There must be hundreds, if not thousands, of incredible RP ideas that are wasted every year, due simply to a poorly formatted Interest Check. Shit's gotta pop off the screen and punch you in the face!

Love the profile pic! I'd like to steer away from fantasy type powers (mainly the elements) and instead stick to abilities that stem from genetic modification. Things like rapid regeneration are okay, various kinds of -kinesis work, physical body modification, modified reflexes, morph type abilities... I'm looking for things that you could BS your way through a scientific explanation for the ability. Before I said I'd like to stay away from the element control, but I'd accept Pyrokinesis as an answer due to some wibbly wobbly science stuffs that I won't bore you with right now.
As for weapons, I'm going with your cliché scifi movie type things. Plasma/Energy pistols (can switch between stun and kill) is the main thing that comes to mind. The Angels will be equipped with experimental gear so when that gets posted you could judge based off of those what kinds of weapons would realistically come before them, and open for use to public or even military use. Because of the abilities available I'd like to rely less on actual weaponry, but modified or black market weaponry of your own design may be brought to the table for consideration.
Well how about someone who has been altered to move certain muscles in their body at extreme speeds, who then utilizes the heat caused by friction from the air and transfers that energy to a specially designed spear which amplifies that energy to produce flaming attacks?

He began, watching Himika leave the meeting room shortly after Divinity. "We're moving out!" He stated, raising his voice so that the others could hear. He noticed a few of them turn to face him now, even Heathcliff had turned his gaze in his direction. "This is a free invitation towards any other guild here, if you wish to join us. But Neon Colossus will be taking the lead on this. Those are our members out there and, thus, it is our responsibility to see that they're safe. If there are any of you who disagree or would do anything to jeopardize the lives of our members, I urge to you to raise your hand so that I can respectfully dismember it for you." He looked directly at Heathcliff, ignoring the quiet whispering of the others.
"Well then, Colossus on me. We're headed to that location!" He pointed towards the map that lay on the table. A red circle denoting the suspected location of the floor boss. He then turned back to Laurent. "I want exact coordinates of that location and the fastest route to get there, including portals. Once you've established that, relay it in a guild-wide message and pass it on to representatives of any of the other guilds who will be joining us. After that, find me someone who's good at battlefield analysis. I'm gonna need an extra pair of eyes if we're gonna be fighting in the field." With that, Mez began to head for the exit, striding past Heathcliff once again but still refusing to acknowledge him.
