A Loner's Team Endeavor
Ryoichi Seiten

Ryoichi had taken their greetings in stride, a cool smirk on his face as he drew closer. "Yeah, a little." he told Kai, that bitter defeat still tender. A observing gaze fell onto the grand ship known now as the Yamato. It was a model he had never seen during his career. But the build was solid, he decided. Fundamentally its parts and pieces, even the Gundam-inspired additions, all appeared to fit properly. It exuded a powerful purpose and though his understanding of building was non-existent, his instincts told him Riku was skilled.

"So you were the thorn in my side that day, the one that took my Baelstrom's leg..." he pondered that statement for a quick second. "Yeah it was you alright. The finality from that first shot you took, it had a fatherly instinct behind it. I thought perhaps you was protecting Little Red, but you were actually looking out for the ship I bet."

It was an assumption that spilled out like carefully extracted molasses. He stood up straight then, gathering his surroundings and deciding to throw himself full on into the club's activities. "I'll help too, it'll do me some good to battle against others. Anyone have a loaner Gunpla I could borrow?"
I'll get a post out since we've seem to have hit a lull. I might rehaul my phase 2 Gunpla @Double@Shiyonichi
Just posted.
O'Menus

There wasn't much about the situation at the moment that deserved levity. They were Gods lost in a new era with a child to guide them. It was a headache, a frustratingly powerful one... though that could be other matters as well. Sore ones best left alone. For a brief moment, he fell into ancient and secret habits. A gentle angle of his neck when mortal issues proved taxing and he was alone, a soft sigh and mental count down to zero to ease the underrated extent of his burning fury.

The dark-skinned God of the Sun swept back his hair and was finally beginning to grasp his inner struggles with his near defeat. There was an emotion being processed, one never experienced. It was a twisting thing, suffocating his chest. So he was grateful for the Goddess of Gold's distraction.

She was right he decided swiftly. Perhaps he would take a different approach to the situation and loosen his grip a bit. He felt his jaw relax ever so slightly after hearing Flower atop the horned-Goddess. "That's fine, Flower. Horned-one," his eyes fell to the Goddess beneath the priestess. "Keep your guard up while I scout ahead." Mentally he estimated the strength of the other Gods and Goddess, they'd be okay without him for a moment or two.

With that he rushed off in the direction Flower had pointed in, leaving but a gale of wind in his wake as the forest blurred around him. His intent was to spot the perfect camping ground though his urgency had sped him along quicker than intended at first. He glanced around as he ran, seeing the forest with clarity when he focused.
O'Menus

O'Menus looked off in the direction Flower pointed out. The strange flying creatures above appeared to be made of silk of some kind or perhaps he was just wishing it so. Their ribbon-like bodies would've made nice finery, he believed... if only he had the time. At the moment, his current predicament took precedence. That meant keeping Flower safe at least until they had a better grasp of the situation.

With a muted grunt, O'Menus started off through the shady forest. Upon seeing the curious grey creatures, he deemed them paltry threats and continued onward. That was until the feral Goddess readied herself to pounce. He paused his gait, giving life to frustration for being constrained to the group and Flower.

Swiping his hand down his face, O'Menus looked to the others before laying his gaze on Flower. At once understanding and being annoyed with the fact that Flower probably needed some kind of food. And somewhere, buried deep but not deep enough, he figured there was fear driving his impatience. That gnawing sensation of uncertainty against that horned-mortal had never left him, only grew and festered the longer he was left in the dark of this new era.

"We don't have time for this," he growled while steam begin to rise from his skin. "She can catch up later, I'm sure her nose will lead her to us."
Likewise as well.
Third Impressions
Ryoichi Seiten

His body was aching but he was use to just pushing through those kinds of pains. When his love for Gunpla Battle fizzled out all those years ago, he found a silent strength in persevering. So he did just that. After chugging back his still warm coffee and leaving a small tip, he slid from out the booth and sauntered off behind Naoki. All the while, he thought of those little things that tended to drift through an idle mind. He thought of his new partner, of the performance numbers his mentor and he clocked in the last battle, of its tricks and gimmicks, of its overall power. Before he knew it, as he fiddled in his head with the Baelstrom's new name, Naoki was jumping up on a arcade table and they were standing in front of Team Imagine Victory.

Ryoichi looked around, laying crystal blue eyes on the arcade. "Heh," he smirked. It looked so "ordinary" compared to when the passionate fans and competitors from the Tournament filled its walls, this ordinariness felt nostalgic in a way. Hearing the singular applause, Ryoichi performed a half-assed bow, all the while teasing a chuckle. "Thank you, Pops. Thank you. I appreciate the warm and hearty welcome."

As he raised back into his signature slouch, which still made him appear a bit too slender and a pinch too tall, Ryoichi managed to answer, Naoki's question rather swiftly. He wasn't sure how he felt about everyone, not truly, but his mind did stick to the Guppy and the red-haired boy. The Guppy because he managed to leave a sour taste in his mouth and the red-haired boy because he managed to tie with him...

I shouldn't be too hard on them, isn't like they had much choice in pissing me off that day.

He pointed in the direction of those two with the index of both his hands, "You two... from here on out I'm calling you," he nodded towards Jun. "Guppy and you..." Blade next. "Little Red. As for everyone else, its nice to meet you," he greeted, bowing slightly. "It'll be a rollcoaster battling alongside you all."

Then he noticed Naoki on the arcade table, looking him up and down. "Dude, that's rude." he commented before striding off to the side.
The dear-things part is adorable and I’m using it every blue moon in my real life dealings from here on out lol
Well here's Ryoichi's second phase Gunpla. I've packed him with some devious abilities and perks.

O'Menus

O'Menus was beginning to appreciate the presence of the other Gods a little. Many of them were solving problems before they bloomed into situations. Though he showed no interest in the others, only tirelessly pushing ahead, he kept his ears out for the priestess. The warmth of the forest was heavy with damp soil and tiny lives, the meek sound of the priestess being straddled atop the horned-Goddess gave him pause. When he heard the Goddess' soft warning he strode ahead briskly, making up for the second he wasted.

As the others spoke, O'Menus observed and listened beyond their conversations. He pondered if any creature roamed the land with the proper sense. His jaw tightened with swift frustration. They were Divinity, at one point their presence created awe and respect. Now... now even the lowest of the beast deigned them of interest. He turned his sharp gaze to the horned-Goddess, maybe the priestess could be of use.

"All this chatter is getting us nowhere," he spoke. "Flower, does any of this look familiar?"
