@Silentsniper211 They'd know almost nothing about it aside from the fact that it's aboveground, though largely free of windows and any windows there are are lined with electrified chicken wire.

@deadpixel101 Indeed. The multiple deadbolt relocker system was disabled by the phenomenon that also disabled the cameras.
@deadpixel101 The standardized cells were the general idea, but at this point it's fluid and you can go with anything as long as it's in within reason.
@Duoya I don't know why, but I find it funny that there is some guy just watching a film while a load of super powered people are running about like headless chickens. :D
It is pretty beautiful.
