Eleanora sat by herself at the back of the lunchroom, listening to the other's talk with each other. Despite having been living at the orphanage for quite some time-- 9 years to be exact-- she had seldom few friends. She usually just talked with marine life, mostly fishes; which was exactly what she was doing now.
"You know, you'll never make friends if you just sit by yourself all the time." The fish swam around in the bowl before seemingly staring at the girl before it.
"I know that, but other kids intimidate me..B-Besides, they might think I'm weird, talking to a fish." She said, frowning.
"Eleanora, some kids breathe fire, others can make things out of nothing..No one will think you're weird." The fish swam around more.
But still, Eleanora made no attempt to move or socialize. Other kids with other powers were frightening to her, especially if they were stronger.
