Arab voters were already voting against Kamala because of the Biden administration's Israel policy. Bill Clinton didn't help, but it was already showing in the polls at that point.

Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)

  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)

  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Battle at Venator Bridge

Belok Parja gazed out of the corridor as cautiously as he dared, confirming that there were less than two dozen highly trained Storm Troopers now moving to entrench themselves upon the Venator's Bridge. The Mandalorian's hand moved in swift and coordinated movements, signalling the numbers, estimated enemy skill, and the urgency needed if they wanted to take the ground. The Signal was transferred to Section Leader Tor Akaavi, which was in turned given to Pib Dosa.

"Move out. Maneuver Dragon," he ordered them. Todal Fist nodded and sent the troops into their positions. The lightest of footbeats could be heard on the metallic floor, and the other squads had just finished reloaded their DC-15A Rifles. Ca'Tra Forg, Briike Ghes, and Venku Tank had their DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle reloaded and at the ready, being given the signal. Stepping out into the center of the blast door opening, they began to lay down a galactic level amount of suppressing fire.

Red lasfire filled the vision of the StormTroopers. Two were hit and went down, and the others ducked for cover, firing back as best they could. To their credit, they fired with precision, even in the hailstorm of lasfire. Briike Ghes was hit on his left, but he grunted, fell to a knee and continued to fire, spraying the room with what was left in his LMG. This exchange lasted for many moments as the LMG's comrades hustled into positions.

Even as the LMG Gunner's rifles phased out and needed to be reloaded, the suppressing fire had been enough. All three Squads were in the room, exchanging intense fire with the Red Mark StormTroopers that fought back stubbornly. The Mandalorian's fought with a cold precision that was reserved for the most elite soldiers in the galaxy. Pib Dosa instinctively ducked under a returned hail of lasfire he had expected from the enemy leader, firing simultaneously and burning the opponent's shoulder with a well aimed shot from his rifle. Foggo Nex was shot in the shoulder, and then in the Kidney. He let out a slight grunt as Laaz Gunder lifted him up. "Leave me be, I have this," Foggo told him. His armor held the first shot, but the second was hit in an angle that bore through his armor and into his body. Perhaps he could have survived the blast if given medical treatment, for he was a tough soldier. But he wasn't going to find out.

The Grenader took out two thermal detonators, and with a warcry, sprinted into the main Bridge area, being utterly lit up by blaster fire as both a distraction, and a suicide strike on the entrenched enemy. Even as his body was shorn apart by lasfire, his thermal detonators went off in the middle of the Storm Troopers, engulfing at least four, and burning/scarring various others. Vorten Cham fought with his blaster Pistol, his left arm now rendered useless from being hit multiple times. Nevertheless, he shot the helmet off one of the Stormtroopers.

They were winning, but only for now. They never counted their victory before the battle was done.
Ben the Fighter

"If I had my jacket I'd offer it to you, though I'd have to tell you to keep your junk tucked back. There's a lack of soap after the end of the world, funnily enough." Ben said, putting a hand over his eyes as Jae stirred and began to move around his body parts. He'd rather not look and see if there was lag on any of his limbs. Though Ben did imagine his nether regions must be covered in pebbles at the moment.

Ben sat back and just spoke to Jae, trying to be casual about the whole 'naked' thing until Aud walked up with some arm candy. Or maybe the Commander walked up with some arm candy, judging by how they walked. "That's ok." Ben chuckled, not one to let someone feel embarrassed unnecessarily.

Though that interrupting kiss that the Commander gave her was something he just couldn't help her with. He raised his brow in surprise, but said nothing at first. That is, until Jae got their attention and distracted them with talking about super hero wear. "I heard of kiss and tell, but I guess this is 'kiss show and tell...'"

Ben hopped up, and strode over to them with his lopsided smile. He didn't have any plans and was curious on what people were thinking, now that the resident Korean was clothed.

