad. Some of the things they want will make you lose your hair. To be fair, this is from someone with English as her second language, so things might be different for native speakers (i.e. the rest of you sans Psyk).

I was about 16/17-ish. I'm 20 now, 21 in September. This is a long-ass RP. Shame we lost most of it though.

Actually, we still have just about everything from 2011-2012 (aka 90% of the total IC)- might be able to recover 2013 if I can fix my old hard drive, but no promises on that just yet.

I remember doing a couple uni essays, they never bothered me much either. Essays were all too easy I was interested in the knowledge, the learning but NOOOOO it's all Essays and shit. High School was the same.


Uni's a lot better than the lower forms of education, though- people are actually interested in what your personal opinion of shit is. And yeah, essays aren't bad, just a pain in the ass. Prefer them to exams and presentations, though.

I was in my first year of GCSE's when I started this. Only just turned 15, now I'm 19 in May. I feel you, man, it's fucking crazy how long this RP's been going for.
