(Not soul resonance because i'm not sure if i'm supposed to detail that here, or work with whatever meister might get stuck with me, to figure that out.)
Appearance: Joseph can be described as "punk", keeping to that theme he wears red shades, a white t-shirt with a cartoony smiling skull on it, a black jacket over said shirt, baggy brown pants, and black boots. he has long unkempt black hair, going to about shoulder length, green eyes. spiked teeth that are often in a wide grin, he stands at about 6'2, has pale skin, but a very masculine, and muscular frame.
Bio: An American, who was obsessed with the punk rock scene, and born to a family of weapons, he was set to the DWMA, and his parents hope it will drill some sense into him, as well as hopefully getting him a healthy friendship with whatever meister he might end up with, as he tended to be unapproachable because of his strange look.

as Viktor orders his food he hears a slight 'thump', a homeless man dressed in bear-themed clothing pressed himself against the window, waving at Viktor with a grin, and mouthing 'buy me a burger?'.

So uh Matt is currently my favorite character.
I look at the cup of murky water, frown, and then pour the water out. "Either i've been drinking too much 'water', or that guy is definitely NOT human." I shrug, and return to my pile of bear merchandise.
"Nice wings, you into cosplay or something pal?" Bartholomew asks, as he steps fully out of the merchandise pile, nearly tripping over a bear t-shirt. "Anyways, just because you have cool costume wings, doesn't mean you're a vigilante, so don't go after gunshots okay? being shot hurts." he yawns and stretches, taking out a cup of murky liquid from one of the boxes.
"Oh, i'm Bartholomew, a bear guy." He stick his head out of the pile, a goofy smile on his face. "So you're looking for the source of the gunshot? I didn't know people wanted to get shot in this town, weird." He climbs out of the pile, brushing a teddy bear off his shoulder.
