Dan coughed lightly once the small bout of flirting between the other two began. He didn't really have much interest in third wheeling or starting some kind of high school love triangle, so he changed the subject.

"Yeah, that Frin guy somehow hit number one. I'm not sure how somebody with a quirk like that was able to attract so many of those robots. I mean, it didn't look like it had too much range and it didn't seem too flashy." Dan said, looking around to find the guy in question.

"Gonna say it right now though, I have no idea what his quirk did past that. He just went straight through the bots that came after him. I had to actually work for my points so I didn't have time to really investigate." Dan admitted, slightly annoyed by the combat centered nature of the test that had decided everyone's ranking.

Dan narrowed his eyes at Marius as he thought about something he had heard him say. "So, does your quirk have something to do with sensing presences? Some kind of extrasensory ability?" He asked, curious now. If that was the extent of Marius's ability he couldn't have possibly been in the top five, let alone number two.

"It's a miracle I didn't oversleep and show up late if I'm being honest. Your secret is safe with me." Dan said, not that he would have mentioned anything if Eva hadn't asked him.

A few moments later another student approached them, Introducing himself as Marius. Dan had hoped to stay more or less isolated so he could scout out the competition, but fate seemed a bit inclined to keep that from happening. Regardless, Marius would probably be a good ally to make.

"Spooky?" Dan asked. That was a new one to be sure. "I guess I can see it, but that's not how people usually describe Blink. I'm Dan, you're the guy that everyone was saying placed pretty high in the entrance right?"

"I don't think...Actually I guess it wouldn't do any harm." Yamerugo said, almost objecting to Enz's request. Taking a small breath, he materialized a sphere that encompassed the girl's entire frame and then some. As he didn't prepare for it or anything, he only sustained the stasis for about ten seconds, moving to the other side of the sphere before letting it dissipate. As interesting as seeing Enz completely still was, he simply couldn't see it as natural.

At least nobody had asked him to explain it, and with the brief period he sustained the sphere even the drawback was almost impossible to observe. Of course, Yamerugo figured Enz probably wouldn't be satisfied as she was in stasis while all this happened. Now that he was behind her, he could at least prove what had happened. "Are you happy now?"

"To be honest, I don't really know. All Might said we need to prepare for some kind of test?" Dan said scratching his head. Once he turned to the newcomer he looked on in confusion. "I know I tried to take a nap in homeroom, but I'm pretty sure I'd remember somebody like you. Eh, they didn't take attendance, so you're probably fine. I'm Dan the way."

Dan took in the newcomer's appearance briefly only to turn away with the slightest blush. He wasn't generally the type to get embarrassed, but he was caught off guard by this one's eyes. With an exhale, Dan regained his composure and looked back at the girl. From her appearance she had either have a transformation quirk or be an emitter like himself. Whatever kind of test was coming up would probably let him see what everyone could do, so that curiosity would likely be sated.

"Nice." Dan said as he surveyed his dorm. It was all so nice, like a high class apartment. Truthfully he'd probably keep the whole thing plain, but the knicknacks and things he'd 'decorate' it with would have to stay packed for a bit longer.

After changing into the P.E. uniform he was given, he noted how much lighter it was than the formal uniform he had been wearing. He had to take that change in weight into account when he used his quirk, else he might exert more stamina than necessary. With that done, he left the dorm and made his way back outside. Of course, he actually took the stairs...well at least half way down he did. The other half was traversed with a quick blink outside.

With a deep breath he joined back up with the others. So far the day had been promising, he just hoped that it would keep going that way.

Yamerugo had already found his room, changed into his uniform, and made his way back outside. Of course he didn't really have the option of a superhero landing with his quirk. Once again, his ability took from any chance he had of looking cool. With a sigh he took the stairs and made his way to Enz and Karma.

"The rooms here are pretty cool." He said as he rejoined the group. He saw Enz hopping around in an excited frenzy, so he finally decided to comment. "So, is this just your standard mood or did we catch you on a sugar high? Because I don't think most people have this much energy to expend."

Dan blinked a few times. In seconds All-Might himself had burst into the class and told them to gather in the courtyard. Most of the class had already started making their way outside before Dan got himself moving again. Just a moment and a blink or two was all it took to catch up with the others. He quickly singled out the girl he had just spoken to and blinked to the side of her and the guy she was talking to.

"So, did I miss anything yet? I kinda blanked for a second." Dan said, looking around for All-Might. If it was time for a test of some sort, he wanted to get it out of the way. Of course he was ready, this is what he'd been excited for right? A school that didn't restrict quirk usage, that deviated from standard curriculum. A school that was taught by true masters of the craft. Pro heroes, it sounded too good to be true, but he knew he wasn't still asleep.

Yamerugo Really didn't expect to have his hand grabbed by Enz, nor did he expect to meet this 'K-kun'. "Oh, nice to meet you." He said, slightly shaken by the sudden nature of everything happening. It wasn't upsetting, but some warning would have certainly been nice. Enz mentioned that Karma had an ability that made boxes...that wasn't all that specific of a description. At some point he would have to figure out what kind of quirk it was.

"All-Might is our teacher...I don't think I've quite come to terms with it. I mean, this is the number One hero. As in the practically peerless and supposedly invincible symbol of peace." Yame said, in awe. "I doubt our entire class could even stand up to him in a fight, not that I'd want to try, but still."
