Listening to Nancy talk, Arthur was interested in what would be coming to pass. A part of him wanted to hide from the battle, but he knew he shouldn't. He came all this wa, hiding wasn't the way to end things. Plus, he was a kid of Hades, that had to mean something. Not that he wanted to have an ego about himself, but he knew his powers and abilities could be useful, children of the Big Three had been limited for so long for a reason, and he had to assume that was because they were special, even among demigods. To stand by when there would be an assault would be tantamount to allowing people to die.

"So, the god's parents and giants are teaming up?" Arthur asked. He didn't know much about the Giants, but they couldn't be that bad compared to the threats they faced on the way here, "I'm a bit new to this, but um. Could you give me an idea of how bad this is?" The thing he was really scared of there were Titans, but he wanted to know everything about the threat they were facing. Monsters were monsters, but he had to assume that these things were on the same scale as the gods, and from what he'd seen from them so far, their power frightened them to his core.

Elizabeth actually thought, for a few moments, that she might be able to get some rest before she had to face their next problem, or at the very least get a hot meal in her. It seemed, however, that the universe had different plans for her. Cracking her knuckles, she felt the fire behind her, warming her, flaming bright and hot. She raised her hands, and the fire followed with her. She couldn't see the monsters, but that didn't much matter. She knew roughly where they were, and would burn them all the same. Pushing her hands forward, she had meant for flame to burst forward, but she stumbled, her flames not coming forth.

Huffing, she stood straight, and angrily snapped her arm forward, causing a tongue of flame to lash out, and light the head of one of the monsters on fire, however slightly. Pulling her hands towards her, she felt the fire behind her once more, and pulled a stream of it out, bending it into a ring, and encircling herself and the others with it. Putting some flame between them and the creatures should keep them safe, or at least give them a significant enough tactical advantage to keep this from getting too messy. Holding the ring there, she was ready to change strategy should the situation demand it.

Two things occured to Oliver as Dr. Larson spoke, the first was that apparently Fury was aware of Oliver's existence as an agent and was impressed by him, which was both terrifying and emboldening. The second, was that they had crossed the ocean at a speed that seemed totally impossible. Travel like this put the Quinjet to shame, and he quite frankly had to know how on Earth it worked. He piped up and said, "Hey, at some point, when all this craziness has gone away, and the Earth is safe, can I take a peek at some of your tech? I gotta know what makes all this stuff tick."

Oliver gave a melancholic smile at Niah, "Two steps ahead, maybe, but look at where it got us. Maybe if I had been forward with the team about the threat, we wouldn't even be here." He shrugged, before continuing, "I can't know if I helped or hurt the situation, and I can't know if there were better things we could have done. All that matters is where we are now, and how we get out of it." He was a realist, in a lot of ways. The situation, for all it could be, seemed pretty even at the moment, they had a shot, and had some asymmetrical advantage against the Skrulls, but they could be hiding information to give them a false sense of security. Looking down at his phone, he texted.
To Cassandra:
"At the speed we're traveling, we'll be there in no time, can't wait to get back to work."

Arthur followed the group to the Senate hall, taking a look around at they walked in. This was much more his speed, the greek camp was just... not his kind of place. It might be because of the things he'd experienced there, or just that they were cut from a different cloth than he was, but he just felt more at home here. Especially since this was a place one could comfortably grow old at. He was a kid, sure, but he didn't want to stay a kid forever, he wanted to become something more than that someday, and this seemed like the kind of place where that could happen.

He still stayed quiet. The reminder of Hecate stung him, and it would take him a few more moments before he felt like socializing again. That wound was still wide open, and it hurt to think about too much. A part of him wanted revenge, but seeking revenge against the gods themselves seemed to be the textbook definition of hubris. To go against them was to court death, and while his father had domain there, he knew he would stand no chance against them. If he was given the chance to do something against them now, he would, but he knew he couldn't actively seek it out.

As the dire was lit, Elizabeth sat down by it. She was never worried about being cold much, between her experience in her youth, her pyromancy, and her magic, freezing to death, or even to discomfort, was just something she never really had to worry about. Still, she enjoyed being warmed by the fires of a camp. She felt more like she belonged here than in the hotel. A safe place where death was no risk was just not something that suited her well. She was a warrior in the end, a hunter, and so being out amongst the wilds, regardless of conditions, ultimately left her comfortable.

Elizabeth liked cooking, but Lara had a point; she was feeling exhausted, and she would happily take a hot cooked meal for her. "Thank you, I'll cook the next one." She said, turned her head in the direction of Lara. Even though she was blind, she could still cook well enough. In some ways, she liked to think it made her better. She didn't go by sight, she only had her senses, taste and feel. Anything she served had to be tasted before it made it to a plate, and that meant that, most of the time, it was pretty damn good when it got in somebody's mouth.

Oliver looked back to the good doctor, and nodded. She was personally invested in the survival of the planet, not only for herself, but for her child, and possibly a wider family. People would do a lot to keep their loved ones safe, he knew that from personal experience. He smiled at her and said, "It's a nice thought, we're gonna do everything we can to keep your kid safe." It was a true sentiment, but he wouldn't just the thinking about her kid, of course, everyone's children was at stake. His parents were, his friends and enemies and everyone were; the weight of the world was on his shoulders.

