Bio

Hello everyone. I'm Dutch, a mother of a 8-year old boy and I love both rp-ing and writing. Since May 2020 I'm one of the contests mods.

I started with writing Dutch stories in 2002, I was already 19 at that time. I joined a writing competition and that got me started. Soon I started to write down all the stories my over-active imagination came up with. I had my first forum rp experience in 2003 on a Dutch fantasy forum. While I continued to write, I stopped rp-ing when the particular rp and forum slowly died. In 2011 my love for rp's rekindled when I joined a site with a forum and I started to RP solely in English since that is the language of the site. This is also when I wrote my first story in English.

I've got a few 1x1 rp's going on this site and a couple more on another site. I've always been a fan of writing competitions and I joined a lot several of the ones that were hosted on this website. Now I get to host them myself and really enjoy that too.

When you come here to check if I'm online, know that even when I show as online I might not be able to respond to RP's. I open this site so that when I have time I can spend some time here, but I don't always end up with the time to do so.

If I haven't replied in a while, feel free to poke me. I don't ghost on purpose, sometimes I just forgetful and if I read your reply and accidentally closed the tab I might forget I was supposed to reply T_T

Benjamin felt Dia touch him, he stared at her hand and then at her. "Dia..." He reached out to take her hand. He had wanted her to come and she had come. And she wasn't some kind of invisible entity, somehow she was tangible now. "I'm glad you're here."

One of the guards pounded on the door. "Will you stop talking to your illusion," he spat. "Take you damn pills." He glared at Josh. "And what are you staring at?"

Marc nodded as he listened, he honestly didn't want to call her insane, but he was inclined to be on board with the people calling her schizophrenic. "She doesn't sound like a person I'd like to meet, so try to stay in control," he said. "We'll have a drink at a special place first and then go to another place for dinner. Is that okay with you?"
And now Mikhal has his dragon companion too ^_^ Trevor and his partner are travelling together, but I still need to figure out how to let them bond.
I think it's just you and Salenea who are active now. Since you are doing well with your adventure there wasn't a need for me to post.
Michael went to Gavin and Mindy, but he looked at Niccia greeting the Meloetta.
"How was the gym?" Mindy asked.
"We won." He lowered Lytse to the ground and took Marie from his shoulder. "We saw a Dunsparce in the gym too, it knew a nasty Rollout. But if you ever go to the gym, watch out for the Miltank. That one was hard to defeat."
Mindy took her Dunsparce back from Michael. "I will keep it in mind," she said.

Benny flew over to Soul. "They did great! They worked together well and defeated all the Pokémon of the gym leader. Niccia has some strong Pokémon and Michael may need to train a bit more with his, but he was good."
He landed next to the Absol. "Was everything okay here? The Arcanines came with disturbing news."

Penalopy scowled at the mention of Darkrai. "That meanie," she sighed. "But we are together again! We should..." She noticed Michael. "Ohhh! Is he the Michael Soul mentioned? The guy you fell for? He is cute!"

Andy grinned at Frosiien's remark and went to the door with the Keystone of Varina under his arm. Kim followed him outside and they waited for Frosiien to join them before walking back to the Center.
"Are you close with the other legendary Pokémon?" Andy asked her.
Mindy blushed when Gavin stuttered his line, did he just... compare her to a pretty flower? That was... the loveliest thing anyone had ever said to her. The moment broke when Gavin covered his face. "It wasn't..." Mindy muttered.

Mabel looked at Fez. "I appreciate you are trying to help them, but have a little patience. I'm sure they will get there, at their own pace." Being taller than the others she noticed Niccia first and turned to the small Pokémon with her. "Niccia is back," she told them.

James wasn't prepared to be picked up and spun around and looked more afraid than anything else at first, but he quickly regained his composure and pointed to Soul. "She's there, miss Niccia," he said politely.
But he had barely spoken the words when Penalopy revealed herself and almost slammed into Niccia. "You are here!" she said, grabbing Niccia's face with her hands. "But you aren't pink and small. Why aren't you pink and small?"

Michael reached the Pokémon Center not long after Niccia, and Bear followed Michael. He saw the Meloetta, and Mindy and Gavin were sitting together on a bench, both looking very awkward. Maybe it was a good thing his uncle wasn't here yet...

Kim turned to Varina. "I can only say that it looks like Andy and Frosiien are interested in each other," she whispered to her, "they were flirting as humans call it. And apparently Mitch doesn't think it's a good idea."

Andy paid for their consumptions and turned back to the table to see if everyone was ready to leave. Frosiien looked beautiful, even from a little distance. Maybe he had to think about the implications of pursuing this, but then again, she was in a human form now.
When he reached the table he moved to pick up Varina. "Everyone ready?" he asked.
Benjamin laughed. "You're asking me? I don't have wings!" He looked at her fanned out wings. "Maybe Harriet should give you a lesson, but I think you should just try flapping first, to get a feel for the movements. And after that..." he paused as he thought about it, he wasn't a flying expert at all, but nature did have some examples. "I never saw birds hop or jump before taking off," he continued, "but I do think they crouch a bit and then push off as they take off. That's something you could try. You know, when I go ice-skating I always take a starting position so that I can push off against the ice and use that initial speed to go forward. You just have to remember you aren't going forward, you have to go up."

