Ed Penior

Location: Westchester, New York, Inside of Xavier's Mansion
Skills:

Ed's memories shifted. He knew they were wrong because he was here with Beth. But he had not joined the X-Men in this universe. He had joined another group and while he thought of what he felt about in those memories he knew he didn't agree with what those people had wanted.

Ed had never seen Danger. He had heard her plenty of times over the months he had been at the Mansion. But he hadn't realized there was a physical body for her. Now she was threatening them. Not something he had ever expected. He hoped Mary knew some sort of code to get her to calm down, but at the moment Mary wasn't there.

But...Mary had been here. Danger had told Bloom that she had a mission. So if they convinced Danger that they were friends with Bloom maybe she'd stand down. "Hi, I'm Ed." He started. "We're friends of Bloom's." He didn't know who else would have been at the Mansion at the same time, especially in this changed universe. His stomach twisted in the fear that the group he had joined had caused...whatever had happened here.

Thankfully Danger seemed to be sort of believing them. But the Bloom she knew and the Mary that had gone downstairs wouldn't match up.

So this group of kids at least had other people with them. He shook Lance Banner's hand. He opened his mouth to say something and then closed it before finally saying. "Well, I'm, glad to know there is something resembling a resistance in this area. I was going to say nice to meet you, but considering the circumstances." He shrugged.

They followed the group down into the tunnels. Ed knew it'd probably be a good idea to meet the others that they had and maybe as a group they could deal with Magneto and get rid of the need for a nuke. He raised his eyebrow at the mention of Thor. This group had Thor and Banner and had somehow not been successful. That made Ed wonder who all was on Magento's side. That'd be a good question once everyone was gathered. Any intel this group of kids had would be essential for their mission.

"That sounds good." Andy said. "Hold on." She said and looked for Mads real quick. "We're going to introduce Gryf to Chocolate. I'll see you tomorrow morning." Andy said. She gave her Aunt a wave and smile. Then held out her hand for Arthur to take hers. As they walked to the stables the Hecate kids cleared her.

She went looking for Gryf, he was in his normal stall. "Keep Chocolate away for a moment." She told Arthur, then grabbed some salted fish she had saved for him in the storage. She went to Gryf's stall. "Hey Gryf. I have a few things to tell you." She started. "First I'm going on a quest. But I'll make sure you're taken care of while I'm gone. Second, I want you to meet my new dog." That was easier to say than try to get into the rest. Andy wasn't even sure Gryf would understand her. "His name is Chocolate. But you should know that doesn't move you from my heart at all. You came to me first. And helped me a ton." She wondered if she could get away with taking him with her still. If she did Chocolate could go with Arthur maybe then.

Niah was impressed. Stella seemed to have a pretty good head on her shoulders for as young as she was. And she had volunteered. Though honestly why she had was beyond Niah. At least with Andy, it made sense. There was no other option for Andy. "It'll be a pleasure to have you." Niah told her honestly.

"I'll see you in the morning." She said and waved. Then she went back to join Mads and Nancy. "Alright. I'm ready. Let's go." Niah smiled. It wasn't her saddest smile, but it was melancholic. She looked over at the lakeside. There appeared to be a couple of people. They'd want to avoid them.

Rose Buckner

Location: The Moors
Skills:

Rose wrinkled her nose when the salve went on. Stinging aside, it smelled atrocious. Though she did remember a quote from a story about medicine 'if it smells bad that means it is strong'. Hopefully, it would be able to keep away infection. That was her biggest fear here. Did this place have penicillin? She didn't have the skill to make it, so she hoped someone did. Or maybe magic made that a moot point.

Rose smiled at her mom and Cassi. "I am alright. I promise. Thank you." Laying down had helped. And at least she was getting some medical care. When the fight had happened she felt helpless and was annoyed that because of the wound she had taken she had been unable to do anything in that fight. She hated feeling useless.

Colby Jackson

Location: Agrabah
Skills:

Colby enjoyed the sights and smells as they made their way through Agrabah's streets. It was a fascinating and colorful city. One he would like to have seen before the current situation. He hoped he'd get to see it again liberated.

When they arrived at the tavern Colby had to contain a snort of laughter. The place as a collective had stopped what they were doing to assess the new arrivals. It was like some cliche from a movie where the record stopped because someone who wasn't a known element walked into a bar. At least it seemed that the patrons of this tavern recognized Chesire, Hatter, and Sleeping Beauty as non-threats.

Whatever assessment that had been made, the group had passed muster and sat down. Colby kept an eye out though. Just in case someone decided to come over and start a fight. He expected that to happen because it too was a cliche and Colby had come to the realization that he was living in a storybook. A cliche here would be normal life.

Dalisy wasn't surprised at the mention that there were other pantheons. She knew there were other ones. Her sister was part of the Roman pantheon via her mother's blood, just like Dalisy herself was Norse through her godly father. Their mortal father got around a bit among the gods. How he had attracted the attention of two gods of such different types, was beyond her knowledge. It wasn't a question she had ever asked Heimdall. She knew she didn't want the answer of how she had been born. Especially since she knew she wasn't the only Dalisy in the universes. If anyone Dalisy knew would have any idea of who this Eris woman was it would be her sister.

She closed her eyes. Thinking of her sister. Then opened them again, but she didn't see the Cavern. Niah was fine, alive, and unhurt. Her heart ached. Knowing she couldn't reach out to her. Knowing that even though she knew exactly where and what Niah was up to she couldn't just show up and say hi. Dalisy blinked away the image. Then she reached up and touched the necklace her godly father had given her.

