"...Game?" Sougo perked at the mention of that. Though this Sougo was from a timeline that he himself had rewritten without the Time Jackers going around and making Another Riders, Sougo vaguely remembers a game that puts players in a coma like state--infected with something called a Game Virus, which destroys the body and transmogrifies its victims into video game characters. The source of which, turns out to be an Another Rider forcing students of Sougo's school to become donors for his son's heart operation. He defeated them, yes, but...
Were there other victims that he wasn't aware of that got off worse, despite Sougo taking care of the Another Rider? That much, he doesn't know. Then again, it could be something that Decade--Tsukasa Kadoya, would know of. He's the one who always talks about other worlds and stuff, and Sougo doesn't grasp the concept that much.
Before Sougo could ask more about this game from Tousai, one of their beastly companions were being threatened by the delinquent--both Tousai and Sougo would agree that they couldn't have that!
As Tousai threatened Negan, Sougo grabbed the Zi-O II Ridewatch from inside his cardigan, allowing him to use his precognition as he followed Tousai. Sougo would see how this interaction would go mere seconds after Negan's response, and if he's quick about this, would allow him to save Tousai!
"Indeed. I wouldn't advice that course of action, sir." Penny says, glancing back to the delinquent who has recently gotten up again. Her scans indicate some pretty bizarre readings. Despite being knocked out, the Delinquent's heartrate skyrocketed--just as he got back up. Could this be his own doing, or could this be something else? Penny is...Puzzled, at the facts. Yet she doesn't have any answers at the moment. "If I may be frank, sir, I'm a bit overwhelmed with the current events." She spoke with honesty, "Mayhaps it's the lack of anyone I know personally, but I'm sure she wouldn't want me to feel like this. For the time being."
"To...king? I kinda like the sound of that." To Sougo's surprise, he's been given a nickname! As someone who's basically been ostracized by his classmates because of his dream, this means a lot! Especially since the people he considered his friends only referred to him by his name or his title, Ohma Zi-O. "That's a nice to dream to look up to, Tousai-kun." Sougo nods when Tousai spoke about his dream. Although Sougo had already decided to call him Fret after he transforms--assuming he can fight, that is, which Sougo doubts. Regardless, the delinquent who scraped his bat beforehand suddenly got up--it seems that he was fine after all, despite his fall.
"On the brightside, he's still alive." Sougo comments on Fret's assessments. "That means whoever this 'Luthor-san' is doesn't want us dead, I think." He scratched the back of his head. "I wonder what he wants from us, though..." He glanced around the current group in the cage, "It's quite the group he'd gathered."
Sougo's turned his attention to a young man, about 2 years younger than him. Dressed rather flashy, the man sported a scarf, a jacket, and piercings, asking who they are.
"I'm Tokiwa Sougo. Nice to meet you, Tosai-kun." Sougo introduced himself with a nod and a smile as he looked around the group around the guy he approached with the two colored eyes. It ranged from bipedal furry animals--goatlike, it seems, to other people. "And I want to be a King." He spoke his dream with confidence, hoping to break the ice with these strangers.
After checking the state of the delinquent, Penny concluded that he might as well be fine. Pondering escape, Penny walked towards the edge of the glass cage. Her scans indicate that it's mostly glass--although she feels like something else is off. After all, her optics was tampered with once before, so...
Perhaps it's time for Penny to make some new friends for the time being. After all, they are in the same thing.
"Salutations, sir!" Penny approached the red aired oriental man--as casually as she robotically could. "Nice weather, is it not?"
"Even if you make a lot of mistakes, and you think everything is going wrong, the one person that can for sure forgive you is yourself. Humu humu."
Name: Ina'nis Ninomae
Age: {[UNKNOWN]}
Gender: Female
Canon: Hololive EN
Main Thread or Sandbox: Sandbox
Starting Location (SANDBOX ONLY): Metropolis
Personality: Despite her Lovecraftian-themed appearance, Ina is gentle, peaceful and down-to-earth. She is considerate and kind; Takanashi Kiara relates that when she is down, Ina is always the first to message her. In complete contrast to the salty gremlin Amelia, Ina has near-infinite patience and is widely considered the most well-behaved member of her generation.
Ina is infamous for her use of puns and her dry delivery of "dad jokes".
Equipment: Tome of The Ancient Ones/AO-Chan ~ The Necronomicon-like tome that Ina carries around with her. Art Supplies ~ As an artist, Ina has some art supplies with her. Mostly pens and markers. Dr. Oopsie ~ Ina's favorite drink. The last stock she has when she was transported to Metropolis.
Attributes: Randomly Induced Sanity Check - Bearing the Tome of the Ancient Ones, Ina'nis can induce insanity. However, it's random enough that it may not happen at all. When it does, oh man. This Sanity Check may also happen to her. When she fails this check, beware. Eldritch Tentacles - Bearing the Tome of the Ancient Ones, Ina can summon and control massive, writhing tentacles from her back. While she can make it disappear, Ina chooses not to. Ancient Magicks - As the Priestess of the Ancient Ones, Ina can us AO-Chan to cast ancient magic. Mostly by using the void to summon Takodachi--octopi creatures of the void itself, or utilizing said void.
