So I'm new to the 1x1 scene. Figuring I might as well branch out as to not limit myself as I've been prone to. So if you're not opposed to a little bit of showing the ropes I'm up to give this a go. Scenario 2 is more in my interest range at the moment (romance isn't my Forte, so 1 and 3 probably wouldn't work out).

Not born in a log cabin, I came into the RPing venture around 2009 and quickly joined about twenty roleplays more than I should have at the time. I've been around the internet in that time span, participated in and run RPs on multiple forums, and brushed shoulders with a wide variety of players and characters. Getting to work with new people has always been part of the allure of the experience.
My interests in RPing are pretty diverse, and not genre-specific; if there's room at the table and I can think of a dish to serve, I'll cook something up for just about any meal. If you know what I mean.

I'm kind of in the mood to rip and tweak an RP or two that I've been bounced from, admittedly, in part, for the purpose of realizing the characters that I submitted to them.
But if anyone's up to collaborate and/or Co-GM, I'm down. I promise I'm not just gonna go diva on it. I just dislike how unresolved my characters are being left and feel that I need to start taking things more into my own hands.

That's how I'm interpreting it. GM says go for it.

So like, are the post samples to be original, standing in lieu of a traditional character sheet?
Am I correct in that 'holo-blades' are essentially hovering Rollerblades?

Thank you so much to everyone who submitted characters. It was tough to pick but I want to keep the starting cast small to ensure it get gets off the ground. If you wish I will keep you in mind should we have drop outs or decided to expand the cast.
