Gaius rumors:

1: He is a direct descendant of one of the Blades from the Oblivion Crisis.

2: He obeys orders from his superiors without question, to the point of burning entire villages and putting their inhabitants to the sword without any real reason.

3: He once killed an entire patrol of Thalmor on the road (don't lie, you all know you've done it).

4: The Milonem family, Gaius III notwithstanding, has a sordid history of incest and debauchery, and as such, they all worship Sanguine.

5: He once ate an entire whole suckling pig and approximately 10 whole potatoes in a single sitting.

Sorry for the extremely short post after the long wait, I've been in a bit of an embroiling amount of work.
Rajvi had done what she'd set out to do, that is to say, acquire some food. She was no longer hungry. However, she'd encountered an entirely separate issue now: between her social anxiety, the enormous press of crowds, the frigid weather, and the native danger of a young woman without much muscle mass walking home alone in the middle of the night, she was trapped in city hall.

There are too many people here, she thought, fidgeting nervously and gnawing on a thumbnail. I can't...I can't deal with this!

There were just too many people. Too many. She'd managed to function somewhat adequately outside, but in here she couldn't handle it. She withdrew into a shell, becoming nigh-unresponsive and just about shutting down until Victoria addressed her. She raised her head from its floor-looking orientation, eyes widening slightly in surprise.

"You...you think I'm important?"

In all her life, Rajvi had only heard those words just a slight handful of times. It was a rare enough occurrence for her to start surfacing from her withdrawal.

@PrinceAlexus
I'm planning on Rajvi being highly uncomfortable, having been funneled into the hall by the crowds and now somewhat trapped, so kinda clinging to Victoria.
Rajvi Bapodra

The man's laughter only made the situation worse: Rajvi, in her panicked state, immediately assumed that he was laughing at her. Then, if things weren't bad enough, "I only hate you a little bit," too. The logical part of her mind recognized that it was likely meant as a joke and that the man—Milo, apparently—didn't actually hate her. She even heard what he said afterwards, about being kidding and not being upset in the slightest. The logical part of her mind wanted to introduce herself gregariously, and perhaps see where the night would take things as she made a pair of friends, something she hadn't actually done in well over three years. Sadly, the logical part of her mind generally had problems when it came to decision-making in a social environment, and more often than not, the emotional, fear-driven part of her overrode it and had the greater say. So it was here. For as long as she'd lived, she'd been unable to introduce herself to people properly, and that didn't look like it would change tonight

So instead, she said in a quavering, anxiety-filled voice so quiet that it was likely wouldn't be heard at all over the music and the crowd,

"I-I'm...Rajvi. Bapodra. I'm sorry."

As the young woman introduced herself a thoughtful expression came onto her face and her eyes widened fractionally. Lady De Winter? she thought. I've seen that before. Didn't she help code for the new LightMail website and app?

Shuffling uncomfortably in her heavy parka, she moved slightly closer to the pair, away from the thick crowds around them. Not too close, though. Scrambling desperately for something—anything—to say and gradually becoming more and more overwhelmed by the bright lights, loud noises and large crowd, she began to look and feel slightly ill as she turned to Victoria. "I l-l-like your h-hair," she said, smiling tremulously.

@Treue Pretty sure it just petered out a bit for the holidays, I think most people are ready to come back in full force.
@Leidenschaft STOP RIGHT THERE
Gaius would be...hmm. Other than the obvious, boring soldier answer, I can see him being a bodyguard in a private security firm from a rich-ass family.
I'm just waiting on Turbo.