Biography: Ina was born in a family of Priestesses worshipping deities known simply as the Ancient Ones. She was mostly an ordinary girl who got into arts until she officially became one of those priestesses, picking up the Tome of the Ancient Ones which she lovingly calls 'AO-Chan'. She gained mystical power and sprouted massive, writhing tentacles on her back. To her, tentacles are just a part in her ordinary life; it has never been a big deal for her. However, her girly mind does want to get them dressed up and stay pretty.
After gaining power, she started hearing Ancient Whispers and Revaltaions. Thus, Ninomae Ina'nis auditioned for hololive on a whim. As an artist, she had spent much of her time in solitary art practice, and she saw hololive as an opportunity for change. She had not slept for over 24 hours prior to the live audition, which she credits for making her more talkative than usual. She sang one verse of a song, although described herself as having no confidence in singing, and spent the rest talking about food, including giant gyoza and Dr. Oopsie.
As part of the first generation of Hololive EN/Myth, Ina's YouTube channel was created on 16 July, and her Twitter account was created in the same month. She made her debut stream on 09/12/2020--the 3rd member to debut. She uses her Vtuber activities to keep her sanity in check, as well delivering random sanity checks on humanity itself--despite being an "ordinary" girl.
Other: This variant of Ina'nis is my interpretation of her character. Take how I write her with a grain of Ame Salt.
--Penny Polendina || Sougo Tokiwa-- Status: Normal || Normal Penny Interaction: @Thatguyinastore Sougo Interaction: @Jeff Jones
The newly anointed Winter Maiden's systems booted silently as she found herself in a room she didn't recognize. Oddly enough, she couldn't connect to any of Atlas' systems, nor can she detect the presence of anyone she knows. Wherever she is, Penny is no longer in Remnant, it seems. As she got up, a woman dressed in a white suit, bearing brown hair and a black stained lipstick stated that their meeting with a man named 'Luthor'. She held a clipboard on her hand, which immediately reminded her of the Kingdom she was built and rebuilt for--Atlas.
As Penny pondered on the state of things back on the place she was taken from, she glanced towards a scraping noise--one of a bat, covered in barbed wire. A cheap weapon, but to those without aura, an effective one. The man appeared to be the textbook definition of a delinquent. A large man, clad in leather, sporting a beard and a mean look on his face. The man had confidence, but was soon cut short by his own sharp scream. Penny immediately took a scan of the man's vitals using her scanners, checking to see if he's alright as she slowly approached him--a life is something she is built to protect after all.
"This isn't how I thought today would go at all..." Mumbled a brown haired man, wearing a simple striped shirt and slacks, topped with a maroon colored cardigan. An ordinary teenager, Sougo Tokiwa was, until it was revealed to him one day that he was meant to be a King. The King of Time, no less! And he had the power to prove it. Though power is something he didn't want to use for the time being. As of now, it doesn't look like there's going to be any escaping. As the gruff looking man demonstrated, it seems that violent tendencies won't be tolerated.
Good for Sougo. He wasn't in the mood to fight right now.
"So, uh...Hi?" Sougo turned his attention to the light haired man, approaching him, Sougo noticed that his eyes were colored differently--one green, the other gold. "Woah, what's up with your eyes?" Sougo couldn't help but be at awe, as if not minding the situation at all.
Penny was amiable, excitable, kind and curious. It was stated that Penny got a lot of her attitude from her father.[3] She often showed a distinct lack of social awareness, likely due to not having a lot of experience with Human nature. When Ruby made an unconditional offer of friendship, Penny seemed both immensely pleased and somewhat surprised. Another small quirk was that Penny hiccuped whenever she told a lie. She was also really excited when Ruby Rose offered her a fistbump in A Night Off, an action that nobody had ever offered to her and wanted to do it perfectly.[4]
She also seemed to place great value on friendship, for she was greatly angered at the sight of Ruby being knocked down by Roman Torchwick's flare in "Black and White". She also placed trust in Ruby based on the latter promising that she was her friend in "A Minor Hiccup".
Furthermore, Penny seemed to be immensely curious. Upon hearing that Blake Belladonna had run away, she proceeded to ask Ruby numerous questions, all related to Blake and friendship in general. Despite being told not to wander off, Penny still wandered Vale on her own.
Penny occasionally showed insecurities about her artificial nature. Upon confiding in Ruby that she was a synthetic being, Penny was worried about how she would take the news. However, after seeing Ruby took it rather well, she was glad that Ruby did not seem to care that she was really a machine, for what truly mattered was her heart and soul.
Penny was apparently very perceptive, for she saw through Blake's disguise and recognized that she was a Faunus while most people did not. She could also spot both Joanna Greenleaf and May Marigold in "Sparks", even though the latter was using her Semblance to hide them.
Equipment: Penny, herself, is a living, breathing weapons arsenal. On her back disguised as a backpack, she stores floating swords with thin strings attached to them--hard enough to even break her own body. These swords can circle among each other to fire lasers of varying sizes.
Her legs are outfitted with jets which allows her to fly and move at great speeds.
