Biography
Klaus Kelly comes from a long line of shady business and confusing family ties. He is a third-generation cred and a first-generation sk8te. His great grandfather made terrible business mistakes while living the life of an heir. These mistakes wiped the Kelly family name off from the list of the upper class and drove them right into the ground. Everything associated with this surname was lost because of Don Kelly.

		The beginning decades of life were practically average for a cred individual. He was great in school, worked a part-time job to help his immediate family, and tried his best in society. Everything was going smoothly in life and for the Kelly's before Klaus decided to become stupid with his friends, you know, what young people do. 
He cannot recall the exact year, but he was involved in a serious accident in his late teens or early twenties. All he remembers is waking up about two years later from a coma. Bright lights, nurses, a doctor, and much-needed catching up to do. Kelly was pronounced out of his coma and functioning fine after another year of staying in the hospital, receiving surgery after surgery to rebuild the parts of him, which were lost from the accident. 

		At the age of twenty-two, Klaus Kelly was out of the hospital and in his first year at the academy. He was trying to stay in line even though he was beginning to have P.T.S.D. from the accident. Trying to live past the accident, he decided to ignore therapy or help from loved ones. Focusing on his future career, he signed himself over to a three-year contract, which would put him on a special force. This specialized team that branched off the police was all about handling lucrative illegal organizations and high stake situations. 
After the completion of his three-year contract, the nightmares began to worsen, and new ones from his current career started to consume the old ones. This was the reason he decided to not step back on to the job. He felt like he couldn't if we wanted to keep his mind clearer than what it was becoming. 
		Beyond quitting the special forces, Klaus decided to establish his own Private Investigator business. This allowed him to spend more time on improving his mental health and seeing a therapist for his issues. Having the skills to be a P.I. and being his boss allowed him to step onto a better road and get the nightmares under control. The therapist helped him begin to control his anxieties and he began to open up about the accident...

He and a group of friends decided to go explore an abandoned powerplant. There were a lot of signs explaining not to go on the grounds, machines might still be working, and many other reasons to not cross the electric fence. They found a way anyways. About forty-five minutes into their adventure, they found the old machines that produced the power. His one friend, Ricki Ravolt decided to attempt to turn it on. An ear-piercing sound, similar to when you have tinnitus, rang through everyone's ears. 
Everyone decided to run, no one turned the machine off, and it felt like seconds went by before the explosion took place. This explosion caused the whole plant to catch on fire. Police, firemen, and other operatives were at the scene trying to keep the fire contained before realizing there were people inside. 

Klaus remembered the ringing, the explosion, and nothing but ringing and screaming. Struggling to stand up and recognize where he was, Ricki Revolt was lying in a pool of blood on the ground. While standing and trying to comprehend his friend's death, a burning body was running at him from out of the flames before grabbing onto him. They fell over, and he recognized the face. The burning face of another friend. Klaus had no choice except to push the other friend off and pat the fire out of his clothing. 

The paramedics got to the location and found Klaus and a girl named Elisa Margurite alive at the scene. They found the girl with multiple broken bones and a few decent-sized patches of third-degree burns. 
Klaus was found standing and staring at his friend's body, blood dripping from his chin that derived from his ear and skull. He didn't realize it, but he must have had something shove its way into his left eye since the paramedics found that his left eye was not functioning or would ever be functional again. 

By the time they arrived at the hospital, Klaus slipped into a coma.


The Private Investigator business title "Royal" began to turn into what it is known for today. This little business was getting offers of P.I. services, and extra requests with payments most would not refuse. Assassination requests. At first, he was denying the extra requests, but he began to allow the money to talk to him (not literally). 

This is when he went from being a cred to a sk8te. The small private investigator company became a contract business that focused on contracts that dealt with the assassinations, abductions, and overall interactions of human body parts and humans.

Appearance
Quite a few people have told Klaus that his face stands out, it might be from the unique style of mustache and goatee that he puts on display or the serious expression on his face. Standing at 6'2 and 175 pounds. He is a slender fellow with broader shoulders.
The calico hair accentuates his slightly less-than-medium-toned complexion. Stands of white, blonde, brown, and black can be seen through the hair on his head. It appears darker because of the many shades of brown to black hairs that dominate his scalp. Before the accident and medications, Klaus would have sported two striking ocean blue eyes. Now, his left eye has been enhanced with cybernetics along with a few more touch-ups to the left side of his face.

