I'm down with the armor and emblem, though I agree that the emblem looks more of a military symbol, but I'm still liking it.
This looks cool, I'm interested.
Interested.
Liam gave a satisfied nod gestured for the door. "Good, then lets head out," he said as he walked to the door. Hopefully having the Sargent around would be enjoyable.

Also down with the Edolas arc.
Sadao

Sadao gave a prideful grin and chuckled as Jasper complemented his job in getting them good tickets. He then began to follow her towards the train and arched an eyebrow as he saw that the others had already beat them. He held up a lazy hand and greeted them. "Yo, looks like ya beat us," he chuckled as he approached the group. Sadao chuckled as Maya asked them about their tickets and held up his first class ticket. "Oh yeah," he said with pride, though he most likely wouldn't explain how he got them. Not the best image for a veteran of the guild to show to a new member. He gestured for the train. "Come on, lets get a move on. Sooner we get this job done the faster we can celebrate," he grinned as he began his walk towards the train.

Liam stifled a small chuckle as Yuna fell to the ground and shrugged as she asked her question once she rose to her feet. "I just felt I needed to get some work done and polish up on my skills," he said and gestured down towards his newly cleaned sidearm. "I was actually heading down to the shooting range to make sure I don't get rusty with my shooting. It's been awhile since I've had a chance to fire it," he said before taking another sip of his drink. "Plus big celebrations like these aren't really my thing. I rather focus on my duties before anything else," he stated and glanced back to Yuna. "Also, to take a step back a bit, just because it's Colony Day doesn't mean shit can't hit the fan. It's good to always be prepared, even if it is a pain," he said before he finished his drink and pushed off from the counter.

"Anyways Sergeant, while you look absolutely busy with all of, well, this," he gestured around the room before he gently rested his hand on his holstered weapon and jabbed a thumb towards the door. "How about you come with me to the range. It'll keep you on your toes and give you something to do," he offered. He let a small smirk come to his face as he held one single finger. "We can even make a bet out of it if you want," he suggested with a small spark of competitive nature in his eyes. Normally he wouldn't make a bet out of anything, but he was technically off duty so he made an exception. Besides, it would be nice to have a partner at the range. Plus he hated to see someone wasting their time doing nothing.

"You sure you don't wanna come? You've been cramped in this place for at least a week now," Liam shook his head and continued to clean his sidearm with care. He glanced towards his fellow pilots who were dressed in their civilian cloth's and preparing to head out to the nearest bar.

"Maybe next time, I'm just going to do a double check on my equipment and get some extra work done," he said before a click filled the air and he raised his empty sidearm to look down the sights. "Besides, some extra target practice will help me from getting rusty," he stated before looking to the group of pilots with a small smile. They were a bit hesitant seeing as how they didn't want to just leave their comrade, but knowing him they knew there was no talking him into it and accepted it before heading out.

"Alright then, but if you change your mind you know where to find us," a pilot said before leaving the locker rooms with the rest of the group. Liam nodded and offered a grateful smile as they left. A small part of him questioned if he should really stay back, but he had already made up his mind and shrugged it off. With one final run down on his sidearm he rose to his feet, holstered his weapon to his side and left the locker rooms. The base was quite today, which was no surprise to anyone seeing as today was a day of celebration. Liam walked through the base, silent and expressionless as he made his way towards the shooting range, but paused as he passed the Rec room.

Liam thought for a moment before tuning towards the door. "Wonder if anyone made coffee," he thought to himself before entering the room. Honestly quick kick of caffeine sounded nice. It was no surprise to see the Rec room empty due to the occasion. Well, it was almost empty as he noticed a familiar face. "Morning Sergeant Matsuo," Liam greeted with a nod before glancing over to the counter to see that half a thing of coffee was just waiting for him. With a satisfied sigh he walked over to the counter and began to pour himself a cup before turning around and leaning against the counter. "I take it you are not taking part in todays celebrations?" he questioned as he took a sip of his drink. It wasn't the greatest cup of joe, but it still did the trick.

Sadao

Sadao cringed as Jasper asked for help paying for an extra ticket. He chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his head with a sheepish smile. "Actually, I was hoping you could cover the tickets. I'm literally dirt broke," he admitted. It was true, he didn't have a single cent to his name. Just a few weeks back he had to leave his apartment due to payment issues, but honestly Sadao is fine with living on the streets for awhile. He did it before he came to the guild so this is nothing, but he didn't dare tell his fellow guild members. He didn't really want to make a big deal of it. Sadao paused for a moment and rubbed his chin as he narrowed his eyes towards the station, trying to form a plan. Soon he spotted what looked like a rich noble and his snobby looking wife, barking orders at his servants as they struggled with a pile of luggage that was taller than Sadao.

After what felt like hours, but in truth was a few seconds, Sadao snapped his fingers and grinned towards Jasper. "Stay here for a sec, I'm about to get us some tickets," he chuckled before quickly walking off towards his target. He cracked his neck and sighed before clearing his throat, but before he could say anything the noble cut him off as he barked even more orders and a few harsh insults towards his servants.

"Oh for gods sake you lazy useless louts! We should have been aboard that train twenty minutes ago, but here we are, fooling around like complete fools!" he snarled towards the servants who cringed and avoided eye contact all the while apologizing and holding their tongues. Sadao let a frown briefly come to his face, already not liking this man. So he was defiantly not about to feel bad about this. Without any words Sadao bumped into the noble hard enough to send him fumbling forward and falling into the large pile of luggage. The mountain of bags and briefcases shook and fell onto the noble. Sadao cringed lightly, but cleared his throat before going to the nobles aid.

"Oh no, I apologize sir! I wasn't paying attention!" he lied as he began to dig the noble from his luggage prison. The noble flailed and cursed as Sadao pulled him free, not noticing his swift hands slide into his pocket and pull out two tickets. As the noble was on his feet and Sadao had slipped the tickets into his pocket without anyone noticing he growled and pointed his finger into Sadaos face.

"You damned fool, how dare you! Do you know who I am!?" he snarled in anger. Sadao shook his head and bowed to apologize.

"I'm truly sorry sir, I didn't mean to. Are you okay, is there any-" he was cut off as the noble held up a hand and gave him a look of disgust.

"I don't care anymore you useless bastard! Just leave before I buy you and everything you own!" he barked before stomping off past Sadao, making sure to give a harsh bump to his shoulder. Sadao gave a cringe and hurried off, giving a few false apologies, but as he was far enough he chuckled and walked back to Jasper. As he approached her he chuckled and held up two tickets with a victorious smile.

"And that is how you get two free tickets on a dirt broke budget," he laughed before handing Jasper her ticket. "First class," he added with pride.
