Also also, would it bug you terribly if I sketched out at map of the rooms inside the mountain? I'm kind of a visual person and while I know how everything is supposed to be laid out, having it down on paper would help me a ton. When it's done I can PM it to you to make sure I got everything more or less in the right areas.

So basically nothing too important has happened. Sparrow made some killer muffins that everyone loved, Brielle helped Lucile (I know I spelt that wrong) get in to the city after a guard named Derrick was a total ass to him. Adam, a demon who has a human form, came into the city and got a bit of a tour from Sparrow, now they're headed outside the walls of the city. Meanwhile Brielle, Lucile (I'm so sorry, I'm on my phone and can't check the spelling of his name!) and Eden, one of the children's teachers, are finishing up breakfast and then Eden is going to work on some training techniques with Brielle and Lucile is going to watch. Oh, and there is a creepy guy watching everyone who is going to be confronted by Sparrow and Adam very soon, his name is Ysran but they don't know that yet. Think that's about it.

Sparrow gazed into Adam'a eyes, at a loss for words when he kneels down to be closer to her. She blinks a time or two, and with a pink flush to her cheeks she nervously bites her lower lip. "I'm sure I'll be alright," she replies to him, still blushing but making absolutely no attempt to move away. She closes her eyes for a moment as a wave of dizziness washes over her, but it lasts just a few seconds and soon she opens her eyes again. Adam hadn't seemed to move while her eyes were closed, and a warm tingly feeling began to rise up from somewhere deep inside her. Instead of dwelling on the feeling she pushes herself to her feet, her stance shaky for a bit before she regains her composure and reaches out to take Adam's hand, wanting to hold it not simply for stability, but because it felt right. "I'll try not to fall again," she says with a small laugh, the words a weak attempt at a joke. She takes careful steps, slower and more purposeful than before, making every attempt not to end up on the ground again.

They weren't far from the gathering area, and when she steps inside something catches her eye. Or rather, someone. A cloaked figure stands at the edge of the large room, not mingling with the villagers, more like... studying them? Sparrow stands still for a moment, her head tilting inquisitively as she watches the figure from across the room. Then it occurs to her. He had been in the dinning hall too, not eating, just watching. The whole ordeal just seemed very out of place. People came to the village to be with other people or to trade. Never in her time had someone came to simply study them. An uneasy feeling settled over her, but she tears her eyes from the far side of the room to look at Adam. Perhaps she was just overthinking it, but something about the scenario seemed a bit off. "Adam," she says, keeping her voice low so as to not draw unnecessary attention to herself or her friend, "does that man seem odd to you? I think I saw him in the dinning hall too, he wasn't eating, he was just watching all of us. It's kind of creepy."

"That works for me." Sparrow thinks about taking Adam's hand again but dismisses the idea. Being so close to him felt good, and he hadn't really given her any indication that he didn't want her to continue being so friendly, but she was still sort of unsure what exactly she felt between them. Instead she keeps her hands at her sides, occasionally rubbing the cloth of her cloak between her fingers, just to give her hands something to do. With a deep breath she puts on a smile and leaves the room. Pausing outside of the room she points down the hallway. "The reservoir is down the hall. It's sort of like a bath house and a pool all in one," she explains. She looks to Adam for some sort of understanding and then makes her way back up the stairs and on to the main level.

Flickers of images from the morning pass through her brain and something comes to her attention, causing her to stumble on the stairs. She falls forward and makes a failed attempt to catch herself with her hands. Instead of lessening the pain of her fall her head smashes into the top most stair on the staircase. She groans lowly and sits up on the stairs, leaning her back against the wall. "They should call me Grace instead of Sparrow," she laughs halfheartedly, bringing a hand to her forehead and touching the skin as blood pools beneath it, causing the spot to gain a purple hue. "Sorry, this is super embarrassing... I just got distracted I think. This doesn't usually happen to me." Sparrow looks up at Adam with a dazed expression. "Would you mind if we made one more stop before we left? There is a trader in the main hall by the entrance who is really talented with medicine. I'd like someone to give me a once over before I leave the village, just to be safe."

So just so I'm understanding you correctly, if you weren't outright looking for a demon or fiend you wouldn't necessarily know he was one at first glance, correct?