Cell ♠ ♤ Royals ♤ ♠
The origin story of this criminal organization was the starting business of a single private investigator that began to agree to more and more immoral business. The Royals are known for contract-based work, never doing business without a written and signed contract, and they deal with anything that is human-related. Assassinations, abductions, and selling organs to hospitals are known to be their specialty.  

	They are known to be a criminal organization that praises loyalty and stays intolerant of "weak links" which they dispose of off the records. A known ranking system they have from introductory hires to the top is currently held by Klaus Kelly. 

	The Royals deal with anyone who has the right amount of needed materials, currency, or useful products. They have done business for heirs to other sk8tes.

	Known to have many safe houses around the megacity, the main hideout is the club known as the Royal Spade. Which shows you that they do not care to hide since an incident five years ago caused the police to ease up on their movements. A police force came into the Royal Spade, trying to find Klaus Kelly, and all police in the raid were sent home deceased. 
An article in the news later had a comment from Klaus Kelly himself, and he showed that he was not going to tolerate people who try to shut down his business, even the law. At least he established his company and organization in a shadier part of town where most police do not care to wander.

Biography
Oki May Hotaru was born to two heirs; Moteki Hotaru and Kishi Lo. Both of these parents participated in strict ethnic practices, which led them to be disappointed upon finding out the gender of their first child. Mister Hotaru, along with other members of the family, did not believe that a woman could take over their family business. The Hotaru family was known to keep strong ancestral genetics [primarily Asian] in the family, and they still practiced that the male heirs were more important. This led the newly married couple to plan on having more children till they got their desired male heir.

			The Hotaru family loved their daughters as much as their only son, but they had strong beliefs on why women could not be strong business leaders. Growing up in a family that dominantly favored men was difficult for Oki, though she was goal-orientated. While she was young, she created many elaborate plans to show her father that she could be a successful businesswoman. From the beginning of her planning process to the creation of her own business, Bee Beautiful, a fashion and beauty company, was born. Her father was not impressed for the first year or two; he thought it would fail within time. At least Oki had a supportive mother who cheered her on to follow her dreams.

			Oki has been an entrepreneur for several years since she started Bee Beautiful at the young age of seventeen while she was participating in school and picking up part-time modeling gigs. She admits that she has to thank her model career for her businesses success.
During the beginning years of her business starting up and stabilizing, Oki moved out of her parent's house and into her property at eighteen. She was a mature individual and decided to go through four years of business school. She focused on a four-year degree in advertisement and general business with a minor in finance. 

			While balancing a career and social life, Oki might have made a name for herself in the realm of dating. Her friends started to tease her and call her a black widow since her relationships always failed. She has shown interest in finding someone to share her life with, but she has found out that she is quite bad at living with someone else. This causes her to feel lonely and drink more than she should.

Appearance
It is difficult to see any prominent hips, breasts, or backside on Oki because she has a petite build without many shapes to it. Her outfits tend to emphasize her lack of features and compliment her paler complexion and raven hair.
In addition to her dark to pale contrast, Oki has naturally plump pink lips and dark-colored eyes that reflect most of what she observes. She stands at 5'7' and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

Due to her upbringing in a wealthy family, Oki is accustomed to wearing branded items and living a luxurious lifestyle compared to others. As a result, she projects a preppy, impatient, and always-on-a-mission attitude. Quite easily, she becomes frustrated when things don't go her way.

Founded by Oki Hotaru, Bee Beautiful is a fashion and beauty company. The business started out as a small makeup line, but with the help of the family's already established funds, it turned into something much bigger. The company currently employs around 150-250 people in the fashion and beauty industry. These workers are comprised of creds from simple associates to Bee Beautiful product models. Women's makeup, clothing, and accessories are the main products of this company. Bee Beautiful is known for its other tagline, "For women, by women.".