Her eyes are outfitted with various scanners. From thermal, to night vision--they're essentially really good cameras that can recognize danger.
Attributes:
So usually, Penny's attributes would only comprise of her ability with using her weapon as well as her robotic physiology--which means she's susceptible to being hacked. However, a neat thing happened in Volume 7 that changed the game for good.
Penny gained the Winter Maiden's powers. As a Maiden, Penny can command the elements using Magic. Separate from Aura and Semblance, Maiden Magic operates on an entirely different scale. An indicator of Penny utilizing her maiden powers would be flames burning from her eyes.
Biography:
Penny is an android created by her father, Pietro Polendina, with the aid of the Atlas Military and James Ironwood. Designed to be the first synthetic person capable of generating an Aura. Her abilities were presented on an international stage at the 40th Vytal Festival in Vale, where she initially died on the hands of Pyrrha Nikos.
Before the tournament, Penny met Team RWBY, and attempted to befriend Ruby Rose, RWBY's leader. Initially awkward and weird, Penny and Ruby soon became great friends, wanting to officially transfer to Beacon to see her more despite her being from Atlas.
She was rebuilt months later at Atlas by her father, and is now the designated protector of Mantle. Penny reunited with Ruby Rose months later, who were soon indoctrinated into Atlas as official Huntresses. A lot of stuff happened at Volume 7 that would more spoilery than the fact that she died and lived again 3 volumes later like some kinda robot jesus. Read more here or watch the damn show.
In those events, Penny received the Winter Maiden's powers during an attack from Cinder Fall which forced the former Winter Maiden, Fria, to unleash what was thought to be her full potential. After which, Penny inherited the Maiden powers from the dying Maiden. Fleeing from the military along with Ruby Rose and Weiss Schnee, Penny now finds herself in a rather peculiar situation.
Other: At this stage, fresh off of Volume 7, Penny has yet to fully comprehend the Maiden Powers and would most likely lose control of its strength when she attempts to use it.
Sougo is an ambitious young man with a desire to be a king. A desire which took root when he was young, before his parents were killed in a bus accident that he alone survived because of his destiny. Sougo can be rather blunt in formality, usually not using the proper honorifics towards elders and those that would supposedly be of a higher ranking than what he currently is. His desire for kingship is strong enough that it made him lose interest in anything else, not having any goals other than go through college and somehow become a King.
Sougo is reserved in showing his feelings because of his lofty dream as well as the circumstances around his parents' death, Sougo never had any friends growing up--save for a toy robot he kept since childhood. However, despite this, Sougo is rather empathetic to everyone he meets, believing it to be an important quality of a King. Sougo is also optimistic, believing that he can rise even out of the most grim of circumstances. Sougo idolizes legitimate regal figures, thinking he can learn from them. However, he loathes those that abuse their authority(which means most kings in History, a subject which Sougo excels at).

Biography:
Sougo Tokiwa was born on April 28, 2000, as the only son of Sotaro and Namie Tokiwa. At some point in his childhood, Sougo was riding a bike at a park with his parents. He proclaims to them that he would become a king, with his teenaged-self looking back at this event during the Quartzer incident.
On April 24, 2009, just 4 days before his ninth birthday, Sougo and his parents were involved in an bus accident caused by Swartz, who teleports the children to safety before the bus explodes inside a tunnel, killing the adults. Sougo and the children awoke in an alternate timeline where a city was under attack by several Dai Mazines. Sougo attempted to save Hiryu Kakogawa from a Dai Mazine using his unconscious temporal abilities, not knowing he was being assisted nearby by his original counterpart. Realizing the potential in Sougo, Swartz modified his memories, which Sougo would recall his memory as a dream. After being returned to the bus crash site, Sougo (and Hiryu) would be admitted into a hospital where he would eventually move in with his grand-uncle, Junichiro Tokiwa after his discharge.
Since the incident, Sougo has had a strong belief that he could become a king, much to the chagrin of those around him. According to his uncle, this was so serious that Sougo did not have friends growing up, and was lonely for most of his childhood. During his elementary school years, he became quick friends with Tsutomu Tsuzumiya due to their seemingly "absurd" dreams together. At one point, Sougo was playing at a park; however, he had gotten hurt and no one helped him. An unnamed high schooler who he would later affectionally call "Miss Sailor" came and bandaged him up before offering to play with him. Later as they departed, Sougo became infatuated with her after she called him a cute boy.
During his teens, he attended Hikarigamori High School, excelling in history but poor in physics.
Since then, he gained the Zi-O ridewatch after Another Build attacked the city, allowing him to embrace his destiny and transform into Zi-O. He is then accompanied by fellow time travellers, Geiz and Tsukuyomi, who were determined to prevent the rise of Ohma Zi-O. However, in doing so, allowed Sougo to eventually reach his dream of becoming the Ohma. However, in doing so, Sougo resets his timeline, repeating his last year in highschool with his old friends and allies now alive and well. That is, until an incident forced him to take back the title of Zi-O.
Other: Most of the RideArmor appearances as well as Zi-O II and Grand Zi-O will be shown off in RP proper. Taken after the VCinema movie, Zi-O Next Time: Geiz Majesty, where Sougo regains his powers.
