First Roleplay Idea: A slice of life about comically self-aware villains

@Zanavy@Blackmist16 I'm glad you two are interested! I enjoy the warping of character archetypes you two are doing. I've personally got the idea of playing a crazy cultist who has multiple dark powers inherited through the worship of his god, except; he slowly starts to lose faith in his god through a series of rational epiphanies, e.g "wait, why would I want to release a chaos god that would throw my life away like debris as soon as we meet?" The risk outweighs the reward, and instead of being bat-shit insane, my character is slowly rehabilitated by living a mundane middle-class lifestyle - becoming more of a "straightman" to other characters in the process, while also losing his special eldritch powers due to not embracing madness like his god wanted. Whenever he gets mad or irrationally upset albeit, he is able to use his abilities to an extent, which are incredibly powerful, which adds a special wildcard to his character: he's both an incredibly powerful villain as well as an incredibly weak one. It just depends on how much other characters/people annoy him.

I've got an impulsive rp idea. A slice-of-life/comedy story about a few comically self-aware and financially struggling super villains attempting to make ends meet in their cheap rental share-house. The villains don't have to appeal to any specific genre or time period (the setting will remain modern, but the villains can be timeless; potentially with reasons given for their apparent longevity if they're from medieval Europe or something). I'd like to see the chemistry between a bunch of different supervillains in a familiar living setting.

hey guys, i'm midnightlord (it was suppose to be "midnightOVERlord" but that was too long).

fun fact - i got the name "midnightoverlord" from a wu tang clan name generator, so that's pretty swag. i'm 18 years old and i've just started university, and i do general labouring for a joinery company when i'm not studying. this means when i have threads i might be a bit slow to reply, so, sorry in advance.

i enjoy music (mainly thrash metal), video games and working out regularly (calisthenics). i have other more niche hobbies that i'm too lazy to list here, but if you're curious enough to strike up a conversation with me i'd be happy to describe them. that's about it -- yessir.