The Bifrost opened. "There, let's go back to the hotel. We can figure out what to do next." Though the temptation to find where Loki had gone and open the path to him there was strong. She went through this path and into the hotel.

"I'm fine." Niah said between chattering teeth. "It is almost freezing outside though and I come from a tropical island." She had never cared much for snow. Not that she had lived anywhere that got snow, long enough to experience the worst of it.

"Celestine summoned a damned aircraft though. I don't know if she can handle that on her own. I don't know how many people will be in it." Concern etched in her face, but also irritation. She was pissed that Celestine had gone to such a risk when it had just been the pair of them, unarmed and in pajamas basically. But now Oliver and Amelia were outside in that exact trap that Celestine had sprung.

There was no way they'd have time to find the others and help those outside in time. They'd have to help Oliver, Amelia, and Celestine before they could find the others. She hurried to the evidence lock-up that Cass had found. And gathered her things. Pulling the stealth suit on as quickly as she could. Not bothering to hide her dignity while she did it. Then put her ICER and gun on her hip holster. She grabbed the rest of her stuff and felt better to have it.

"Yeah I'll keep my fists in mind when the other side doesn't have ranged weapons or armor." Matt rolled his eyes at Flynn. Flynn knew perfectly well Matt could fight hand-to-hand. He took the knife from Folly. "Thanks." It wasn't what he had hoped for, but it was better than nothing. This way he could at least hope to drive it between protective bits and wouldn't have to hope he'd get skin-to-skin contact.

"I'm perfectly capable of holding my own in a fistfight. I just would rather not if I can avoid it. Especially when the other side has weapons." He didn't know why this was the way the conversation was going at this time. He shook his head and followed after Maria.

He turned the next corner after her and found himself face-to-face with two of the Iron Man armored people. They also inexplicably had katanas. That was better than their blasters but gave them more reach than his dagger. He took a deep breath and moved in. Going for one of them to disarm and drive the dagger into one of those in-between places.

They dodged him dexterously flipping away. Great. Just what he needed. Damn acrobats with swords. "Two enemies with swords and suits." He shouted to warn the others.

"Glad that's enough. If you need more assistance let me know." Ed told Banner. Then nodded to the woman who had had the rebar in her. He looked over at her sister, stepping closer, and then casting his healing spell. Orange light emanated from his hands again. surrounding the first woman's sister. When the light faded she was healed.

"No. We'll be lucky if we get an extraction." He confirmed her question. "Lead the way." He said taking a half step back from the group letting them guide the way into the tunnels mentioned. He doubted the tunnels would be anything like his home. The tunnels he would never see again.

So this Selene had figured it out. That was relieving in a way. If she was stuck here for an extended time at least it seemed like she'd have her mother. She exited the Manor. It was raining. That was even more relieving. Selene had known it was raining. She had warned her. And told her exactly how it could send her home. Back to her life. Back to her people.

She smiled and stepped into the rain.

It was raining. And it felt good. Andy's head hurt and she felt dizzy. Like she hadn't eaten in a long time. Her body felt sore. She opened her eyes and saw the devastation that had been wrecked upon Genosha. And it caused her heart to ache. Andy didn't know what she had missed. She didn't understand why she was standing outside the wrecked Manor, or where Zari was. Last she remembered had been fighting the woman made of smoke.

She saw Elixir and smiled at him. She had a million questions trying to tumble out all at once, but she said none of them. Maybe she'd learn what happened later. Maybe someone would explain how she got from the school to the mansion. How she was alive even though it felt like her body was ready to collapse. "Hey, do you know where Zari is?" She finally asked. The only question out of all of them that she had that mattered.

Ed blinked when he saw the younger Mary. He hadn't known her for long, certainly not long enough to have seen her look that young. He watched her for a moment. Whatever had happened here, had happened years ago. That had been evident from the state of the place, but this drove that home, and it was unsettling.

"I'm not sure I understand the purpose of this hologram." He said. They weren't ghosts, not with the weird glitching. These had been intentionally left behind. Was a message in their patterns? Who would that message be for? He thought of how they were looping. Was this one specific day? Was this the day that the Mansion had been abandoned?

"I might be able to get an exact location if I had a map. But my tracking spell was never that precise." He told Bethany. He knew it was possible to make it more precise. He probably could with time and testing, but he couldn't guarantee it would work. The spell had been designed to follow someone on foot. Not find them a continent away. Though he had, with Runa's help, gotten it to give him directions to someone in space.

Location: Outside of Loki's Cavern
Skill: Longsword

Anger boiled in Dalisy's heart as she heard Lara talk. It was stupid. Runa was a fine enough person, but to make an exchange such as that was idiotic. Not to mention what really made Dalisy mad. The real reason Dalisy hated Lara so much. The oath. The binding. Niah. Her dear sister who lived and had no idea how much Dalisy missed her.

Dalisy funneled that anger into trying to free herself. She'd drive this sword into Loki if it was the last thing she would do. She knew that his chaos would bring danger to the world, and therefore her sister. Lara's part in all of this was just to be that constant reminder of the one person she loved in the world. As she tried to get out, she didn't seem to be having any luck though. And that just angered her even more. If she were free she'd be driving her sword into Loki.

She tried again. This time she was able to get free. She showed her teeth. It looked nothing like a grin. Runa had freed herself, Loki was blind. She swung her sword. Slicing Loki's arm.
