1 question: Seeing how there are only a certain amount of Pokedexes in the world, does this mean that this dakes place in an alternative time-setting to the games? If so, when does it fall, like are we gonna be running into team Rocket or is it going to be the old/new Team Galactic?

So, i got some idea's for RP's i'm kinda wanting to run, but not sure whether people would be interested.

Sonic The Hedgehog

So, the idea of this RP is that it's a future based on the old Archie universe. Eggmans Empire has long since been defeated by the Freedom Fighters, Sonic and Sally had their happily ever after, but it is now in the next generation that things have turned odd. One day there was a strange flash of light and random chunks of Mobius found themselves teleported to a planet that they call "Earth" where a group calling themselves Guardian Unit of Nations (G.U.N.) have made it their objective to capture and detain all Mobian intruders on Earth. One group of Mobians that have managed to dodge capture are going to figure out what brought them here, why G.U.N. wants to capture them and how can they get home?

Kingdom Hearts

A complete reimagining of the KH Saga, but not "Make it up as you go along and constantly pretend you knew what you were doing the whole time." type bullshit that has really dragged the experience of the games down. I'm talking about a proper Final Fantasy vs Disney RP with some reimaginings of some of the original characters to serve actually functional roles within the story. Characters can come from any world and form bonds with whatever characters you want. This is gonna be an open world with an overarching plot.

Star Trek

The Dominion War is upon the Alpha Quadrant, but it is far from the only war going on. Across the whole of time, a Temporal Cold War sits as multiple factions take advantage of the amazing technology of Time Travel is used. A Federation Starship exists that is somewhat an enigma. You see, those who are touched by Time Travellers tend to keep being touched by Time Travellers. As such, the Federation decided to coral a number of Starfleet Officers onto a single ship. As such, when it goes missing, they know not to look for it as it will probably show up sooner or later and it'll be the Temporal Corps problem. The players will be the Command crew of this ship.

Bleach

The world is an odd place. You look around and see the mysticism of various cultures. Little do you know that the afterlife is full of a combination of Beaurocracy and ass-kicking. A group of teens has just found this out when they suddenly find themselves beset by underworldly monstrosities. They find out about themselves that they have a unique set of powers designed to counter and kill these creatures. Players will play as a group of friends that discover they have different ancestries from the vast number of otherworldly denizens. Shinigami, Quincy, Fullbringers, Vizords, Bounto and others all welcome.

Star Wars

We have been called criminals, but we are not. We are rebels, fighting for the people, fighting for you. I'm not that old, but I remember a time when things were better on Lothal. Maybe not great, but never like this. See what the Empire has done to your lives, your families, and your freedom? It's only gonna get worse…unless we stand up and fight back. It won't be easy. There will be loss and sacrifice. But we can't back down just because we're afraid. That's when we need to stand the tallest. That's what my parents taught me. That's what my new family helped me remember. Stand up together. Because that's when we're strongest... as one.

These words have rang out across the Empire, an unknown Rebel gave this speech and now the downtrodden and oppressed have began to stand up and resist the imperial jackboot at their necks. You are one of the many that has taken the call to resist.

Into the Hasbroverse

Earth in the 1990's got a little bit weird... First it was the Cybertronians. They showed up just before WW2, the two factions joining the ongoing war, members of the Autobots fighting for the Allies while the Decepticons joined the Axis. Their skirmishes kept secret by all involved sides, all of which hoping to use them for their own secret ends. After the end of WW2, the surviving Nazi's would form a new group called Crimson Shadows to continue their fight. Although Crimson Shadows would fall, it would not be before unleashing creatures bellow the earths surface called Inhumanoids. The United States Government would form a task force codenamed G.I. Joe in order to fight these menaces to the earth. To fill the power vacuum Crimson Shadows left, a new group popped up. Founded by am American used car salesman and a scottish noble, COBRA. The Joes and Cobras would fight across the planet on many occassions. Although many battles were fought, mutants, monsters, robots and all of those things made themselves known across the planet, but these battles would eventually be dwarfed by the coming of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd in the 1990's with the Power Rangers following to fight them.

