Bio

...I'm crazy. Got a doctor's note and everything.

Been role playing for over fifteen years, no stranger to forum rp'ing, as that is the way I learned to roleplay.

I don't bite, so don't be afraid to say hi.

I mostly prefer 1x1's, and am on PST. (Hello from the West Coast of the USA.)

If you are interested in rps, really, don't be afraid to say hi!!

Or if you just wanna talk, I'm usually very open.

For those of you still here, have some Pusheen!

Marco gently held onto Emily's hand as they walked together, and he noticed her spreading out the seeds behind them. He knew what she was doing and he didn't blame her at all. Who knew what they could find plant wise up on Mount Tam. He knew there was that tree there, the one with the golden apples, but he didn't know if Emily could control that. It could be too risky, considering the fact that the tree had a protector. When the scorpion came into view, he did have to pause for a moment. That was not a good sign that those monsters were out here this far from the Mountain itself, as well as it's size.

Marco held Emily's hand tighter when he noticed her reaction to watching Niah take off. He did frown when Niah called down that she saw smoke. Just smoke. In California smoke was never a good sign. "Can you tell which way the fire is coming from? That might be where we need to go." He frowned a bit at that as he was distracted by Waverly. It was probably Niah's armor, and you really didn't ask to borrow other people's magical items. His other hand gently touched the compact in his pocket, and he rarely let anyone else use it. If anything it was only Emily.

Lara could feel the start of a headache brewing between Elizabeth and Runa, especially when Elizabeth tried to make what was going on about her. They had a quest they needed to focus on and that was as much as Runa was saying a bit at that point. She was thankful that Runa was steering the conversation away from Elizabeth, and towards their quest, and she was extra thankful that Klara seemed to be in agreement. This was about the quest to find Baldur, not any problems they might have.

"It seems we have a consensus to leave tonight then. If it is alright with you Runa, I would like to head to my room and gather up my supplies for a quest. I am probably not the only one, correct?" She looked around the group and paused a bit at that as she looked at the others. "Also how do we want to split up the groups? Like how we discussed before, three and three?" Ge gently tucked a lock of her hair behind her ear softly as she looked at the others and then to Arnora.

Lara was getting a little bit frustrated at Elizabeth, and she knew the others were tense as well, but she stilled her tongue as the girl spoke... and then listened to the others as the suggested ideas. Then... Dalisy decided her part in all this was over. Lara was inwardly thankful for that, as she didn't really want to be on a quest with her. It would end with one of them killing the other for real at that point. However, the lingering big about heading to Hel's kingdom caused her chest to tighten up a bit. What if.... what if someone she knew was there? It didn't make logical sense, but, then again, if logic could be applied to this situation, Lara wouldn't be in Valhalla.

"I'll be more than happy to lend my aid against the army if you ask of it. I am not happy with the idea of the undead rising up at her insistence too much." Lara looked to Arnora, a bit thankful she would be with her, even if that did mean she'd be with Elizabeth as well. Elizabeth was a good fighter, but sometimes her tongue got her into trouble, as evident by earlier that night. "When should we depart then?"

Marco looked over at Emily, and smiled softly as he noticed her calm down a bit when Milo snuggled into her neck. He could tell she was going back to the old days, and he was there to be her tether to the present. As Nancy listed him off as team trick he had to suppress a laugh at that. "Alright then, I'll sweet talk him and figure out what he knows before Niah and I trap him into an oath. As for pissing him off well, I'll leave that to you lovely ladies. I mean I could insult his father or remind him of his failures. He is holding up the whole world for a reason."

As they got out of the car, and Emily gently put Milo back into the papoose, Marco smiled and kissed her forehead sweetly. "Anything for you, mon amour. Mon cher," He murmured so that just Emily could hear his words, before turning to Niah and nodded in response to her question. "Yeah, I paid him and tipped him... and thankfully he won't be remembering any of this ride once we're a bit away." Marco had made sure to make the charmspeak work long enough and was powerful enough that their driver would not remember the odd group in his car. It had just been another ride for him, nothing atypical at all.

He gently tucked the blanket around Milo so that the little sugar glider could sleep if he needed, and then slipped his hand into Em's for a moment and squeezed it softly. "So which way are we heading now?"

"Seems you were outvoted on whether I should be here or not. You're the only dissension." Lara couldn't help but be a little smug when Elizabeth said she was happy to have here there. If Lara had been thinking right, it was Elizabeth and Dalisy that were 'crashing the party' or so they said. Nadia had asked her to come to meet Runa, but it seemed that everyone had something they needed to say at that point, and Lara wasn't going to argue with the importance of Elizabeth and Dalisy's words, even if Dalisy wanted a fight with Lara. (However, that was far from unusual. Dalisy had decided to hate Lara from the first time they met, before Lara had even said hello.)

"Hello Runa, it is a pleasure to meet you. I'm Lara... and I'm mostly here to offer my services. My father is Tyr, God of Law, Order and Justice... as well as war. I'm here to offer myself as an Oathbinder if need be." Lara would never try to force herself onto a quest, but she would offer herself if Runa asked. However, Nadia had asked her to come along, and she would be there to offer her services as Oathbinder.

