General Harth is the commanding officer for the secret government special ops team dubed the Assassins. He has no powers but is extreamly high ranked in the US military and answers only to the president himself.
Tyler is young for a hero, he is in his early twenties.
Member of the newly formed Omega league. He has alien bio armor that gives him life support, protects him from some damage, heals itself as well as Tyler, he can wall crawl, glide with his retractable wings and he has an extending blade on each arm that also retracts.
Stampede was living a normal life until his mutant powers manifested. He was thought to have an uncurable disease that deformed his body during his mutant transformation. When he fully matured as an adult the doctors where astonished that he was still alive and baffled by his apparent transformation into an elephant man. He gained super strength, near invulnerability and became immovable. The man who the doctors simply called elephant man escaped the hospital killing many in his Stampede to freedom. He was found by the Botanist Mortician a few months later after being harassed and ridiculed by the public. He has been a part of the Faction of Brothers ever since.
Cyclone is a member of the Zeta Squad he is loyal to the Zetas for the most part but wouldn't think twice about double crossing them if it ment he would gain enough from it. It would have to be enough to justify making enemies with the most sadistic and evil group of super villains to ever walk the earth.
He has the power to create tornadoes, spin his body to create a tornado and create strong winds. He is unaffected by effects of dizziness. He can easily deflect projectiles like bullets with walls of wind or spinning wind. He can also fly using his power over wind.
Explosion is a member of the Assassins, he can create energy grenades in his hands that can be thrown. They can range from a stun grenade to as powerful as a missile explosion. He is impervious to the effects of any type of explosion.
