"Oh for the love of-" Hector stopped himself from finishing the sentence as he got to his feet. He was a little sad that it was his food that was burning but he was happy nonetheless that Stag had gotten the... well whatever this guy was, before he had a chance fire his weapon at the teen though Hector wondered how much damage the gun could have actually done.
With a decent amount of vigour, Hector made his way around the serving bar and back into the kitchen where his and Stag's pancakes were burning away and beginning to spread to some near by tea towels. Hector sighed a little as he summoned part of his scarab armour onto his arm and created a large dome construct that he used to enclose the flaming objects. Through force of will the dome began to shrink until all was left of the fire was some uncooked batter and ash. Hector shook his head thinking of how it was a waste of perfectly good batter before walking back to the commons area, making sure to retract his armour before going back out. However, Hector's arm was now streak with batter as the armour had been covered in it and made its way back up his arm and into his spine.
"Fire's out." Hector reported as he got one of the napkins off of his table and wiped as much of the batter off of his arm as he could.
