"Well. Yes." Abbygail said, surprised at how obvious the answer was to Boomer's question. "People tend to do that when the boats are going down, even Fishmen." She scratched her chin. "Though, I guess when they do it, it's at a more leisurely pace. They aren't as uptight over being in the sea without a boat than most. Just nature's way of things, I guess." She paused to look at Musashi, who spoke and then hurried upwards. Abbygail was quick to follow after her.

After climbing out of another hole, this one to the surface of the boat. She opened her mouth to say more, but paused when she noticed Red-eyes taking off. "Suppose I'll get the other one, then?" She began to move but paused to turn her attention back to the apparent youngest member of the crew. "Hey, Boomer. Do you need a lift? This ship's going to go down, and there won't be any cables to scurry across."

Once Janet's answer was made known, Abbygail rushed forwards, reaching the end of the marine's ship just about the same time Musashi did, and destroyed the tether that was holding the two boats together.

The old man, in his limp state, didn't do much to resist Rainer's rescuing him. In fact, being so far away from conscious it would take a few hours before he came back didn't help matters much. Also, the fact that with the old man's powers deactivated, he had reverted to his former, wrinkly self, made carrying him through the waters pretty easy.

On her way back to the ship, ABbygail noticed two figures moving in the water. At first she thought they were a couple of large sea creatures searching for something to eat, but after a moment she realized it was in fact Rainer, pulling an elderly looking marine though the water. Without waiting for an explanation she quickly swooped down, grabbed Rainer's arm and took him back up towards the deck of the boat they were supposed to be on.

"Don't forget to restrain him." She said, patting the man on the back. "He looks harmless now, but marines are." She paused for the right word. "They're crazy, and they get worst the longer they're marines."

"Jesus!" A confused voice called from the doorway that led to the lower level's of the Boat. "What happened here?" Mark covered his eyes from the sun as he moved up to get a better view of the carnage. "What happened with the marine ship?" Behind him, Tim stood watching, arms crossed and face pale. "We take a nap for a few hours and our tow gets sunk?"

"Nope." Jasper said when Sadao admitted to being in a similar situation as herself, at least as far as money went. She pulled her pockets inside out to emphasize the point. "I mean, I would, but." She shrugged. "I can't." She would've said more to defend her point if need be, but needed didn't need be, because her companion didn't push. Instead, he opted to get them tickets via some basic, if not impressive with its sheer audacity, deception.

"Impressive," Jasper admitted, taking the ticket from Sadao. "Much more comfortable than how I would've gone about getting them." She arched an eyebrow when he mentioned the class, and read the ticket to make sure he hadn't been mistaken, but he wasn't. "Even better. The only thing better than a free meal, is a free steak." Grinning, she turned her attention to the train, and motioned for him to follow her. "Well then, I suppose we should get on. I'm sure it won't take long for the others to meet us here." Again, she shrugged. "But if not, then the next train to the job won't take very long."

She began to walk, but paused after a few steps. "Or no time at all." A small smile spread over her face like the shadow cast from a razor thin twig of a tree.

"Hey guys," she said, moving towards the rest of the group. "No idea how everyone did it, but you all managed to beat us to the punch."

So what's everyone planning on playing?
This sounds like a lot of fun! Definitely in!!

Great! Also, I've got a full shift today. I'll try to reply after I get out.

"Where do you think you're...." The long armed man started, confused by the woman's back being to him, and then he understood. It came like a lightning bolt, made out of water, that shot up from his chest instead of down from the heavens. He wanted to curse her, but didn't get the chance. The most he could do before the smaller woman's attack sent his partner flying into him, and then forcing them through a nearby wall, was take a quick, shallow breath. Not that it did him any good, as once the smaller man, with the guns smashed into him, all the air was driven out.

@Crimson Lion@grandia20
The veteran marine cursed himself as he watched the boat move away from them. As quick as they fell, everything seemed to move in slow motion. His mind raced for a way to counter attack, but the fruit's activity was weird, and he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Without that knowledge, he could do nothing more than suck in as much breath as his slow moving body could manage, and hope he was rescued before he drowned.

He hit the water, and despite the urge to splash, simply froze and felt himself quickly pulled under. As best the old man could, he held on to consciousness, but that didn't last long. Sooner, rather than later, things got dim. They turned dark. Finally, it all ended with the world going black.

@grandia20
The two marines never stood a chance. The sniper managed to get off a single shot, but that was after the counter attack began. The first shot threw off his aim,, leaving his projectile to go wide, very wide, and harmlessly fly into the sky until it hit a bird, which died and fell into the sea, unnoticed by the nearby combatants. The rest of the bullets cut through them like crap through a moose. Each one finding its mark, leaving the duo incapable of doing anything more than weakly cling to life, and even that they couldn't manage for more than a few seconds.

"Come in?" Captain Arceus shouted into his transponder snail. "Come in? Does anyone here me? This is Captain Arceus of the Marines. We're under attack by pirates. Repeat, we're under attack by...." There was a loud bop. The man paused, and blinked. His head felt wet. With a trembling finger he touched his face and looked at the blood. Another bop. This time he went down.

Standing behind the captain was Tim, with a club in his hands. Standing behind Tim, was Mark, with his hands on his hips. He gave a low whistle. "Not bad, kid, but next time knock him out with one, because you never want to give'em a chance to counter."

Pale, and visibly shaken Tim gave a short nod, before dropping the club. "Yes, sir. I'll do better, next time." He swallowed hard and nodded again, just to make sure.

"Not a problem." Mark said with a shrug. "Let's just get the man's clothes, set up really quickly, and head on back to the ship." Tim didn't reply with anything more than another nod.

There was a crack from the ground besides the duo, and a familiar looking white face slowly pushed through the floor like a plant that doesn't understand the meaning of the phrase 'you can't grow here' or does and just doesn't give a damn. Once he was fully out, The man was huge, and pale, easily towering over the other young women, he gave a lop sided smile before his eyes rolled into the back of his head, and he collapsed.

"Well, that was fun." Abbygail called from below the hole, as her small hands appeared to pull herself up. "He" She thumbed her thumb at the large albino on the ground, who was breathing somewhat shallowly. "Gave me a real work out." She paused and looked around. "What happened with your guys?"

Before either could say anything, the boat shook, and alarms, a different type, meant to establish that this was an emergency as opposed to merely an attack began sounding off. A voice from the speakers frantically told everyone to get to the life boats.
