Doesn't have to be story driven. If I think Cu did it, even if I'm not certain, I'm gonna say "'Suspicious of Cu' Cu, did you pull this?"

The goal is that if players are absent, we still have enough of a majority vote to continue the game. These types of games are meant to be fast paced. Let me know your suspicion whether you're certain or not because after 48 hours, someone will die. Hopefully it's someone that you suspect.

To that end, throw out wild accusations. SOMEONE obviously did it. You might not be wrong.

Well, ladies and gentlemen. I hope you slept well. BREAKFAST IS SERVED! But while you eat, I regret to inform you that something did occur last night. Our dear @baraquiel was found mangled and torn to bits. Hopefully we can find the werewolf soon! Who was it. Any ideas? Speak up!

Day 1 Phase Begins

With each post, please provide an initial suspicion. For example

Suspicious of John
I'm not sure who did it, but John seems likely.

We will stay open for 2 days to let everyone plead their case. If there is a unanimous decision, that person will be ejected from the inn then and there. Otherwise, we will take a tally of suspicion at the end of the phase and react based on majority vote. Any ties will be decided by a coin flip. Good luck to you all. Find the werewolf and vote someone out!

A Party Game For Devious People

Welcome wary travelers to the Bloodfang Inn! You've all come together here, traveling from various villages. Unfortunately, the weather has taken a turn for the worse and we are snowed in! Lords and Ladies, please be patient. Soon the snow will melt and you can leave to be on your merry way to whatever destination you desire. It looks like it may take as long as a week, though, before that can happen. Until then, we're stuck here.

And I've got worse news...

One of the staff was found mangled in their rooms! It's like a monstrous beast attacked them! But there are no creatures within these walls. That can only mean one thing... There must be a beast in people's clothing. A monster disguised as an ordinary person. I'm sorry to declare that there has to be a WEREWOLF amongst us!

Please try to remain calm. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's all superstition. Maybe the staff member accidentally fell into a meat grinder somehow... maybe...

At the Bloodfang Inn, we have a strict curfew. When I declare LIGHTS OUT, you are to report to your rooms and remain there until the next morning. At breakfast, I will be happy to declare any news to you all. Please keep your eyes peeled for any signs of the WEREWOLF. If you have a suspicion, speak it out loud and we will take a vote to toss the beast out in the cold to freeze to death! Majority rules and there must ALWAYS be a vote. There is no passing on the vote. If there is a tie, I will make the final decision, using a coin toss.

But be careful who you accuse. I'd feel the utmost guilt if we happened to toss out an innocent person...

Some of you have special abilities. You may share your abilities with us all if you wish, but the WEREWOLF is listening, too, and you may paint yourself a target. Beware!

Meanwhile, feel free to introduce yourselves to one another, though you certainly don't have to. With everything that's going on, it will be no surprise to anyone if you choose to remain silent today. LIGHTS OUT will begin midday Saturday 11/24. During that time, no talking will be permitted amongst the guests. It's important for us to all get our sleep. As soon as I check on everyone to make sure they're having a good night's rest, I will announce that BREAKFAST IS SERVED and discuss the night's events with you all.
