Though just to let the Zerora think he had scored a hit, Samurai staggered like he had been hit with a critical hit, before his eyes flashed as he charged at the Jotaro with a Liquidation.

As Jotato made copies, Samurai closed his eyes his ears twitching ever so slightly, as he listained for Jotaro heartbeat, before his eyes suddenly widened and he vanished from sight, the sounds of a clear slice in the air before he reappeared behind the real Jotaro, as his horn gleamed in the light of the arena. He had used Aerial ace, an unavoidable move. (Kinda how Samurai in games do, when a clear slice causes instant death or deadly damage)

Samurai reacted by slicing the white herb in two before Mike said "Alright Samurai, attack style 9: Zantetsuken". Samurai smirked and once again took up a postion that looked very much like when a samurai was about to draw their sword to began battle. His eyes glowed as well.
