Wars are still a thing because other countries like Rain and Sound Village are not aligned to the Sovereign Empire.

Yes, you answered it yourself. Military Police Force, but I already have a whole list of Shinobi Jobs that ain't military related.

For example, Blacklist Shinobi do what the canon do, staging could and killing off political rivals as they are hired to do so.

Outside the Sovereign and even inside, the whole world is still cruel.

We still get to do ninja missions that deals with uprising, fascists factions, anti-sovereign and the likes.

Being a Shinobi ain't that flowery because you are at high risk death.

The concept is certainly interesting but I am unsure as to how it is going to play. I mean, fundamentally Naruto is about melee fighting but with magic. With modern technology what's to stop someone from just pulling out an AK and ending it? And that's just the first question to come to mind. Like, I'd be interested in talking this through if for no other reason than because it's interesting.

Mei felt the awkward tension from the charismatic display of her heroic family, she eagerly wanted to walk out of the classroom.

At the same time, her reputation in Eirei Academy is filled with jealousy and divided opinions of gossips. Mei is not even a recommended student like Aurora but people with poverty and crab mentality from their inferior gaze were already showing prejudice. Mei did not get through Eirei with nepotism, she made it in with her own power"Micchan, it seems that you didn't back up your word, I expected you to win."

Granted, Mei performed better at intelligence obstacles. A powerful Quirk with a physically weak user can never win, hand-to-hand was always her main problem. She weren't pitted against Mizo but she lost to Harry Harimau, despite that she was happy for Aurora and Harry being the representatives of Eirei.

Mei thumbs up both Harry and Aurora who she's respectively in between while Mizo was behind her. "I'm happy for the both of you, oh by the way, Micchan and I are going on an internship to my father's agency, you two wanna come?"

Since when did Mizo decided to go along? Mei was being pushy.