Many battles have been fought across many fields and now, the United Nations have decided to pool these resources to found a new organization. One who's job it is to fight back against those who would threaten Earth and its inhabitants. Global Hazard and Ordinance Strike Team or G.H.O.S.T. After the Cybertronian Wars came to an end with Cybertron being lost for good, an armistice between the sides was signed, Optimus Prime and Megatron have been put in charge of this taskforce alongside General Hawk of G.I. Joe. Stationed aboard U.S.S. Flagg and now, extraordinary people from across the world and from beyond the stars have been brought in to help G.H.O.S.T. in their defense of humanity.

TL;DR: Y'all work for a version of S.H.I.E.L.D. but in a universe where all of the major Hasbro Properties co-exist.

@Mintz Sorry, finished that CS at 2am and was really tired. Anyway, Hero Megatron was a thing in the IDW comics. In the "More Than Meets The Eye" Continuity, Megatron became best friends with Bumblebee and then, when Shockewave murdered Bee in front of Megatron in cold blood, it shook Megatrons convictions and he joined the Autobots in order to bring the war to an end. If you like Transformers i highly recommend getting your hands on trades of it, because it is hilarious and heartwarming and really delves into Megatrons psyche, especially every interaction between Megatron and Rung. It's realy refreshing to see a story like this where everyone around him is constantly calling him on his bullshit, because he is still Cybertronian Hitler, even if he repented and switched sides at the end. It really pissed me off in Star Trek Discovery that the plotpoint where everyone hates Michael for starting the Klingon war gets swept under the rug after the first 3 episodes and is never really brought up again.

just note that it doesn't end, it just stops as IDW got the Transformers licence pulled for stupid fucking reasons.

Also, Bumblebee's ghost haunts Starscream, because the new Cybertronian people elected Starscream their Prime Minister, it's hilarious.

Personality: Constantly grumpy, but has a noble mind. His actions during the Civil War have left deep scars in his psyche. He believes that he owes it to Bumblebee to become the Autobot that Bee saw inside of him.

Biography: Born and raised in the Capitol city of Cybertron, he took the name "Megatronus" after one of the Great Primes and rose the ranks of the Gladiators in the Grand Colosseum. He grew disillusioned with the Council, gaining great love and respect from the people as he started to speak out against them. Megatronus eventually became a politician, gathering great support and performing rallies, marches, and peaceful demonstrations. One of his most trusted followers was the young Orion Pax. He and Orion were the most firm of allies, their great debates of philosophy and politics drew many many more to their cause. Eventually, they marched on the grand council chambers themselves and Megatronus, when they refused to even hear him. He lashed out, drawing his Fusion Cannon and demanding that they recognize him as a new Prime and to grant him the Matrix of Leadership. Orion, who had been a staunch pacifist, threw himself in front of Megatronus, trying to reason with him, but Megatronus was beyond such petty concerns now. Change was the only option. Now, there was those who would instigate the change and those who would stand in its way.

Neither was aware that, as they debated for one last time in front of the Council, that the Matrix of Leadership was listening with a keen ear. And neither could have predicted when it floated over to Orion and, in a blinding flash, the small, unassuming Orion Pax had been transformed into the tall, powerful and imposing Optimus Prime. Dropping the "us" from his name, Megatron took up arms against Optimus. His followers would become known as Deceptions and Optimus' forces came to be known as Autobots. The war waged on for millions of years, across the stars themselves. Near to the end, Megatron befriended an Autobot by the name of Bumblebee. He found himself regularly conversing with this young Autobot, much the same way he had with Pax all those years ago. Unfortunately, Bumblebee was killed by Megatrons chief scientist, a vile bot by the name of Shockwave" As Bumblebee lay dying in Megatrons arms, Bee begged Megatron to stop the war, to sit down and allow Dialogue to commence. As the Decepticons around him cheered and hooted with victory around him, Megatron saw exactly what he had created, what the Decepticons stood for. He took Bumblebee's body back to Optimus in person. In front of Optimus, he took the Autobot symbol that had been blasted from Bumblebee's chest by Shockwave and welded it to his chest over the Decepticon symbol. The war raged on for a few more months as a number of the newer and more fanatical of Deceptions set themselves up as the new Decepticon leader, but with Optimus and Megatron working together, they were quickly eradicated.

In the post-war world, Megatron found himself... Constantly being met with gazes of mistrust and ire. When Optimus found the Matrix Maps to Cyberutopia, where the Knights of Cybertron lived. Megatron hadn't answered for his crimes previously as they had never been able to find a fair and impartial judge, Megatron seeming to have committed grievous crimes against every sentient in the galaxy in some way or another. But the Knights were from before then. It was decided, Megatron would lead the Expedition to Cyberutopia and the Knights would judge him for his actions and deal out a fair and impartial sentence on him.