He laughed a tiny bit at Niah's take on the situation. She was still super out of it, it seemed, but she kind of had a point. After Hill's Laws, the team was a bit fractured. They needed to put bullshit behind them if they wanted to stop the literal end of the world, but thankfully, they were all adults, so he didn't think they'd have too much trouble doing that. It sucked that they were in this situation, but now that they were here, they had to find a way out of it. A part of him felt that, if he had been better, been able to see where the Skrulls were, he could have done someth8ing to prevent this, but now it was too late for regrets.

Arthur smiled back at Andy. Griff was a good name, and hopefully not something that would get the ancient beast upset. He didn't make a move to try to pet it over the time that they spent down there, but he did keep himself around it. After being snapped at, he certainly didn't feel like risking any lost fingers. It was pretty, in its own way, and still kind of unreal to look at. Meanwhile, he was mostly quiet, taking this time left on the ship as a moment to recover himself. He didn't know what he was gonna find at Camp Jupiter, but he hoped it was something close to a safe haven.

He did take a little bit of time to get himself something to wear, sliding on some armor just as the ship landed. He followed after Andy, and looked upon the greeting party. He wasn't about to say something until he knew more about the group, not wanting to upset relations between the two camps. Andy however, seemed to have to, and he shirked back at the name that passed through her lips. He nodded at her mutely, knowing she had to do whatever she was asked. He didn't know what that was about, honestly unable to remember much of the events surrounding the trauma from earlier.

The leg could turn into a wheelchair? That was almost unreal, and as he looked at it, he tried to figure out how on earth that could be remotely possible. running his hands over it and looking for buttons, he found nothing. The leg seemed totally and completely functionless, nothing he could to do make it do anything, much less turn into a god damn wheelchair Running his hands over it again, he searched fruitlessly, before finally gripping it and thinking, "In what world is this a wheelchair?" Before quickly discovering that that world, was this world, as the leg opens up, and reshaped itself from its prosthetic form.

A bit awestruck at the capacity of what must be Kree technology he realized that they really had to avoid any kind of war with the Kree. If they could do this, they'd be luck to last a day. He didn't even want to think about what their military technology could look like. As he helped Niah into the chair, and took her out to the ship, he waited until they climbed aboard to share information with Niah. He was maybe overly cautious, but this situation called for that, he felt. Rolling Niah up the ramp, he entered, and finally said, "So, according to Dr. Lawson, the Skrulls are going to make their final play for the Earth at Geneva later this week, apparently to replace world leaders." He explained, before continuing, "This would normally be great to know, since we have time to act before they get to that point, but the Kree are watching us, and if we beat the Skrull too easily, they're gonna get frightened and want to take us over. So we need to make our move at Geneva."

Oliver crossed his arms, "The upshot here, I think, is that this gives us time to prepare." He'd been thinking for awhile about what to do to keep Skrulls from impersonating them, and he thought Niah's powers held the key. "Using your powers, we should be able to tell if any of the agents have been compromised or not, and ideally we could use it to screen people at the UN Summit, but getting our hands on world leaders discretely could prove tricky." He noted. Those would be the most secured people in the world wouldn't be easy, nor would being able to kill one even if they managed to prove they were a Skrull. "If we're lucky, and none have been replaced yet, then I would say the best first move would be to obtain copies of all of their itineraries for the trip, something I might be able to do, and monitor them using that." After all of that, he then checked his phone, and turned to Dr. Lawson, saying, "The teams says to meet them in New Jersey, again, thank you so much."

Arthur followed after Andy, deciding he would go with her to the cargo hold. He knew the Gryphon was gonna be there, but he liked spending time with her, and hopefully it would be more friendly now. A part of him realized, as he heard Andy speak, that she probably never had the advantage of being able to think about what her future would be like. Granted, he didn't do it much, but he was also certain that he could, and that, whatever happened, things would work out. They were in different positions before, but now, they were in the same one. This new experience had been a unifying, everyone was, both figurately and literally, in the same boat.

Watching the Gryphon as it seemed to be kind to Andy, he smiled. It was kinda cute, even if terrifying and otherworldly. "It is nice that it's taking to you so much." He said, announcing himself, before peering over the creature. It felt weird, this thing was a creature that, if he understood the mist properly, was older than them. Naming it then, felt a bit weird. "Maybe Griff?" He suggested, waving at it. That seemed respectful enough, without presuming to think they had authority. He would think it better to think of them as equals, rather than one being strictly better than the other.

As they escaped from the snake, and the ice encased it, Elizabeth relaxed for a moment. Travel would give them a moment to breath, which she especially needed after tapping into her rune magic like that. She had to be careful, since the real adventure hadn't even started yet. It was dangerous, she thought, for them to exhaust themselves by this point. If they wanted to free Baldur and stop Hel, they needed to be in their best condition possible, and it seemed like the universe was conspiring to set them up to fail. No matter what though, they had to continue. Failure wasn't an option.

As they approached the shore, she nodded and said, "I'll rest eventually, I'll be fine for now." They needed to set up camp, and be ready for the oncoming assault they were planning, and that meant warmth. That was, thankfully, something she could deal with. As they docked, Elizabeth got right to searching around for wood, collecting bits and pieces, before setting them on the gerund in front of her. Even though she couldn't see, she knew what a good fire was structured like, and as she set the final piece, a get of flame shot rom her arm, and into the wood, igniting it.