*Wonders what to do with Jezebeth* Any ideas, guys? I'll be going to sleep now. Will post first thing after breakfast. Lemme know I'd you guys have any suggestions. For now, I'm thinking of having Jezebeth reply Settionne and gather the remainder of her things and her horse. Her being new, she would probably be content to stay out of the discussions until the next opportunity when she's more familiar with her group and their mission.

Also, would any of your characters want a word with dear Jezzy?

Don't worry, she'll have plenty to do once we're trekking again.
I can give a post after some sleep :)
Though me not posting everyday is going to need to be a thing with how busy I am.
Posting tomorrow night folks :)

Lis &Vamp info:
Lis is resistant to trances, but not immune. She can hold off better than most humans though.
Lis is also resistant to a Vampire's bite, if a Vampire wanted to turn her into a blood thrall, or for some warped reason wanted her to be a Vampire too, it would be possible, but much slower and more preventable than the average human.
The wee lass is also a bit tougher/stronger than the average human woman would be her size too, so she's got that going for her as well.

@rush99999Your steam tank will be in the back training yard. Secret will be out gathering info as soon as this meeting is over, or at least the day after, for you.
Rannon gave Feri a grin that showed his teeth when she took a swig or two of Whiskey. Ferelden grew hard men, which is what he tried to live up to. That, and a good, loyal soldier. He'd heard the Dwarves were good at keeping their Whiskey down, so watching her downing it like he did was impressive, considering how small she was. Then again, he'd never been the biggest drinker himself. He'd been too much into his drills to do that more often than once every blue moon.

For the first time in nearly a week, Rannon felt a bit better with her words. He returned her smile with one of his own, his iron eyes almost looking blue-grey in the sunlight. He realized that her hand lingered on his forearm for a few moments, before she hastily went to bandage herself. Rannon hadn't minded it at all truth be told, though his thought process was interrupted by seeing that long scar on her back. It sobered him up right quick. He wouldn't pry about it though. Maybe if they got to know one another better.

He was going to ask if she was alright with her wound, but she seemed to be fine when she stood up. Gideon was happily chewing on the last bits of the Jerky Feri had given him. He seemed to be enjoying the chewing more than the prospect of eating the food at the moment, letting out small 'hhmmrrmmph" noises as he chomped.

"Redcliffe?" he echoed, nodding. "That sounds as good of an idea as any. It's a trek westward, but there's bound to be some places between here and there." Rannon admitted that now he had sat down, he didn't quite want to get up again. But he wasn't one to rest while others felt like going, and there was still daylight left. He stood up, and began tying his belt around his waist again. "I wasn't thinking of a particular place to go after Ostagar. Only I needed to find an Arl, and tell them about Loghain's treachery, and the Blight in general."

Suddenly, he remembered something. He was just finishing his belt when it hit him. He glanced to Feri at his left. "...I never told you about Loghain, did I?"
@MacabreFoxIs the contest still on the First Labor?
Well you're not completely wrong Lore wise, with them using Celtic/Gaelic/Gallic/Anglo Saxon names.
Calanon (& Brogach)

Location:Beside the Cave
Interacting with:Gretchin, Cyneburg

Calanon didn't blame Satilla for scurrying away. He had thought Thomas had helped her, but apparently there was some problem with the potion he had given Sana, a problem that had Keystone glaring like nobody's business. He wished he could be of more help, but it seemed everyone was attempting to, and Satilla was best suited for it. His herbal remedies should be saved for some other time or peril. Speaking of which, he heard a familiar voice speak of such herbal practices, and he turned to see Gretchin standing with Cyneburg.

It was actually quite comical when he appeared before them, literally skidding to a stop. He had been so busy during the battle, he had seen Cyneburg but could not recall when he had last seen Gretchin! He looked her up and down, and then breathed a sigh of relief, happy to see her, and in fact both of them unharmed from this struggle. "It does my heart well to see you both alright," he said in relief, putting a hand onto his forehead, lifting a bit of his thick hair up as he sighed again.

He let out a light chuckle. "I don't believe I'd ever seen such a monster before, but it seemed that mattered little for its sake."
