ALERT- I'm going AFK for a week, anyone that sees this on here, I won't be about to respond, this is to both 1x1s/RPs.

Bio

I've RP'd for the best part of over 14 years now here on the Guild, and particularly like military settings, both contemporary, past and near future. I have even dabbled in a little more experimental RPs, as well as created a plethora of 1x1s over my time in the guild. I like creating RPs with a distinct flavour- and often shift between narrative-led RPs to semi-randomised plots.

I'm pretty flexible and try and get back to people on ideas and responses, but sometimes, I may become very busy and it will take some time till I am un-busy- though I always come back!

Well, points for racial and ethnic diversity. We've got two Koreans, an illegal immigrant of a Norwegian, a Dutchman, an Indian and a set of Americans, if I've counted right?

Even crime these days is going globalised to get it's best people :P It's like the Syndicate is totally running a affirmative action programme (lol political much) :P
Cheers to Queen for the help! He'll be in prison, after speaking with Uni I hope :)

I've been a little more busy than expected- CS will be posted to you at the end of the night. I do a lot of coding for statistics in my degree, and happen to have an exam on it tomorrow- hence why I "meh'd" on that side of things, but I really am attracted to this RP. I have a good knowledge of cars and the universe of GTA V, so this should be really nice to work out. :)
@lovely complex

I'm going to make a shell of my CS, and work on it, for one of the Knights in the Pen. I don't personally agree with formatting to this far an extent, as I absolutely despise working with the Guild's text features sometimes (though I'll keep it to a relatively pretty standard). I'm a bit tired atm, so I'll build it up as I go.
I'm down for this shizzle, on Queen's recommendation.
Pooost rooollll! :)

I wasn't sure if Alpha would attack quietly or not, so I've put it that Bravo have basically rallied up and swept up the checkpoint quicker, so can lay the living shit out of the eastern side of the base, so as to not accidentally strafe Alpha with any rounds when they push the enemy back/go in. Hope it works out well for everyone to use!
Edward sat in the position, nodding to Romek, sighting the Chechen insergents that Romek had picked up. The sniper had seen it, and the Kiwi knew that whilst it would normally not have been picked up, the different camo did stand out a little, or at least, make for a certain kind of peculiarity you didn't find in an insergent group like this. It smelled strange, but irritatingly, no Valverde presence, not any operators or members, were here.
"Curious little bastards. Chechens?" Edward added, sighting them up, watching down the optic of his spotting device, adjusting it a little, as he continued to watch. He poked up his Mk14 to his side better, continuing to watch on. The watchtowers came into his particular view, as he looked again to see what weapons they had.
"Bloody hell. Looks fucking strange to me, boss. I still got sight pictures on the watchtowers. If Eagle changes his mind, I can see that they aren't moving, they look still as a rock up there. Shame we haven't got more time to observe any guard rotas, but those guys have got RPKs, and are elevated. They could do with being dropped first, I don't see anything unusual about them. Mind you....that is a vest of some kind I see on the one in the tower furthest left, reference water butt." Wraith added, as he changed the optic to thermal imaging, the black and white IR confirming his thoughts.
"Bugger. It's kevlar, you're going to need to just keep it in mind. Want me to set up the Mk14 to get any of the closer targets?" Wraith added, continuing to observe the area for Scooter, the marked up angles and distances mostly done now, for Scooter to use once the team was free to engage.

Merlin looked back to Blacktail, nodding as he headed further down. He knew his team had to regroup, sooner rather than later, and that whilst dividing had given the team time to gather intel and recon their immediate surrounding, they'd need to push in soon.
"Joker, Viking, you are clear to eliminate the checkpoint, sweep it for intel quickly and move back to us, we have figures few until this goes tits up." Merlin simply spoke into his throat mic, knowing that they wouldn't run into a lot, and it would take them a minute or two to make the sweep, hopefully no longer than that. He needed them back up on the ridge, to provide more fire when the shit hit the fan. He didn't like this any more than the Canadian did, as he saw him move through, the M4s visible even from Merlin's position, as he watched it come in. There were a good number of them, more than his FN Minimi could churn through, half could go, the other half, not so much. It needed a distraction, direly.

"Eagle, this is Wizard. We've got trucks moving in some supply. We're watching- standby for update, recommend you prepare a distraction, an assault from the south-west, or fucking both." He said, knowing the CO would pick up, as he adjusted his FN Minimi, looking on. What were they doing? They were pulling an M4 from the crate, inspecting it, a bit of hubub, before they put it back, moving the crates to one of the structures, moving them inside. At least five of them were involved, and they'd only gotten started.

Merlin was a hunter when it came to exposing enemy vulnerability. There were fifteen, plus another nine that Blacktail had sighted that were in and out of sight picture. But about five of those were unarmed, or at least, weren't actually carrying their weapons, they'd put them down to carry the heavy metal crates. That made it nineteen to eliminate on this side. If Alpha made a distraction, that number could be halved. You cranked the odds your way, or the odds cranked you, the Chief Warrant Officer reminded himself. Watching on, he changed the channel back to his own fireteam, wanting an update.

"Joker, Viking, sitrep? I need you back in position once you're done, double time. Move to our planned OP, get set to push an assault. We're laying out anyone we see in front of us, no need to keep this one quiet when we go, so silencers off, prep your 40 mils. I want you to stick to the fire sector parameters from our positions based on what's ahead of us, so we know who is dropping who." Merlin added, as he adjusted his position a little, then switching back to the command one. He was watching on, seeing that they were still moving the crates, the enemy presence thin, but something that could be used at this current point in time.

Pulling the FN Minimi onto a secure position, bipod pulled down onto a mount, he reported in once more.
"They're moving the crates, we're seeing modern rifles, AR15-type. Eagle, I suggest Bravo holds on overwatch and is free to engage, loud, after you begin, we'll send 40 mil and suppression fire into our section of the site once Viking and Joker are back, on your command. Should give us a chance to stop anyone from falling back, but we won't be able to go in." Merlin was letting Blacktail do the bulk of the recon, and they'd seen pretty much all there was to it, the Brit deduced that it was going to be enough to conduct an assault with, given that there had been no sighting of any Valkyrie operators, only a few out of place militiamen that suggested a little intel, not a lot. Once Blacktail was back with Merlin, the bearded Warrant Officer turned, a certain kind of look in his eye, agreeing yet bold to the Canuck.

"It's a risk. But we're gonna let Alpha engage first. Then we do, from here, just keep your head, stick to your sector of fire, and we'll have these fuckers in the bag. Sometimes you have to be a little ballsy in this job, do some shit they won't expect, when they least expect it. They'll panic, you won't." Merlin added, his voice reassuring for the sheer fact it was hard and reinforcing, as he adjusted his position with the Minimi, eyeing up the men moving the crates, finger close to the trigger, waiting for Eagle and his Alpha team to raise hell, and open up the base from their angle of approach. Whatever they fired on, or whatever they blew up, Merlin didn't know or particularly mind, but so long as they took the heat, this would work like clockwork. Clockwork with a sledgehammer, but clockwork.
Yaay! I'll do a good one after Big posts, really opening up Bravo's end of things so that when things open up, they're right there.
Woot woot! I've given Bravo people a hell of a lot to work with, so I hope it pans out nicely.
