Happy that you stopped by, and I'll answer the best I can~

1. No Shielder class is going to be present? Was curious since you decided to go for some Extra classes there.

Shielder isn't up because of the overlap with Gatekeeper, because you can generally apply Shielder worthy servants into Gatekeeper. I trimmed off a few extra classes like Butler and Temptress to prevent a massive bloat from occurring.

Has anyone tried to submit and app for, or claim, the [Lesser] Ruler, or Saver yet?

No interest in Saver so far. Someone expressed interest in Lesser Ruler recently, however if multiple people wanted it it wouldn't go to seniority. Its an important position so I'd pick the sheet concept that fits most for the position.

How obscure are you willing to go with servants, including within the "Gatekeeper" class?

As long as they qualify as a Heroic Spirit, I don't mind how obscure they may be.

@Red Alice Do I have to do it like the Fate/Apocrypha version, or can I tweak it a bit (or a lot)? ‘Cause I kinda wanted to use them as a Saber. That’s the “weird” part.

There's a way to use Saber Fran, but the basis would still be the Apocrypha version. Perhaps you could use Dr Frankenstein?