"He's not," agent Morrison said as he aimed his gun, then he heard Jase. "As my partner said: give him back. Now."
A click sounded, the safety of the gun was off and he would shoot if they would even remotely look like a threat. "And maybe," he added, "you can explain what the fuck is going on here."
"That was all," Vivian said as she walked with Ray to the door. "Just draw whatever comes up in your mind, you don't have to draw for me. Draw for you." She opened the door and looked at the guards. "Ray doesn't need supervision anymore," she said to them. "But once Benjamin is out of isolation I want you to stay with him. I fear Ray may be his next victim."
She turned to Ray, again with a motherly smile on her face. So far it seemed to work, Ray started to trust her. The next step was making Ray realize the spirits she thought she could see were just figments of her imagination. But first she had to try and let Ray see the spirits she claimed were with her were her enemies and not her friends. It would make it easier. She stepped aside so Ray could leave the office if she wanted to.
"Stay in control of your spirits, Ray," she said to her. "Not the other way around. Don't let them control you, because when that happened they got you into confinement. And remember," she took Ray's shoulder. "We are part of the real world, you and me. The spirits aren't. Okay? I hope you'll find much enjoyment in your art."

Benjamin sat down next to Dia. "I don't know what a memopath is, but I don't like the sound of it," he said as looked at her with concern in his eyes. "Do you think Ray is okay? She was outside the office of the psychiatrist... if you and Ari were pulled away from her before she entered, she was there by herself. The psychiatrist plays dirty tricks, she pushed me far enough to lose my temper and now I'm here. Locked up." His fingers dug into his legs. So far he could handle being here, but he didn't know how long that would last. He didn't want Dia to leave, but maybe Ray needed her more.

Marc listened to her and thought about the best way to respond. Obviously she was delusional, maybe schizophrenic or a multi-personality disorder. But he knew that for patients their other personalities, if they were aware of them, were very real to them.
"I see," he said. "Then I'm glad I found the jazz station, I'd rather hang out with you than the other entity." He glanced briefly to Sara. "What are they like?"
Mindy looked down at her leg when she felt the tap and then noticed the flower in Gavin's hand. A blush covered her cheeks. "That's a pretty flower..." she said, soon realising she hadn't seen Gavin pluck it. While she hadn't been looking directly at him, surely she would have noticed him move from the corner of her eye.

Penalopy stopped singing when she heard about Michael. "I have to meet him!" she said as she jumped up.
"I'm sure you will, miss Penalopy," James quickly said. "They are on their way back. Please be patient a little while longer." The last thing he wanted was to follow her across town searching for them. Much to his relief the Meloetta lowered herself on Soul's back again and continued her song.

"Niccia!" Michael called and he too started running. He didn't know who Penny was or why Niccia suddenly called her name, but she was happy about it. Then he heard a beautiful song and he slowed down as he listened to it. When he noticed it came from the Pokémon Center he ran faster again.

Benny flew ahead and reached the Pokémon Center first, looking at the gathered people. Bear stayed behind Michael, he couldn't trust Li to properly protect Andy's nephew.

"Then I will pay and we'll be on our way," Andy said as he got up. "You all can finish your food and drinks if you like. I'll be right back." He winked to Frosiien. "We can talk about talents and such another time." With that he walked away to pay at the counter.

Kim turned to Varina. "I don't think Andy should be taken as an example of what the average human does," she said. "Humans are very diverse; their desires, tastes, methods... what humans like or how they do something depend on their individual preferences. But one thing I have observed: their mating rituals are... complex."

Benjamin followed Steph outside, walking to her with his hands in the pockets of his pants, seemingly without a care in the world. "Ready for it?" he asked her. He wanted to see this, to see her fly and accept who she was. And he was glad he could be a part of that. He thought back to the argument he had with Mike earlier, and he was certain she was not the dangerous monster he seemed to think she was.

Mike looked at Steph and Ben through the window of the library. He had done some study about the dragon-like demons as Morrison had suggested and he had decided on a break. Again he worried about Ben, he had to be under her spell. Succubi did that and everything Stuart Greyhill had taught him about those demons affirmed that. But how could he protect Ben if he didn't want to be protected?
"Is that the Succubus?" someone asked and Mike turned around. He saw it was Stuart and nodded. "The spell to send her back to the demon realm is a fairly easy one, once you memorised the gestures and words. Just make sure to carry a ruby with you at all times."
"I have one," Mike assured him. "Ever since our conversation today."
"Those alien gems mr. Johnson talked about, he thinks they can be used for spells. They would give us a better fighting chance against demons. I understand they are unsafe to use, but maybe we can find a way to make them safe."
"Maybe..." Mike muttered. The precious stones, the gems from earth, did a good enough job as far as he knew, but he was still in the early stages of understanding these banishing rituals while Stuart was an expert. If there was anyone who could find a way to make them safe for humans to use it had to be him.

The helicopter landed at the Heliplatform of the mansion and the agents brought the female agent to a nursery. The leader of the team when to mr. Johnson to report about the mission.

Mr. Johnson was in his office, looking at a GPS that showed were Gaia was. The device in her back that would make her wild doubled as a tracking device. Now all he had to do was make sure she was wreaking havoc where Ethan saw it and Ethan could prove his worth to the agency. Judged on the latest report by agent Morrison, Ethan wanted to prove himself to the agency. And according to mr. Greyhill, Mike was an eager student, capable of banishing Steph. The only useless one was Benjamin. Annoyingly, he even seemed to spend a lot of time with the Succubus. He glanced at the screen that showed small images of all security cameras. Steph and Benjamin were outside and it seemed she didn't even try to hide her true appearance anymore. He could tolerate her presence when she hid under an illusion, but something had made her drop it.

Agent Morrison was in pursuit and rounded the corner, entering the ally from which Carl'svoice had come from and raising his gun as he assessed the situation. These angels relied on throwing tools and weren't even good at that, they couldn't be much of an opponent.
