Nothing over powered like a death jester.
Regular harlequin trooper, maybe with sword and pistols etc. Skilled for a human, and agile beyond any of there ability though. Minor psi powers but nothing like a dedicated far seer etc.maybe able to temparily fog a person's mind or distract if weak minded.

Nothing overly powerful.

Wears muted colours but the traditional checked thousands and clad often in a thick cloak and such to hide his alien nature.

I do believe thr halriquin suit provides a degree of light Armour against minor ranged weapons.

Maybe pursuing own ends, and also we had no Xenoos...

I could give one a go. It can only be bad folks say no at worst! If the GM's Don, t mind me having a go.

But I'd need some input from where people would want to be, and work out rough districts and areas say down town roughly shaded in.

It would be somewhat a community project as such as I'd not feel right locating every one without asking there input.

Hmm intresting. Are you using new lore of primus and custodoes crusaders alongside the sos being active or the pre 8th lore and the pre rise of guliman?

I kinda know the lore quite well, I still have to fully catch up on 8th but I have that fairly solid.
