"Wait where are ya-?!" Before he could stop her, Mara was gone. Now Yasha was all alone in the forest with no idea where Mara or Rowan are or even what they are doing. For all he knew, they could've been attacked by an Ursaring...Actually he would expect that from them. They probably would bother a Tediursa and its mother would attack them in a blood fueled rage. "I swear, dem two are just as dumb as two Slowpokes that had their tails bitten by a couple of Shelder." Yasha sighed heavily, pushing his hair away from his eyes.
Well, no use in staying around and doing nothing. Yasha would take the initiative and go find the assistant, but where should he start? Deciding to leave it up to fate, he grabbed a coin from his pocket and flipped it in the air. Tails he'd go to the road by Quagmire Town and heads he'd go search around the prarie around Dewmeadow. It flew high in the air and it would've landed on his hand, except a gust of wind blew the coin off course and landed in the rapids below.
"...They wouldn't be crazy enough to try and cross the river would they?" He muttered to himself, biting his thumb nervously. There was no way that Dogwood's assistant would've been foolish enough to cross the river or perhaps tried to walk down the river's path until she reached calmer waters in the mire. Whata about the merchant? How would he be able to enter if Charlie blocked the bridge? A shiver went down his spine as he imagined the grim reality that something bad had happened. "No, no...Surely they must've turned back."
He groaned slightly, seeing that it was the only option he could think of. Yasha walked to the other side of the bridge that lead to the warped wood road towards Quagmire and walked down by the roaring river. Slowly, but surely he was walking deeper and deeper into the swamp.