Powers:
Cybertronian Physiology: Like all Cybertronians, Megatron possesses the following abilities
Super Strength: (Varies from bot-to-bot, but Megatron is one of the physically stronges, able to lift almost 400 tons above his head at maximum effort)
Super Durability: (Made from Living Metal, he is highly resilient to damage. High caliber rounds bounce off of his skin, but like an organic, possesses vital components. Laser weapons and EMP weapons have an effect if powerful enough.)
Super Stamina: (Cybertronians can exert maximum effort for as long as they have access to Energon)
Transformation: (All Cybertronians have the ability to transform between their Anthropomorphic form and something else. Megatron is unique in that he has multiple forms a Starfighter and a Handgun)
Avatar: (A fairly new piece of technology (By Cybertronian standards) Megatron has the ability to adopt a humanoid disguise to blend in with humanoids around him)
Inbuilt Weapons: All Cybertronian warriors have weapons built into their chassis. Megatron is equipped with a pair of wrist-mounted blades, as well as a wrist-mounted Fusion Cannon

Cassette Compartment: (Megatrons closest aid, Soundwave, left him his cassette compartment that he now uses. He carries of his closest agent in it, Laserbeak.

Skills:
Untold Experience in Combat: Megatron spent milennia fighting in the Gladiator Pits of Cybertron and then spent many millions of years afterwards waging war. His wealth of knowledge in the ways of combat are unparalleled. His pure skill unmatched.
Tactical Genius: Megatron has lead countless campaigns across countless worlds. His strategies are rarely flawless, but they show that his creativity is one of his greatest features.
Charismatic Speaker: Megatron swayed an entire planet into a civil war with just his words, he knows how to read people and manipulate them.
Medic: Although Megatron's primary function for most of his existance has been a Warrior, few know that Megatron's main reason for his uprising in the first place was his wish to become a doctor and to give all Cybertronians the freedom to choose their own destiny. As such, Megatron has actually become a fully licenced Doctor. Although you'd be surprised at how few people are willing to seek treatment from him.

Nicknames/Titles: Rodimus Prime (His offical title)

Age: 500+

Gender: N/A (Masculine)

Affiliation: Hero

Personality: Young, brash, 99% ego, but the other 1% is a warrior that legitimately knows what is right and when push comes to shove, that 1% is one of the most unstoppable forces in the galaxy... But that 99% makes him insufferable to most people around him.

Biography: One of the younger Autobots on Earth. He is hot-headed, arrogant and full of all of the self confidence in the world. He was a guard for Autobot City when Megatron and his forces attacked. He attempted to assist Optimus in defeating Megatron, but his interference accidentally got Optimus badly wounded. Optimus handed Hotrod the Matrix to keep it safe, but Ultra-Magnus, Optimus' Lieutenant, took it instead.

After another run-in with a deranged clone of Megatron called "Galvatron" Hotrod was able to defeat him when the Matrix of Leadership opened and granted him Primehood. Dubbing him Rodimus Prime. Rodimus went on to lead the Autobots during this time until Optimus was revived. Rodimus handed him back the Matrix. He had matured, but deemed himself still far too inexperienced. Rodimus continued to be a great warrior for the Autobots, all the way through until the end of the war.

After the War, Rodimus went on to the street-racing circuit. He was eventually approached by Optimus who wanted him to go with Megatron on the mission to find the lost civilization of Cyberutopia. Rodimus accepted and joined as the Commander for the mission. He gave Rodimus the Star Saber, a weapon created by the legendary Solus Prime. It would serve as the proof to the Knights that they were who they claimed to be.

Skills:
Experienced warrior: Whereas not as experienced as Megatron or Optimus, Hotrod is still a very competent fighter.
Expert Racer: Being a professional racer at heart, he is one of the most skilled Autobots in his Car form, being an excellent fighter in Vehicle-mode, but also able to judge his own limits and tailor strategy based on it. This also extends to being an ace pilot when piloting a starship.
Engineering Skils: Having built a number of ships himself, Rodimus refuses to let anyone work on "His babies" but himself, as such, he's become quite adept as an Engineer.