Marco could feel Em tense up as the subject changed to religion and military camp. He would have chimed in that his father was fully aware where he was, and that Marco had gotten to see him every summer... but Em needed Marco's attention more. So, using his free hand, he gently nudged the sleepy little sugar glider out of the papoose and onto Em's shoulder. Milo gently nuzzled in against Emily, as if he was fully aware who his mommy was and that she needed some comfort. Marco's fingers gently tangled with Em's as he silently reassured her she was safe... she was with those that accepted and loved her the way she was, the beautiful soul she was.

"I do agree with Em, it might be a good idea for me to know what I should be saying to the Titan. I can't just say 'Don't do bad.' I need to have a purpose behind my words, especially when charmspeaking immortals." Marco sighed as he remembered failing hard at trying to charm speak Terminus once when he had been trying to get a gift for Em. It had ended poorly for Marco when he had started to babble about Em's eyes. (Marco had learned since then to make sure that when using his words to put purpose behind them. "Nancy, Madalyne, this seems to be your quest mostly, any suggestions?"

Great... Lara had not wanted to start a fight with Dalisy, but here it was, happening anyways. "Okay maybe the Thanes did, but none of the rest of us here with you are underestimating it. That's why I want to offer my help. I am not disagreeing with you on the timing but seriously, why is it whenever I speak to you, you decide to be curt towards me." Honestly, if Lara had not wanted to talk to Runa, she would have just left when it seemed that Dalisy was also joining them in the elevator on the the way to the twenty-first floor.

She got in the elevator and pressed the button and stood there with her arms across her chest as she waited for everyone else to get in and for the doors to slide closed. She did understand why Elizabeth and Dalisy had to be there, but it did not make it easier for her to be around them. Elizabeth was acting a bit brattish and Dalisy was being her normal self with regards to Lara. It wasn't even that Lara wanted to go on the quest, not that she would turn down the chance to go. She just wanted to help, and that was all.

Marco sighed a bit as Waverly spoke. "Not really a cult when the gods are literally real and talking to us. Daily. Also it's not like we're being kept from our loved ones... I talk to my dad weekly. Cults totally don't let you do that." Marco was glad he was sitting in front with Emily, because he was rolling his eyes a bit. He knew Waverly had different view of the world, but he was not in the mood to entertain what she was talking about at the moment. He wanted to focus on Em, and not on the stack of papers and applications waiting for him when they got back from the quest. He was just about ready to close his eyes, rest for a moment when Niah spoke up.

He looked over to the driver again at that point and then let the magic flow through his voice again as he spoke. "If you don't mind speeding up a bit and making sure to lose whomever is on our tail, it would be much appreciated, but don't think too much about it. This is just a normal Uber ride... there is nothing weird going on at all. You can trust me~" He groaned a bit as he leaned up against Emily and squeezed her hand a bit. Using Charmspeak twice in one day was always a toll on him, since he had to not only channel the magic right, he had to pick out his words carefully. One wrong word and he could accidentally make someone a slave to him.

Lara could feel a slight tinge in her cheek rise when Arnora put her hand upon her shoulder, and it just confused her as to why. Maybe she had been lacking such physical comfort as of late. She pushed the thought out of her mind as her friend spoke, bringing up a good point. "We should stop them indeed... I can see Helgi getting annoyed at Elizabeth already, and I doubt Dalisy would help." She got up and went to head over with her friend towards the Thane's table.

She continued to follow her and paused as Dalisy spoke. "I don't think anyone is underestimating how serious this is, Dalisy... we all know what this signifies, or at least most of us do. Come, it might do well for all of us to go and speak with Runa then." Lara took lead of the group and headed over towards the elevator. Thankfully, most of the Einherjar were busy with dinner or chatting with their other friends, so summoning the elevator would take less time and it would be less crowded than it had been before dinner.

Lara knew the way she was acting could be taken as her wanting to go so badly on a quest, but honestly, she was just worried for the new girl, and knew that she needed as much information as she could get. Also, being the resident Oathbinder, Lara was sure that she might want to be witness to the group Runa had picked and bind them together.

"Yes, I got the drop off location right. As for cash, almost no one uses that anymore. Most currency is virtual it seems." Marco had to chuckle a bit at what Nancy and Madalyne were saying but then he remember that the two were very displaced from the time they were use to, and he kept his laughter to himself. He was sure if he was a good forty years out of sync with the world he'd be questioning things as well.

Marco smiled as he felt Em tap the webbing between his thumb and fingers, and soon his own thumb traveled to the webbing between Em's thumb and fingers and repeated those three taps. Em, his rock, reminding him of the then and there, and that there was more going on. "No problem, sweetheart. It does make it easier, and less... likely for someone to notice something." He knew mortals that could see through the mist were rare, but it was not worth risking it. A bus could also easily be full of monsters, and instead of ending up at Mount Tam they would be causing a fight on State Rout 24, or heaven forbid the 580 or 101.

When the car pulled up, Marco let them load up the car and pick their seats first before he slid in last. He was still a gentleman in a weird way, letting the ladies figure out how they wanted to sit. He did try to make sure he got a seat that was close to the uber driver, and once he had secured that, he leaned in close. His focus shifted and he let the words work their magic as they flowed through the car and into the mortal's ear. "Thank you ever so much for the ride, good sir. If you could please do as my friend asked and put on some tunes, and then focus on the drive to our destination we'd much appreciate it. We really would not like to be bothered... and once we arrive at the destination, you know, you could easily just forget about us~" Marco let his voice drop to a bit of a purr as the words wove into the mortal's mind, the charmspeak working him over.
