Laila frowned at him more so now. His story was much different to Her Lords. True she knew that Lucifer was jealous of the humans and that was why he was cast down but she was never told that hell was what corrupted their souls, she was always told they were already corrupted before the human had died due to their sins. "I am aware of...parts of the story..." She admitted bitterly. A saying her mother used was that there was two sides to every story, regardless of who was telling it. Maybe thats why she had a love affair with a demon? Maybe thats why she still loved him, even though he became a fallen one. Laila had never seen nor spoken to her father. All she knew was that he was one of the original few that went by his side to hell. Laila looked at the demon in front of her. "...if you are one of the angels that fell with Lucifer, you must know my father then...?" Her question was tentative, she wasnt sure how to talk about her father. It wasnt a subject she brought up. Ever. However, she figured if her mother could love a demon and bare a child with him. They cant surely be all that bad... right? Her brain began to become confused. Up was down and down was up.

Shui was in the process of setting the table for the Admiral and his daughter as they walked in. She bowed politely and gave a kind smile. She hated this man with every inch of her, but he brought good custom to her mothers shop and thats what mattered. Also if she were to say anything out of line he would probably just have her killed. Like they did with her father. "Welcome, Admiral Zhao" Shui said bowing politely then turning to the young woman who accompanied him. She froze momentarily as she was bowing to her, then quickly shook her head "And welcome to you too, Lady Zhao." She said politely once again. She didnt know this girls name and even if she did, it would be wrong to call her by her first name upon their first meet. "Your favourite spot is ready for you whenever you wish to take a seat" Shui smiled and bowed, gesturing to the table by the big window that opened up the the beautiful garden that accompanied the tea room. It was adorned with many of the Admirals favourite excuisit buns and cakes and of course, his favourite tea.

Shui made her way back into the kitchen to see her mother shaking. She gave her a hug. She got like this whenever anyone important came in. If they got food poisoning or drank something they disliked they could shut her down in the blink of an eye or even just because they felt like it. This was why Shui hated the Fire Nation. It was all one sided. So long as you had money and an important name, you would be fine, anyone else? Well they have to suffer.
Nefas took the cup that was being held out for her and looked down into it to see the contents. It didnt look appealing, like hot dirt water. Browny beige colour. She looked up at Sarah with a scrunched up nose. "This is actually drinkable ?" She questioned as she looked back down into the cup.

Nefas put the cup to her lips and took a sip. She blinked contemplating. Then nodding she took another sip. "This is actually rather enjoyable!" She said in an almost excited tone. Almost. She downed the whole contents of the hot beverage. Heat didnt really get to Nefas the way it does to humans, she is after all from the hottest place ever known. She also seemed to radiate heat, so where ever she went it was rather a nice cosy warm.

She smiled slightly looking at her cup then held it out to Sarah. "I would like another!...Whats that human phrase for being polite...." She thought and racked her brain as she recalled some lesser demons talking one day about how humans said 'please' and 'thank you' ... Demons did not have need for these words unless speaking to someone of authority, however apparently humans said it to anyone and everyone regardless of rank. "Err... Please?...That is the correct word you humans use am I correct?" She asked raising a brow slightly.
Laila glared. "If youre so righteous, then why do you possess these humans? I have personally seen the work of what you demons do and its disturbing. Why would you do these things if not to get enjoyment out of others horror and pain? I have had demons come after people who I have been told to guard for no other reason than to kill them and torture them so had to kill them first. I have seen with my own eyes what you do to humans and how you twist and distort angels minds. You clearly have the wrong idea if you think we are not free to do as we wish. I do not have to guard Lilith if I do not wish, however I chose this job because that is what I wanted." She said getting angrier and angrier by the second. She knew she had to calm down so she took a deep breath. In, one, two, out, one, two. Angels dont get angry... and unfortunately because of the other half inside of her she can have quite a temper.
...
It was Roisin's first day of her new school. She was nervous as hell. Making her way up through the school steps to the doors she took a deep breath and somehow managed to convince herself that everything was going to be okay, she would be fine. She made her way through the doors to her new school and looked down at a letter she held in her hands, hands that were getting sweatier by the second as her nerves managed to wriggle their way to the surface once again.

It told her to go to a reception desk to collect her timetable and a few other welcome gifts. Roisin looked around herself and spotted the desk and made her way over. "'Scuse me, I'm supposed to come here to collect mi timetable?" She said calmly, her thick Irish accent made the young man behind the reception desk smile. He handed her her items as well as a map of the school and she signed for them thanking him. He gave her a small welcome speech and directed her where to go from there to her first class. He also marked on her map where all her specific classes were. She thanked him once again and made her way into the crowds of people that turned to stare at the fresh meat walking down the halls.

Roisin eventually found her class. Art. Perfect. She was rather an artsy person. She like to focus a lot on her Celtic heritage in her works. She walked into the class room. It was early, almost fifteen minutes early, but she didnt want to be late for her first day and she figured she would probably get lost or something. She looked around the classroom. It was rather different to that of the ones at home. It looked better equipped. She smiled thinking she was going to enjoy this class.
Shui was in the kitchen of her mothers tea room. Baking, as usual. Then a messenger boy came running in through the back door to her, almost falling over his own feet. Shui blinked surprised at the young boy. "Admiral Zhao and his daughter are coming this way!" Shuis mother overhead the boy and her face lit up. The Admiral always paid well when he came into her tea room. Shui sighed, this meant she had to work even harder. She hated it when big officials came. It mean she had to be extra polite and extra diligent towards people who in essence killed her father. She had met Zhao before a few times when she served him cakes and sweets, handmade by herself, she had never met his daughter though. A lot of the time he came alone.

She gave the messenger some coin to thank him as well as a few cakes and buns she made freshly that morning. She had a soft spot for the children. They were street rats, often disowned for not being deemed 'good enough' by their parents. So she always spoilt them when they came. Which lead to them being messengers for her and her mother. Shui also went down to where they 'lived' once a week to take them bread and clean water, if any of them were sick, she would bring medicine to help them. She was a bit of an angel for the street urchins. The boy ran off happily after giving her a hug and Shui began getting out all the best ingredients they had to make extra special treats for the Admiral and his daughter. Her mother scurrying around making the place more spotless than usual and preparing Zhao's favourite tea.
