Vindication comes, so too does peace of mind as I close one chapter and open a new one.

Sometimes I lie awake dreaming of being as consistent in this hobby as I was ten years ago.

Quality posting is far better than needless novels, yet one should never neglect detail when one feels the need.

I’m not a good writer. I’m just good at pretending to be.

Hi. I'm a role-player/writer who has spent over twenty-one years in this hobby.

I will pretty much write anything as long as my partner is cool with my inconsistent posting pace and momentum. I'm pretty sociable and I make dumb jokes all the time. My favorite things to write is capeshit, anime, space operas, horror, and slice of life/mundane drama. My writing level leans toward minimalism, but I try to give my partners/groups more than enough to work off of. I like to think I am pretty flexible.

I like cinema, music, and animation just as much as I like writing with people. My biggest hobby after writing is pop media analysis. Ask me questions or for suggestions and I'm sure to have something for you. 😎😎😎

You broke up with me.’

The words reverberate in the blonde’s mind like a cancer. She does not say them, but she wants to.

“Always got to top my last score.” She instead remarks with a smirk as she tensely slams down the now-empty whiskey glass, “Wouldn’t be fun if I didn’t.”

She looks blankly forward, directly at Jack, like she was attempting to pierce into her soul–into her everything. Her smirk gets wider, though its a façade, because as everyone knew back in Portland, when CJ was smiling it was time to run. It was different than in High School. She was just a snarky little bitch who couldn’t reach the top shelves back then. As an adult, she relished in it like some kind of animal. A question leaves CJ's lips, but it wasn't just for Jack, but at the same time it was especially for Jack.

“So what have you guys done with your lives since I’ve been gone? Was it everything you wanted?”

Yeah, too much happening last 48. I don't know if I got another concept or three in the pocket but I'll let it simmer.
shouldn't be surprised
@ErsatzEmpress Right, done with my Spider-Man sheet.

Looks like you initiated my timer then. Oh boy.

Player Name: TGM

Character Name: Jessica “Jessi” Liang-Jones

Specialization: Hacker/Tech

Background: Born to a poor family in Gotham’s Chinatown, Jessi’s been surrounded by the criminal element (see: The Golden Dragons) her entire life. For a brief period of time she thought she had gotten out. Graduated from the University of Gotham, got a nice gig at Stagg Industries doing IT, that is until she was pushed out by her boss after she refused his sexual advances. She didn’t have any evidence and he had all of the power capital in the world–not to mention he ruined her before she could even react. Labeled as being “difficult to work with”, “a malignant, lying sociopath”, and worse she found it hard to find work afterwards. She turned to freelance work and being a computer whiz that meant working as a hacker for somebody. Ultimately, she wants enough money to fund her own start-up and start fresh, though the more work she does as a hacker has shown her one thing: the adrenaline rush is like none other.

Notable Features: Jessica “Jessi” Liang-Jones is a 27 year-old hacker and freelance IT specialist of Chinese and Eastern European ancestry. To most people they only see the former. She is thin, but not athletic.

Personality: Sardonic, Competitive, Irreverent, Impulsive, Blunt, and Temperamental are Jessi's core personality traits.

Fatal Flaw: Jessica is impatient, almost instinctively impulsive. Marked as “difficult to work with” and a “compulsive liar” from past employers, she can have problems geling with a group. But she brings results and she reminds people of that fact often.
